The Webkul Product Auction app has all the features we needed to run online auctions on our Shopify store. Features like automatic bidding, auction scheduling, and a smooth bidding experience work really well. The app is easy to configure, reliable, and has helped us manage auctions efficiently. Product Auction made running auctions on my Shopify store super easy — even though I'm no tech expert. Bids update live, and there are fun options like proxy and penny/popcorn bidding that got people excited. I liked the joining fee and ban tools because they helped cut down on fake bids. Winners can be auto‑charged which saved me a headache, and it supports multiple currencies/languages. Uploading lots of items with CSV was simple, and the widgets looked good on my site. Support was helpful when I had questions. Definitely worth trying if you want to add auctions without a lot of fuss.

I installed the Webkul Product Auction app for a one-time auction event, and the overall functionality was very smooth and easy to use. The app provides clear settings for base price, reserve price, and increment gaps, making it suitable for both simple and more customized auction formats. It also works reliably on the storefront, and the bidding interface displays exactly as expected. Although we initially planned to use it for only one product, the experience has made us consider adding more auction-style products in the future. I can confidently say that this app offers solid features and is a great option for running auctions on Shopify!!

Customer service will answer your emails, but their canned answer is that everything looks good on their end. We have had nothing but issues with the app. If you are thinking of using this for your store, please don't. You will spend countless hours trying to fix the things that this app is supposed to do. If we schedule 80 items to start, we are lucky if half start. Then every time that auctions end, the app fails to create the product variant for an average of 20% of the items. Then you manually have to go and create them so that your winner can actually purchase the item. You have to constantly babysit the app to make sure that it doesn't fail, WHICH IT WILL. Webkulls new reasoning is that their app is hitting the shopify api call limits, but this is with 40 items on auction, imagine if you had 500 like they quote as their limit. I suggest that anyone considering auction on their site, find another option, Webkull is not your answer!!!!! I am actually sad I have to write this. We have been using it for over a year and it has really gotten bad over the last 3-4 months. I liked it up to that point....

We ran through the first auction, without a hitch. Our second auction went off and now the app is canceling every single bidder who won an auction without rhyme or reason. One thing to consider is that the support team is in India and is not available 24/7.

We have been using this auction app for a couple of years, and when it works, it works great, but when it fails, it fails miserably. One important factor to consider is that this company is based in India, and they do not offer 24-hour tech support. We hold our auctions on Sunday nights in the USA, and we have encountered the following issues: Once, the app crashed just as the auction was beginning to close. We auction 100-200 gemstones and minerals every two weeks, with items closing one minute apart. The app crashed after the first two or three items closed, and customers were unable to place those all-important last-minute bids. Despite the crash, the app STILL sent invoices to customers for the bids they had placed before the crash, resulting in us losing thousands of dollars in last-minute bids. Their excuse? They said they had forgotten to renew their security certificate The app frequently goes down, typically for a few hours, but it’s unpredictable when it will crash. For instance, I am writing this review on a Sunday morning, with an auction closing tonight, and the app has already crashed. Customers are currently unable to place bids. We are receiving many emails from confused customers and of course we have no real explanation to give them. Of course it is Sunday night in India, I’ve sent three emails with no response—there seems to be no one in their office. Use this app at your own risk. We are looking at alternative auction apps apps

I've been using this app for just about four years and have run over 1,800 auctions. When it works, it does work really, really well. Auctions are relatively easy to set up, I typically add three daily and will have as many as nine running at any given time. But when, something goes wrong, it's a real challenge especially when I have items that are generating a lot of interest and bidding. This app is one of the better options at the moment, but just be prepared that outages will occur. Here's a brief list of what you can expect from time to time. 1. Most commonly, the app will simply just stop working. This seems to happen about once a month or so. Bidders will not be able to make bids nor will I be able to access the admin. This seems to happen at the worst time, when auctions are nearly ending and when most of the bidding action happens. This occurs enough where I added to my product descriptions that "in the even of confirmed app failure, auctions can be cancelled/voided at any time, even after completion of auction". That being said, I don't recommend auto-approving the winner since the the app can fail and then declare a winner anyways. This equals lost revenue and unhappy customers. 2. E-mails to bidders may fail. I've received a few instances where bidders were not notified via e-mail that they were outbid. It simply was not sent as all sent messages are in my sent items. 3. Bidding may or may not auto update from the bidders view. I recommend adding "PLEASE REFRESH OFTEN" in the product description as a reminder. Again, I do like the app. But I just am prepared for the occasions where this app will just randomly stop or become unresponsive. These outages create the most headaches for me. When it works like it should, it's very good.

