Unfortunately I've had to remove some stars, due to the dishonesty of the developers. They originally promised us early adopters that it would be free forever, for our initial support. Now, around a year later, the app has grown with a significant increase in users and ratings, they have completely gone back on their word and are demanding monthly payment (even after I sent them screenshots to show their original agreement). - Very disappointing, as I based my decision to use their product and invested time setting everything up, on those original terms. - It's an otherwise good app and does what I require reasonably well. But not having trust in the development team is a major concern and leaves a very bad feeling.

Needed to get a PreOrder launched quickly before BFCM without me having to do any heavy lifting or spend much time configuring things. This plugin nailed it, and was easy and quick to configure. What brought this up to a 5-star review is the customer support. Live Chat—with a real human on the other side—helped me figure out what configuration step I had missed when I couldn't get the app to work. I had a literal 30 second wait to connect with Oliva, and then she figured out the problem and pointed out the solution about 90 seconds later. Speedy, speedy! The customization options are laid out very simply and intuitive. The entire plugin had near zero learning curve (and I've never set up any pre-order before), and was very simple to use. 5/5.

Very good app with some very good customisation options. Allows you to even pick a date in the future from todays date which adapts each day. Only missing features are a bulk upload of products to the rule, or using collections to define this. I have got over 5000 products to put onto this app and doing this manually is just not possible so this feature is a must!

Worst support I have ever received from an app provider. Legit told me there was an app conflicting with theirs so instead of actually providing support to fix the issue they simply told me to go try different apps! When I said I would leave a review, they asked if I would be paying them & told me they were trying their best to assist... they told me to go elsewhere! Support is an absolute joke completely unhelpful so I'm unsure why they have support. App itself would be good if they fixed what should have been easy for them to fix. Never have I ran into app support that couldn't fix an issue with their own app within a few days, let alone what they called tech support. Regardless of if the app is free or not, scary they have 7 apps in the store all free. Support asked me some odd questions which had me question why they were asking, they avoided answering why they were asking & instead said nevermind. Like which shopify plan I was on, not sure how that had anything to do with fixing their app. They asked for access to my store which I granted only to turn around and tell me they couldn't do anything to fix it. So like why ask for access? I got bad vibes & immediately revoked access as soon as he said they couldn't do anything. I noticed 3 IP logins within the several minutes they had access, it was super weird considering they couldn't do anything. Update> Support emailed me personally asking me to delete my 1 star review after without telling me about revoking the API access to the app I assume because I left this review. I was like surely not so I reinstalled the app, they revoked the API again. Of course support didn't mention this in their email, they instead told me they were working on making the app compatible with my theme. Uhha, I don't believe it. I don't trust these guys at all now, I don't like how they have handled this situation & I would strongly suggest avoiding this app & the other 6 from these guys in the app store based on my experience with their support.

I don't like how the product page loads the add to cart button first, and then half second later you can see it switch to pre order text Other problem is that you have to ask them to remove the branding, they don't have a paid version so I'm not sure what's going on with that Lastly when you disable a pre-order, it does not revert the products' "continue selling when out of stock" setting to what it was before the pre-order was enabled.

While customisable with a lot of control, the app rarely manages to work. This appears to be due to issues with the provider's servers, which often cause the app to be slow to load - and so preorder labels are not loaded on the page. This also affects the configuration on the backend, which often fails completely with 502 Bad Gateway errors. The app's support team did not respond to queries about the poor reliability after several days, at which point the app was uninstalled. Additionally, pre-order shipping date functionality did not work. It appears this relies on Shopify's "Promise" functionality, which is not available outside of the US.

I have only used this app for a short while. It was really easy to setup and is pretty intuitive to use. There was one glitch where the preorder stopped showing up on the product. I went back to the app and turned it off and back on and it started working again. It could have been an issue with the timer. Either way, it was an easy fix. It has all the features I needed for the preorder of the mittens I wanted to do, so far really great.

Update on my review. It worked decently originally. We saw some good back order and preorder sales. However recently the button wouldn't show and we have had customers complain that they didn't notice the item on backorder. The tech team says they are working on moving to a faster server, but there is no current timing available. I'm keeping my original review for initial knowledge. ----- So far so good. Started using the app today. We created 3 PreOrder listings and 1 Backorder listing. So far we've received 7 preorders from this feature! Looking forward to the Notify me feature. The only options are Always Pre-Order, Pre-Order when OOS, or Pre-Order if I have Inventory. I'd like to be able to limit the number of Pre-Orders we accept, because we have a certain number set aside for this sales channel and then have the item switch back to being out of stock if we run out of that number, but I'll just have to watch and check.

The app couldn't even be properly embedded, and we didn't even get around to pre-ordering products. In addition, the app only appears to be free because the shop is branded by the developer. You can pay to remove the branding. This information would have been nice to read in the product information.

After testing about a million pre-order apps, I finally found one that does everything I need. I can add multiple products for pre-order, and fully customize everything to look the way i need it to. Best part is there is a ribbon that shows items that are on pre-order! So far I am loving the app. I will update review after I have fully used it!
