This extends the merchandizing capabilities of Shopify, giving me features that are very useful, nice to have! I use the app to draw attention to some of my many products. This is important because it visually differentiates the table or list of products present in search results, draws attention to any of the products I want looked at. My use is tag-driven, completely customizable, and this works well for me. I can tag products however I want (say, "from a woman-owned business"), make a little label/note that says anything I want, and the App does the rest, like magic, displaying this little note anywhere on or around the product photo and on any pages that I designate. The app also has some easy-to configure conditional logic that I use this to create a sense of urgency regarding how many of a given product are left in stock, and how many have sold recently (this would be two labels). I can color the labels any way I want, which helps the tags work with whatever theme color scheme I have. Support is fast and friendly. Price is fair. As you pay more you get more configuration options such as geo-targeting and calendar-driven events, which could be very useful for a larger business than mine. I get all that is described on the least expensive plan.

I have been testing most of the apps on app store to fill my labels need, and this app is by far the best. Its easy to use, it has better performance, better design and the contidions for displaying labels are way more comprehensive - with a lot of dynamic options that will really make an impact if you want to leverage different shop messages to make your product more interesting. The best and simplest badge app, period. We used this on our BigCommerce site for years before migrating to Shopify and this was the VERY first app I downloaded. I don't want to disparage other badge apps (as I have tried and uninstalled many), as I am sure they are appealing to others, but if you want a smooth experience and a professional (or fun, or quirky, or whatever style you like) appearance, this is THE app to use. You will like this app so much, you will be coming up with tons of ideas to merchandise your items just as an excuse to use it. The support is fabulous, the price is reasonable. Frankly, if I were other app developers, I'd be begging to collab--this badge app would be killer combined with upsell/recommendation, email marketing, discounting, review, etc. and Shopify Flow.

Lightning quick service! App works great with 2.0 themes! The badges work perfectly for conveying informational messages about certain products on the product pages and the collection pages. I couldn't view the label on our website and henced emailed them for help. What they did was instead of adding the "best seller" tag on one product, they did it on all the products across the website! I emailed them to rectify the same but suddenly they stopped responding. I disabled the plugin, even uninstalled it from my store. but they did some coding on my store & now we're stuck with the badges! Our website is live with thousands of visitors each hour. This is extremely disappointing!

The app is performing well with my custom theme and I'm very happy with it so far. The buttons are highly customizable and I was able to make them look like they were part of my theme. It looks really, really good. I highly recommend it. EDIT: The one time I had an issue with the app (and it was my fault too) the team was on it and fixed it within 15 minutes. I installed this to accentuate the most important aspects of what we would find to be most important for our products. Using only the badges. The app did not work at first and reached out to support and was fixed within the hour. The only thing is that you can only have 3 badges at a time. So it won't work for us at this time. Then asked to have all the scripts taken off the website and this was done immediately. So don't have any issues, because we found it didn't work for us. But this app works and you can get it off your website pronto if you so decide to. So I would say this does.

I use this app to add "You saved X dollars - BUY NOW sale ends soon" to the product and collection page of every product on sale. I have daily deals and this app reads the product tag and AUTOMATICALLY presents or hides the badge as appropriate. I had one issue at initial setup and on a weekend, their Support had it fixed in a couple of hours. AMAZING support!

We Signup directly to the Pro Plan. After installing the app, I got scared because you need to install some code inside your theme for the app to work. But no worries, those guys can do it for you, and they are super-efficient! The integration got completed after a couple of hours. I asked for some adjustment and they did them almost right away. I love the badges and the Highlights. Definitely worst the price and support is very good and fast.

I'm quite pleased with this app. It has, by far, the best feature set and best management control panel of any of the label/badge apps in the app store. It's also, hands-down, the fastest—zero lag between the page load and badge appearing. Even better, it's fairly priced, the support team is fantastic, and requests are responded to quickly. My only quibble is that while there are a lot of pre-made graphic icon styles available in their icon picker library (which are cool and fun to match with your site design), there isn't all that much variety and few that are specific to online retail. For example, only the basics are covered New, Best Seller, etc. and really, it's one icon design offered in different styles, not various designs per style. The styles themselves aren't particularly deep ... for example, there are no options available for percentage off, cyber monday, or Black Friday badges. You can easily upload your own designs, but I don't have that kind of time. Prime definitely excels as a text-based badge solution. Anyway, minor quibble aside, it's a terrific app.

After having tried a few badges app we settled for Prime. Its a complete package with comprehensive targeting rule set, customization options, thousands of icons and all the bells and whistles. We asked their team to develop a feature and it was done in a few days. At $5 price point its a steal. Go for it.

Creating the badge itself is easy. To do anything else requires going into the liquid code and programming. You have to pay the $5 to find this out. Since I can't code, no idea if this app even works.

This app is SUPER. We use this to define which products are local deliveries only, and it does exactly what we intend to. On top of that, the customer service is EXCELLENT, they respond in time and does exactly what you want, I would 200% recommend someone trying to label their products. They are a small group but they will fulfill all your needs.