Sadly, I cannot recommend this app in it's current form. We have been using it for years now and it keeps failing to work properly. The support answers promptly, but insured me two times that it has been fixed and won't show up again - but it did. The live chat support also did not work and I am not receiving anything back from their email. We trusted in this application for years, but are forced to look into alternatives or close down our business.

I installed it, it broke my site. Then someone there installed it for me and the site was working fine again, but I didn’t need the app just yet. Then later in testing it, I realized I had to fine tune it a bit becuase the basic stuff wasn’t great. After following the instructions on injecting code it broke the site again. They are QUICK to respond to issues, but I would hesitate using any code injection methods without having their team install it for you — and do it in a test build so that any errors do not go live.

This is a great app. It has all the features and functions we needed to create a fully-fledged auction site. There are a lot of configuration options at the backend, with lots of different settings and options available. I really like the built-in automated emails system, which are all editable in HTML and able to be set up with SMTP. It's also great in terms of the user profile, in that they can view their bids and complete the purchase of winning auctions. Would be good to have slightly more customisation options for the front-end design. Otherwise, it's clear there's a huge amount of work gone into making this. Thank you.

The app works and looks great on the website. I wish the coding instructions were up to date, they seem out dated and little difficult to follow. Making this automatic would help those who are not a computer savvy or familiar with coding. Customer Support has some opportunities. They are curt with responses and didn't really listen to the root cause of the issues. Both interactions were the same, I would ask a question and support keep sending the same link over and over. Eventually they reluctantly help me out and manually fix my problem. I'm thankful for that, but I don't want to contact support every time I need to put something up for auction. I have contacted them twice and the same interactions both times. Curt and with out patience. My last interaction, they were adamite about rating them IMMEDIATELY, and they would wait until I was done. When I told them I would, but not as this moment, they continued to push. This incident, in conjunction with the previous interactions was really off putting. We are keeping this for now, but I will be shopping around for other apps.

After testing all three auction apps available in Shopify's app store, I found Product Auction to be the best. As many of the reviews indicate, the developer's support was needed to run the app. They gave me great support to fix the issues that were probably theme related. It would be even much greater if the setup manual was more detailed, especially for the front end configuration. Editing code is often very tricky and the liquid files and templates vary depending the theme used. Some of the customization can be easily and safely done by Online Store 2.0 features. If you encounter any issues when installing the app that you find difficult to resolve on your own, please do not hesitate to ask developer's support. They are highly skilled and talented and can provide you with solutions.

I have had this app "active" for 6 days...have sought support for several fundamental issues...major fail. The "add to cart" shows up no matter what configurations and options are introduced and the auction window is obscured on Shopify in standard Chrome desktop configuration. Then there is the warning of configuration "Need to (re-)configure Authorize.net details to make auto payment from auction winners" which pops up but there doesn't appear to be a direct method to resolve. I sent emails to 3 different webkul email support addresses 5 days ago and have had no reply. My "trial" of 7 days is about to expire and I have not gained any confidence in this app....

