Awesome app, it is just what I needed. Very easy to use, clean and simple interface, it takes just a few minutes to set up a new promo campaign. The filters are very flexible and you can preview the variants affected by the price change, which is super helpful for me. Scheduling is reliable and I use it all the time. (along with the rollback feature when the campaign ends) The support is fast and helpful, too!

This app is great and saves me a tremendous amount of time in implementing and rolling back prices across 6,000+ products/variants for sales. If there is a glitch with the price rollback task, support is lighting fast to resolve it on their end. Today, Prathamesh was amazing in helping with this and took the time and care to get it resolved quickly on the backend so I don't have to sit here and spend hours manually rolling back prices in admin or with a CSV upload. Fantastic app and group of people. Highly recommend.

I barely ever leave reviews but I absolutely needed to for this app. I've been using the same bulk price editing app for the past 3 years. I noticed 15 mins after my sale was supposed to start that my prices weren't being updated. Turns out the app had shut down it's operations, just in time for Black Friday! Imagine the sinking feeling in my stomach to have to find a new app in such a short notice. I'm so glad I found your app! I was able to get the sale up and running in less than 15 mins, and the plan price is well worth it. Also edits prices faster than my previous app so that's a great bonus! Thank you so much!

It does a great job, once you figure it out. But I gave it 4 stars as it can be a little confusing at first. First time out I updated my whole site to 10 dollars when I was trying to increase by 10. Luckily it's a fast bulk process so I fixed my error quickly. Maybe add more clarity/instructions, maybe some videos then 5 stars!

I have around 2000 products. I applied a -10% discount to the entire catalog, and the task executed on a few hundred products before it got stuck. Then it restarted on its own from the beginning, applying the -10% discount again to the products already processed. The first execution of the task doesn't appear in the history, so it's impossible to roll back. After explaining the issue to support, I wonder if they even bothered to read my message because their response was completely off-topic.

This app has been a life saver, I've paid/used the basic version as I had 1200 different items, with different sizes and different prices. When they got published on Shopify the prices got mixed up and this app has done such an amazing job. This app is amazing, and the support is quick and helpful. You can always count on them to assist you. We highly recommend this app. UPDATE: After a year of using this app, we’ve finally had enough. It has completely messed up our pricing. We attempted to increase all my product prices by €2, but the app ended up adding more than €2 or changed only some variants of tghe product. This is the second time we’ve encountered a major issue like this, and now my prices are a mess. We’ve lost trust in this app and had to uninstall it. We strongly advise others to consider alternative apps to avoid these problems.

To be honest this app doesnt even deserve 1 star. we downloaded this app in order to fix some pricing in bulk but instead this app decided to destroy our pricing which meant we have had to shut our store down until the issue was fixed. they didnt fix the issue we had to employ our own staff to fix the issue. support is not helpful at all they decided to go "offline" when they knew what had happened. avoid this app at all costs

This app does EXACTLY what I want it to do. This app will modify your prices on any scheduled basis you want. Unlike so many Shopify apps, the price for this one is reasonable. Cannot say enough good things about this app! I thought about using Shopify's API myself and thought better of it as although I am a developer, it would take a LOT of time to figure things out - so this app was a time saver as well! Tried to add $1 to all listings, the app sets all listings to $1 instead of adding it. I selected the correct option and even tried it twice incase I did make mistake the first time, but same thing happened. Plus 1 star for having a revert button. Edit: The creators commented that this review is unfair. I do not see it that way. Yes, they did reach out to me, but they did not provide a fix to the problem, so the problem still stands/stood. When the app does not do one of its main features correctly, then how am I able to give it a good rating?

Great app, tons of functionality for resetting prices en masse - tends to struggle with higher SKU count stores but this is a Shopify limitation and not a poor reflection on the app. Rollback functionality is amazing as well so that you can preset a sale end date and not worry about forgetting pieces of the sale.

