— Systematically Misleading for Non-USD Merchants I'm an Australian merchant running my store in AUD. After using Printify I discovered multiple misleading displays that cost me money: 1. Retail price shown in USD, not your store currency Printify displays retail prices in USD, but when products sync to Shopify the number transfers across with no conversion — $35.25 USD becomes $35.25 AUD. There is no warning or USD label at the point you set your price. 2. Profit margin figure is fictitious for non-USD merchants Printify shows a 40% profit margin — but this is calculated on a USD retail price being received as AUD. The real result is a loss, not a profit. 3. Shipping shows $0 and cannot be adjusted The shipping cost field shows $0 and is locked. Printify charges you real shipping costs (in my case $9.85 AUD per order) but gives you no way to factor this into your retail price within their interface. The combined effect: I sold 4 shirts at $35.25 AUD while Printify's total cost was $46.68 AUD per order — a loss of $11.43 per sale with no indication it was happening. Printify already converts product costs to local currency on their billing page, so the exchange rate data exists. These are not technical limitations — they are design choices that consistently disadvantage non-USD merchants. Non-USD merchants — do your own currency conversion before setting any retail price.

Beware! They delete your published products. I recently discovered dozens and dozens of my product inventory were deleted on the Printify side. Products that took hours of my life to create and upload to Shopify. I am a one person team. They have a policy that if your products haven't sold that they can just delete them. Mind you I have spent almost $3k in the past ordering products. Customer service was both helpful and snarky when trying to get this resolved and unfortunately it was not resolved. My products were not recoverable. Only option is to recreate them. I use other PODs and I don't think they would even dream of deleting published inventory. I discovered this randomly and can't imagine how many other stores are affected. Do better, Printify.

This app doesn't integrate with shopify well. Order's get cancelled without notice and fulfillment doesn't automatically happen as configured in settings. Now, all of my linked products in shopify have disappeared from printify list and there's no way to amend or correct product errors. I'm refunding three orders and removing this app. There's simply better print on demand services that perform as needed.

I give them 1 because I am dissappointed about the price of the products to the sellers so I have to sell them at exaggerated high price compare to products in Amazon or any other places. I do not recommend them. They do not have reliable vendors who ship on time. They often just create shipping labels to make it seem like orders have been sent, but there are no clear timelines for when items will actually arrive. They tend to defend their partners and do not show concern for the customer experience.

This app is so broken, it's ridiculous. - Almost all the same features as 5 years ago, no development happened. - API has issues and doesn't work properly. - Product copying issues - You have no way to look up the products that are synced if you want to link a lot of external products. - Outages where you are not able to work. Buy hey, offering a premium subscriptions for not having even basic features working properly is the way to go these days I guess. This app is stuck in the stone age and probably will be there forever. Even if you try to automate something with a chrome extension because the plugin has a severe lack of features, your limited to the fact that's it's also broken and unreliable. That's crazy, as soon as you have more than the most basic setup, it failes.

I've tried several POD companies, but Printify is the one I settled on. The prices and selection are good, as is the quality of the products. The inability to speak with a person makes seemingly small issues march larger. We have to use Gemini, Youtube, and other resources at times to find the answers to our questions. We understand that they want to keep the cost down and having actual customer service reps to answer a call over mundane issues is expensive. Even Google and Meta have live people to help if only to help escalate issues faster or to the appropriate department. Once we have a steady customer base we are going to look into production on our own as Printify doesn't have the customer support we require at times.

I'm able to easily toggle back and forth between designing products on Canva, then dropping them into templates on Printify, and then previewing on Printify to see if I've got it right! When they're just how I want them I move them over to my Shopify store. Great!

I've had issues with Printify and while I was unhappy with the outcome, I still enjoy the app. I wish they had more options for certain things like crop tops, drinkware, ladies tank tops. Other than that, I would highly recommend Printify.

Everything is super easy. From design creation to the description. One small point though. I think it would be a lot easier if I were to be able to add all my #tags in one go, what I mean is to copy and paste a comma seperated list of tags. But other than that everything is great.

I spent $300 on their yearly subscription but they still charge me $30 each month. I tell them to promise to stop but they do it anyway. They've given back the money once. But they do have a lot of items. It just really sucks, EVERY MONTH. STOP IT I designed all my products in Printify and I can’t log into my original store. Support gave me a guide but nothing works so I can’t log out. I just designed an awesome hoodie and sent out an email campaign and I can’t even go to my shop to publish it. This is all extremely frustrating and there’s no one at Printify helping me. This is the third day since I realized my Shopify and Printify won’t connect. I’m not sure if I’ve talked to a human and I’m really trying. This is ridiculous.

Anything I struggled with in the beginning I was able to get all the help I needed in chat instantly. The website is easy to navigate and again, if you can't find it just ask in chat and you are there! I have other POD sites I considered but the variety and flexible pricing with Printify made it an easy choice! Love it!!!