Takes some time to configure and understand how the app works . It is limited but short of paying out BIG BIG bucks for full on custom code what you gonna do ? i was charged 4 months for junk this people, took my money $120 when i only used it during the 7 days free trial and ask one of their agents to cancel it the app is terrible for auctions, doesnt even have interval time in between products, the only option is to list all of them at the same time. also, good look trying to reach them, this app was advertised as a USA product not Asian country INDIA, so i had to setup an alarm at 1am to talk to an agent. the app doesnt even allow you to list in bulk like ebay you have to watch youtube videos to understand their nonsense WOWWW csv files that if you're not familiar with it, is over! im disputing this charges right now i need a full refund of $120 because i only tried to used for not more than 2 weeks

This app works really well. It was easy to set up; and when I needed help these guys supported it. I have been running monthly auctions for 6 months now and my customers love it. Hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had with an app. The app itself is very clunky; some features work, others do not without explanation. I paid my web developer to setup this app to make sure there were no user errors on my end. She's a dynamo and I've never had one bit of trouble with her - many of her support emails were left unanswered, one they took 10 days to respond to - AFTER our auction was over. So much went wrong with this app that I had to send all of my customers who made purchases during the auction a free item to apologize for the messy process. This app made me lose credibility with some of my customers because it made us look incompetent. If you're thinking about doing an auction find another app or THINK AGAIN. This app is a mess and the developers don't care about you. Just a few of our specific issues: emails did not fire off to winners when they should, if they did fire off the links were broken and customers could not add to cart, when they could add to cart the prices were not the price they bid, some emails were sent to non-winners, non-winners were able to purchase items won by others...I could truly go on for ages. I have written several kindly worded emails encouraging the developers to refund us the $30 we spent on this app (mind you this is just as a courtesy as I paid my developer hundreds to create workarounds throughout the process and send individual emails so that we didn't have to rely on the faulty app. The developers have refused and saying that they will fix the problem now, but the auction has been over for weeks. Don't waste your energy on this app. Do literally anything else.

Unfortunately, would not recommend we ran first auction and went with option that customer didn't need to subscribe. Auction ended none of the bidders checkout so we had email and they were not sent confirmation and link to checkout we have spent 2 days trying to figure this out. We also had to hire tech to add coding to set up it was not an easy set up. support had said we were all set and obviously we weren't.

So, the team can't solve the issues: 1) remove taxes on joining fees 2) display terms and conditions when customers are joining the auction. They have to accept terms to proceed. Instead, the team said if I want to remove taxes on the joining fees, I should not charge tax on the product. They said: "Please note that no tax will be applicable on the product when the winner is purchasing the won product." That's not what I asked. I proposed adding a clickable link on the auction home page about the rules, I have done it, and they just made it made it clickable. But the customers have no terms and conditions to accept when joining. Just a part of the first paragraph is shown.

horrible support. HORRIBLE. they dont answer in a timely manner or should i say at all. its been a week. HORRIBLE. UPDATE: I never received one email from these guys despite having sent ten describing issues. Finally was able to make an on boarding booking with these guys. I had a twenty minute window which i spent alone and was never joined by these guys despite their promise to do so and their system set everything up. This program is not plug and play and these guys make zero effort to offer support to ameliorate this situation. I spent two hours trying to install myself and am stuck and was excited to do the onboarding. BUT AGAIN these clowns did not show up to the appointment their system set up. I am deleting this app and want to strongly advise you against using this product unless you are a wizard programmer because their programmers are unavailable at best.

I have been using Webkul Product Auction for almost a year now and over that time have had many questions for and requests. They have responded to 100% of my questions and never ignored any of the requests that I have. They have also provided custom work to add features to the app that I was interested in and I am happy with the app itself as well. I won't say it is a perfect app (almost none are) but overall it works very well and I can trust it which is the most important thing. As a greenhouse, we oftentimes get just 1 rare plant in which dozens of people have been looking for, and had been looking for a way to bring in auctions to help make selling those one-offs easier when we stumbled upon this app. It's great, and the support team are even better. When I had issues installing parts of the code, and even when I asked for help in setting it so that the "Add to Cart" button wouldn't show on auction products, they were quick to help, and were able to fix things up and make the changes we needed. Heartily recommended so far, and I'll update this review after our first real auction has ended as well, but up until now, installing, customizing, and creating products for auction has been relatively smooth, and very satisfying.