Initially it was great, but then it started to clash with other apps and i had to roll back changes. It then went full retard on my store and discounted several items into the red, i had to cancel and refund orders. I gave it 2 stars only because the initial customer assistance was quick to respond but unable to offer adequate help. It has out my store back a few days as now my Ads have to reset and learn my pricing.

What a brilliant little app! We sell brands that often have promotions on multiple products. Before Bulk Price Editor we had to do all the adjustments manually which was not only a pain but opened the door for all sorts of errors. With this app I can adjust the price for a single product, multiple products, an entire collection, whatever I want! My favourite feature of Bulk Price Editor is Rollback which on the date & time specified, rolls back the price to its original. What also impressed is their excellent customer service and support. My inquiries have always been answered on the same day or worst case next day (if on weekends). Support staff are extremely polite, professional and eager to help. I highly recommend this app.

This app is awful! Don't download it. At the beginning everything seems to work correctly....until you discover all the mess that this app has done. the price of Variants not available are not being updated.So you see different prices for different variants. When you "roll back" some tasks tags are removed and original prices are not restored , causing a vicious circle where you keep on applying discounts convinced that the previous task ran the price restore properly and suddenly realise that thousands of variants/items have the wrong price. Customer service respond enough quickly , unfortunately they don't have many solutions...They suggest us to password our shopify store to restore prices manually....At the moment I'm writing ,the summer sales have just started in Italy....We are very disappointed and losing a lot of sales. these people should be sent out of shopify...They ruin the job of many people SHOPIFY...Let's investigate on them!

Don't let this app touch your store! Unless you love wasting hours of time. I've spent hours upon hours trying to fix their screw-up. Don't let them tell you that it's your fault! This thing added so many random prices, changed half of them to $0. Someone purchased a product at a steep discount, thanks to this app. I edited the prices, saved them and find that they are all wrong again, two weeks later. BW AWARE! I would give this ZERO out of 5. This app messed up our entire catalog that we've been working on for years. I ran a simple task to increase price by a small percentage and they had a bug that resulted in CRAZY price increase by over 500% for thousands of items. POOR SUPPORT, not responsive (it took them days if not weeks to respond) and they won't admit their fault. Not worth the money

Amazing app! So quick and so accurate!! Love it! It has many options so as to find with which critiria you want to change your prices and also rollback to the old prices whenever you like. Update (one year after): I have been using this app for almost one year. Everything was ok. Yesterday I tried another task but the system made a mistake and the prices I asked to change were all calculated wrong. So, I sent an email and asked to be solved. They answered so fast and they tried to resolve it. In a fw hours everything was back again and solved the problem! Totally reccomended!

Everytime we have scheduled a task for a specific time, it did not work. And everytime we process a task in real time it works out 1 time out of 2. Scheduled rollbacks don't seem to work nicely either. Will have to find another app for bulk editing unfortunately.

I used this app to update my pricing on my line of T-Shirts (thousands of variants). It works! It does what is says it will do. Setting up the the app for the price change tasks is a bit confusing, but once you get it, it is very easy. It can take a lot of time for it to complete the assigned task, if you have lots of products. But I found that if you just leave it alone, it will complete the changes on its own. (Just don't try and mess with it while it is working!) The only other thing I wish it could do would be to allow for custom variant pricing. All in all... a great app that is priced fairly!

The 4 stars is because is my first time using it and my store is not live yet so I am on testing mode. So nothing wrong with the app so far. So far it has updated 1800 variants in about 25 minutes. Seems a bit slow but considering it is being automatic and not manually it looks like a great value! Not sure how many variants I have but will see once it is done with the update. Also I give 4 stars because like I said my store is not live yet and I want to see how the prices look/work after the updating process is completed.

I love the fact that you can adjust price using SKU "contains" However, it does not handle all correctly. I asked it to increase price by $5 on SKUs containing a certain number and it worked correctly on some but added $10 to others.

