The support staff is really good. I needed the FAQ accordion widget on my collection pages apart from the product pages and their support team made that customization without breaking the sweat. Exactly what I needed. After having tested 3 other similar apps (that were top rated), I have concluded that THIS is the one. A slick, clean, simple dropdown accordions for my product descriptions, like the ones you see on Nike or Gymshark (I dare say - even smoother than Gymshark). So customizable, yet simple to use at the same time. For real, spare them 5 bucks - because this is a great app that will save much time and remove many headaches for you and your customers. I use these accordion things on every product page. I've customized them for my product and tweaked them and they are GREAT. I had been researching for over a week straight on how to edit my site code to get an accordion style layout for my product and FAQ page. I tried both the tab and accordion app. I ended up purchasing the accordion app because of the dual function for the product pages and faq page. It is easy to set up and use. The tutorials and how to videos are very helpful. I needed to reach out for a bit of tech support ...the tech support was amazing--response time and resolution was incredibly timely. I wanted a simple yet flexible accordion to do the layout for my FAQ page. I tried a few and deleted them in minutes. They were just not easy and flexible, or they had just too much going on. UPDATE, Support reached out to me promptly, after this review, they had in fact emailed me but I guess it went to spam, so my apologies. EasySlide & EasyTabs are both made by this developer. I wanted to switch between slide to tabs. I was told there would be no conflict yet there was, which thru a liquid error. After several rounds of working on it the app developer finally got all the left old code removed and the app works great now. LOVE this app!! We were previously using EasyTabs (also by Nexus), and although that's a great app for what it does, we still needed to find a way to bring consistency to our product pages. Working with various sellers and vendors, there was just too much differentiation in the way product descriptions were displayed that really made our website messy, cluttered, and confusing with the tab layout. While installing Easyslide did turn off the EasyTabs I had in my product description, a quick email with Denys got everything resolved in no time. The app works incredibly well, and I love the amount of customization it allows! I can change the colors, font, borders, and size to match my theme! Customer support has been amazing, and even coded something into it that wasn't even a feature to begin with! Awesome! Super easy to install, and I love how it looks. We only have four FAQs, but three of the answers are very long. EasyAccordion makes it look so much cleaner, and I think it will engage people much more easily now. Also, I had a little problem getting a static graphic to appear on the bottom of the page. I asked for "help", and heard back very quickly from the Developer, with a perfect solution, and I love how it looks now! I wasn't planning to keep this app installed after the free trial, but it's so awesome that I might just suck it up and pay the $3. (I know, it's only $3, but I'm on the Starter Plan, and I don't like spending money!) Thanks for an awesome App!

I highly recommend the App. Not only it does what it promises, but customer service/support is great! Denys was super nice and professional... not only I got the help I requested fast, but in high quality! This is very rare for apps out there, that most likely not only you have to wait a while for the support, when help comes it never does exactly what you asked, often very low quality.