I wanted a voice call, he told me to write it down. This app could be brilliant to the right user. I gave the seven day trial a one hour whirl before uninstalling it. I felt it much more complex than advertised. The advertised finished product looks brilliant. But I don't think just anyone can achieve that without a large budget for expensive coding. The app is likely 5 stars in the hands of others. But for me, I have to give it two, simply because it's seemingly advertised the contrary. If you can code, take my two stars with a grain of salt or disregard this altogether. If you're long in the tooth with little coding knowledge like I am, tackle this app with a budget for some help.

We were running an online auction and our other software wasn't working. So I searched the Shopify Appstore, added this app. I then discovered that my theme code needed to be updated... I reached out to the developers, I let them know that I needed help urgently. They wrote back to me within an hour and had it all fixed within the hour after that. I couldn't recommend this app more. We've used the app for about two months now with no issues. This week we decided to change our Shopify template from the free version to one of the paid ones. When we made the swap it threw off somethings with the front end of the auctions. I tried to code myself and then sought out help. I was running into trouble while setting up the Auction APP. The "Auto Inject Code" button gave me an Error message, and the code templates and lines I found in my settings differed from the instructions' screenshots, so I could not follow them. I contacted them and their support technician did an excellent job and set it all up for me. I had to do nothing. A few days latter I decided to install a different theme. I run into the same trouble, I contacted then again and heir support technician did again an excellent job and set it all up for me again. I had to do nothing. Five stars is not enough. It is the best support service ever. The APP is great!, lots of configurations. Great backoffice.

After 2 months of working with the developer, it has been confirmed this app is more of a beta product vs. something that can work seamlessly. They have stopped responding and refuse to help correct the issues know for their paid app. Auctions work on a cron ending time and while they end at the time they set, winning notification emails are not sent to winners promptly. It is at least a 2 hour lag for winning emails to be sent. This is a failure as we have auctions ending 2 minutes apart. Bidders won't be as willing to spend if they are not notified if they have won and how much they have spent promptly. Also, the active auction tab on our website is cluttered with closed auctions that do not clear out automatically. If you are looking for an app to work like ebay this is not one for you. If you are looking for an app you can get support during normal business hours of 7am - 7pm US time this app is not for you. Want to chat with support? Great, your options are 10pm - 5am U.S. Want to get answers to issues? Sure no problem, email them and wait a few days for them to get back with you stating everything is working when it is not. Again, if you are ok with a beta app that works close to what is advertised but has limitation this might be for you. It has cost us more business than helps. There have been plenty of other issues, as only what is mentioned in this review are issues they stat "cannot be fixed."

Complete garbage. The app works fine I suppose, despite being glitchy, but the real issue is the company that made this. The most I can get from them is one email a day, and they wanted to charge me $3.5k for a really simple custom job. Took them almost 2 weeks to do the 20 minutes of works to tell me how much the custom job would cost, and that’s what they tell me. Ridiculous. Avoid this company at all costs. Their instructions are gibberish, and their support team doesn’t give two licks about you.

I am so excited I have found a way to do auctions on my website! Don’t be intimidate by the setup. Just make sure you plan enough time for them to implement it for you if you need help. They respond and work on your tickets very quick. I can had a few questions during my first auction and they fixed it before the auction was over! I think this app is very user friendly to customers too. I posted all the instructions in the product description and did not even receive one single question from a confused customer! They just jumped in and started bidding. I think they like the automatic bid feature a lot. It’s been very smooth for me so far! Will be using it often.

Neha, is the most patient, supportive Customer Service.. and I have installed successfully (out of the box) with their support. and it is a fantastic Auction app and the price is only $1.00 a day for 30 days in the month.. $30.. I love this app and I think it will bring a lot of customers to my site.. I see Webkul has other apps, I am interested in the marketplace app and the booking app. I am planning to use my own Domain Name.. and not the Temporary Domain Name provided by Shopify as listed here. DO NOT USE THIS FOR YOUR AUCTIONS. The instructions make no sense and when you contact to ask for help, they take DAYS to get back to you. Then, when they do - they don't fix the issue and you have to contact AGAIN. Then, when you actually get the auction going - it glitches and doesn't accept bids and doesn't send out emails and basically just ruined weeks of work AS WELL AS THE MONEY I PAID TO EVEN HAVE THIS USELESS APP. I am demanding a refund for the money I spent trying to work with this company, they better give it for the terrible product and customer service.