App glitches all the time! After you set a task you can't edit it! If you delete a task, discounts will be still shown. if an item is part of two collections, discounts will be double applied. It is supposed to be a simple useful app if it worked! but it just tangles everything and now I have to go on Shopify and manually change everything.

A great app, but check all setting twice before starting job! I used it only on trial version yet. Did as expected and even more - price filter is what I was looking for in other apps and didn't find.) I would not recommend this app. It works for discounting prices but good luck with returning them to the original prices. I deleted the app because it didn't have a feature I needed. When I went to return the sale prices to the original price it was chaos. I emailed customer service who responded back immediately but once I had more questions they were nonexistent. It took over one hour to finally get my original prices. Horrible experience.

Seems to work well, as far as I can tell. Does the job! Nice user interface, pretty simple to understand. One thing I noticed is that it doesn't have an option to not add a 'Compare Price' - so by default it just adds a compare price to any products that don't have a compare price. This should be fine in most cases, but I'm sure some people like to have no 'compare prices' on at least SOME products.

Absolutely THE WORST app I have ever used. Do not bother, it is not only so very slow it takes many hours to complete a task that other apps do in seconds...but it also gets blocked (it did for us!) and there is no way of knowing for which products the task was done and for which it did not (it only say for how many variants total task was finished). So now I have to manually look in all my 1300 variants and correct everything. Really, really annoying!

Most useless and time wasting app! Used twice now and I only wanted the compare at price removed and i did everything correct, now more then 100+ products are completely random prices i never set them to! Long story short, go with Ahia! Easy Price Changer. Much more user-friendly, the "compare at" prices actually work, and all of your original prices will roll back every time. Original Review: Did not roll back all of my prices. Screwed up my store. Installing this app was a huge mistake. Stay away! Original response from T2: "Thanks for taking the time to review our app. We checked the Pro App settings for your store kingkeshi.com. It turns out you had scheduled the Rollback task for a future date. Hence, the app did not revert the prices instantly. Our team also emailed you the details on how to revert the prices. If you want to speak to us, you may reach our team at support@proapp.freshdesk.com and we will be there to answer right away." In response to the reply from T2, yes I did set the rollback, but it was for an hour later and not at another date. I watched the progress from the dashboard myself and after the job was completed, none of the prices had been restored. I had to calculate the correct percentage to increase the price to get them back to original, but some prices are +/- .01, so I have to adjust 6,000 items manually. Thank you for the extra hours of work, by the way. After T2 replied to this feedback, all of a sudden a bunch of shill 5 star reviews pop up on the same day (July 22, 2020) and one on the 21st to boost the feedback rating. Just pay attention to the negative 1 star reviews. all the others are fake. Responses to new developer reply: "This review seems to be written with malicious intent by folks at kingkeshi.com." - So giving honest feedback about my experience is malicious? Seriously? "Rollback task was scheduled to run 2 days after the price edit task. We have the logs to prove it." - I set the rollback for later the same day and watched the progress as the job completed. Have fun with your logs. "We even emailed and offered to revert the prices but received no response." - This is true, but I didn't trust you enough to fix the problem and did my best to fix it myself. "It is irrational to edit 6000+ items manually." - It is your app that put me in the position where the prices didn't roll back correctly, so there is no need for your judgmental and condescending remarks. The layout and overall function of your app is irrational and difficult. The "compare at" price doesn't work either. "We started getting more reviews because we put a review widget on 19 July on the dashboard to make it easier for merchants to review us." - A widget?! Sure thing. "If there is a bug in the app then we own up. Check our reply to the previous 1-star review." - Yes, please check this review. I saw your response, which is why I assumed the bug was fixed. I should have taken the fact that it remained a 1 star review into consideration. How irrational of me. "kingkeshi.com looks to be a promising site, but their review of this app is misguided." - Promising site? More like a well-established site that doesn't need your patronizing remarks. Please explain how a review is misguided. I don't think you used that word correctly. I was misguided by the one star review that stated the bug was fixed.