This app is not very user friendly and very difficult/confusing to figure out configuration if you are not a coder. It is very difficult/confusing to even maintain if you even ended up hiring someone else to configure the app to your store for you. (which is what I did.) My shopify expert/professional coder couldn't even figure the app out without needing to reach out to the app developers to help all of us. I wish this was more user friendly for people who are not coders. I really want the function of auctioning on my website, this would be so amazing! I wish this app was as seamless and as user friendly as the app Shogun or something. This app has been a nightmare and a complete waste of money and time. I hope that they make this app more user friendly. I would love to give this app another try when they clean it up more, and I would be happy to change my review then! Because there is nothing I'd love more than a user friendly app for auctioning! It would really bring my business to the next level. Until then.....

The theme we're using differs in terms of the backend files required to modify in order to setup Product Auction, however, with some speedy help of Webkul's Customer Service, we were able to get the code added to the site and everything working very quickly! So far the app seems to provide all the functionality that we were looking for, will update once we've used the app for some time, but all in all, everything has gone as smooth as could be asked for.

Excellent concept for an auction on a website. Integrated into our website. They were very helpful with this integration. But it had a lot of tweaking after the fact to make things right. Pro Very customizable with email alerts and various customizations Cons Can not do bulk products or anything in bulk. Every product that is place for bid have to be done one by one. We are a live fish store and we had some WYSIWYG items on our page and had to make the product for each item (which is the normal process), but then after the product was made... we had to go in the product auction app and set the configuration for each production one by one. *Would be nice to be able to select a batch of productions from your store and use a standard auction template.... and post all the products to auction with a few clicks instead of doing each product one by one. Other than that it is a good app to download.. just need tweaking by the support team to fix compatibility issues with your website.

We've been running casual auctions through the Anvil Customs Facebook page for years, and as you can imagine at times it was confusing or clunky. The fact that this integrates with our already functioning Shopify store is excellent. I'm not terribly savvy at programming so I asked support for help to integrate the app and they took care of it all. I was thrilled, our customers are thrilled, and we're already seeing a return on our $30 a month investment. I suspect this app is only going to become more robust as time goes on, and I look forward to seeing it improve and grow.

This is the only auction option on Shopify, so keep that in mind. The app itself works well enough, but it's just a pain to set up. The instructions are written by people who have English as a second language, so they are very confusing to follow. Honestly, you're better off getting the app and just asking Support to integrate it. It is much faster than trying to follow the instructions, getting stuck, then needing to contact them anyway. Support is very responsive. The only issue is their emails are often like the instructions, often being difficult to understand. It can take quite a bit of back-and-forth to resolve something, but it does get done. The 7 day trial becomes quite ridiculous, because in our case, we were still having conversations with Support about setting up the app when our first $30 charge appeared. The app is missing a few basic features you'd expect from an auction app - like one-click restart for items that didn't sell (you need to create a whole new listing) - but again, if you're patient with Support it'll work. We haven't tried the proxy or automatic bidding, so can't comment on that.

This is the best auction option in the store. I wish there were more functionality options but I have not had any problems with the app as it is designed to work. I was able to overcome the functionality limitations by having Webkul do some custom work. Their custom work is reasonable priced. It is far cheaper to have them customize this existing app to meet your needs then to build something from scratch.

Extremely dissatisfied with this app. I have had multiple complaints from my customers about it and have contacted customer support (which takes about 24hrs+ for EACH response.....so something I need fixes asap, takes several days to a week) with little to no help in regards to the problem, because it seems to be a flaw with the app itself. The winning bid does not go to the highest proxy bid, which in my opinion is absurd. It should go to whomever is willing to pay the highest amount and drop down above the second highest bid, like on Ebay. That makes the most sense to me as well as my customers. I was told by customer service that the winner is not the highest automatic bid. I believe this is a flawed system. I was told by customer service that the "Winner is the one whose bid has been posted first among the others." This makes no sense to me. I asked if there was a way to change it so that the highest bidding amount whether automatic or manual, would be the winner and when I got their reply, it mentioned nothing about that. This was the response I got: "No not the first person to bid. But before auction ends, in case of proxy bid there will be same bid happening by a multiple bidders, in that case it will be on the basis of time." What does that even mean?? I even tried troubleshooting the auctions and trying different types of bids, etc. and it was as though the app wasn't acknowledging the proxy bids, it wasn't registering properly. I placed a manual bid, my fiance placed a proxy bid, then I placed a proxy bid higher than his. Then, in order for it to show any new bids, he had to place a manual bid. My proxy bid was way higher than his, but by the end of the auction, he had won. Tell me how that is possible?? I would NOT recommend this to anyone who wants to keep their sanity. I wanted to love this app so badly, I'm very let down.

Update: Stayed with them clearly and added a star. The support channel for responses have been a little more speedy, however the proxy bidding doesnt look like its going to be fixed unless it comes by enough of requests or the feature. The issue I am having is getting mismatched RSS feed items, which I feel they will fix. Figured I would do an update and remove my last update as I was extremely angry with their support channel which seems to have been adjusted. I just seriously wish they would fix the issue with the amount people bid if they mistype it. Almost Final Update: I am so close to just cancelling, we have had more problems then you can shake a stick at. Seriously on a wednesday its down??? Why would you create a script and not perform any maintennance on it and then we people have won an auction they cant check out. Even if you go to the app online, same thing. Just horrible all around Update: This is getting horrible. Now we are down again, in a 3 day window! 3 day its broken again! I really wish there was another option. I cant help but keep these guys at 2 star till they fixed this PERM. I lose customers cause of this bs Had a hiccup with the auction page, they had to recreate it but I lost 3 customers for them complaining it was down too long and unprofessional.... Update: So I had to uninstall to get this working again as they had an issue with their systems which caused no one to be able to check oiut. It is fixed but now im getting a syntax error. I had to pay for the RSS feed that is supposed to be done monday but now i have other issues Update: Okay they fixed the link in the email it sends. Couple issue, sorry to keep ranting on but I want to show people whats going on behind scenes. They added the option to add this to a PAGE, AMAZING! Only issue is I have no idea where its pulling it from. I WOULD love an RSS or Atom feed so I can pull this up and when I put up a new auction I could do a multitude of things to make it more user friendly. Alert when a new item is added and so forth. Not a HUGE deal. Last thing is when you create an auction for an item it goes in its OWN section of an item (shopify auction) which I had to hide from menus because it just was messing up my spaces. It would be nice if it SOLD it as the item, so when they were reminded to do a review on an item it wasnt on an item that "didnt exsist (ie: shopify auction 8)". Thats not the biggest deal but its a pretty significant thing. Biggest downfall: I use an app for iOS and android, even linking to this page with the div in it, it wont show thru the app. Again, this would be helpful if there was a way to have an RSS. Another Update: Been emailing them for 3 days now with 0 response. I cant run anymore auctions because in the email they are using a link like this "https://{$shop_name}/a/bids/1/2/{$customer}" this cannot be used for a multitude of reasons I wont get into. They arent fixing it and its been broke for several days now. I am at the point of just throwing in the towel Update: Found a work around, I made a collection and put that on my main page and have it show PRODUCT title NOT shopify auction and then it removes the glitch. I guess whatever. Still need a way to delete old auctions, AND offer 2nd chance for someone that doesnt end up buying it. Also next issue is the page that shows the auctions. What it does is create a "fake" product which if you know what your doing you can access this item and all the auctions are variants for that item Update: Ok so here we are ONE last time. This is still so broken, when an auction is over and I set it 2 days it DOESNT delete. They dont respond to emails, they have horrible support, just let down. Update: This could SO use a DIV that you could put on a page that would show the AUCTIONS. Or maybe even a collection that shows them. I guess I could manually do it. Well today I found a problem with the auctions, on the product grid item if on the main page it removes the 5th item in the row or the 4th or whatever is immediately after the item that is auctioned Couple things; I have been using this for about 3 hours or so. I can tell you that its kind of silly to NOT be able to put a code up to have a page that lists all the auctions that are up. Also the way it looks when you put it on the product page is not the best; I will be re writing a lot of the CSS to make it look more fluid in design. It def has the possibilies of being really good and DEF a cool thought

So far it won't work at all. All I seem to get from support is that it works on their end. I've tested it, had other people try it nobody can get the auction to take the bid. I'm not sure what those comment are talking about with bad customer service. I have had this app for less than a week and have traded emails a number of times and always gotten a quick response (with the exception of over the weekend, but that seems reasonable). They even went in and installed some code for me that I couldn't figure out. The app is complicated but that's because you're making the website do something it isn't naturally designed to do. I am running an all day auction and this thing is working perfectly. Take some time to understand how its system work and it'll do what you need.

I have just installed this app and I am sure it is going to generate a lot of business for us. We had a few minor problems with the setup as we are not too "tech-savvy". A short message to their support staff, in particular Nitika, and they reviewed my site and set it up perfectly in no time.

This product works really well for me, I required a simple way to auction one off items that I did not intend offering as "normal stock items" and in that regard it is perfect. One of the other things I wanted was to keep the auction on my site as opposed to linking with another 3rd party (perfect). The team at Webkul have been excellent to deal with and have assisted me to setup something that really works..a number of changes made without issue so obviously I'm very happy. Thank you to the whole team...great job.

App does exactly what it says it will do and runs well but is far behind being a viable app for those who want to auction products in volume. 1. App creators could improve greatly by removing the retail price from auction listed products. Having both the retail price and the auction starting price is confusing to bidders and I have seen an increase in my bounce rate since installing the app. I would rather see just the auction price and not the retail price on the auction items. 2. Having to manually enter the bid increment rate for each listing is very redundant. Developers could work on improving the redundant tasks to make converting a product to an auction listing faster and easier. 3. A relist button for items that have ended without a bid would be great to see. 4. The very small line of text for the auction link does not make finding auction items easy. There are many improvements that can be made to the app but this being said I will keep running with the app "as is" in hopes that they will make improvements to it to make the app operate like a real auction app. I noticed the price for this app has recently increased from $14 to $30 per month. at $14 with the limitations in functionality it is a fair price, but Webkul seriously needs to improve the app beyond its simple capabilities before I would be willing to fork over $30 a month for it.

Well..... reading through the back reviews.... lots of 'well done', 'brilliant' service...Well rest assured from my perspective its all true.... Great app which I can see will enable me to do what I want to do with my site.... Neha is a star!, nothing was too much trouble and being a bit of a 'numpty' with code...etc.... Neha came up trumps and took pity on me and got it all working. Replies & actions via the ticketing system for a couple of issues was very prompt and very professional. Not very often you come across such outstanding service. So top marks! Again Many Thanks Dave.

Being a bit of a technophobe and despite the clear video instructions on how to install this software I struggled with the HTML aspect and emailed a lady named Neha at the developers email address (Wekul) for help. Within a few hours I was replied to despite the time difference in India with an offer to install it for me which in itself was a perfect response. Not only did this super lady install the software for me, she tweaked and redesigned it to fit in with the design of my existing website and even added me a matching "Auction" category to my menu. My first auction has now gone live, it looks and works perfectly and I cannot recommend these people highly enough. I have told Neha and their crew that they are more than welcome to use our site as an example of what they offer if they need to. I installed the app, and in about 20 minutes, I was listing 30 different auctions. This app has solved my need for wanting auction products, and will start to add another revenue source to my store. I think the app is fantastic, and the customer service support is beyond a 5 star rating. Customer service is very friendly, easy to work with, and able to solve any help issues immediately. Very good app, I would highly recommend.
