An elegant solution to the problem of long descriptions. We had a question during install and they responded within minutes! Then after installation, we played with the settings and it's very nice. Really nice product. But wait, there's more... We were always unhappy with the text size in our descriptions but had never done anything about it. This app has the ability to vary the size of the text on the tab headings, and that's very helpful since the tabs are sitting atop a fairly narrow column, so having 4-5 tabs in that width requires careful word choices and getting the font size where you need it. But we were wondering if there was a way to vary the size of the text in the text fields also. We asked about this in a support ticket, along with a couple of other requests that we really kind of thought might be asking for more than should be expected, and their team (NexusMedia Team) took care of all three. And I mean within half a day, boom. It looks super nice, we are thrilled that what had bugged us for quite a while is now just taken care of. Thumbs up!

I thought it was great until I realised it was interfering with other apps, such as translation apps to have my store in multiple languages. Everything turned to English.. Also it started combining tabs that I had only selected for 1 product, yet with some products, an extra tab was added to the product page... Very annoying. Dang these guys are good. I had an issue with the tabs working because I did some custom Liquid coding. So I went and found their support email, sent them invite to edit my themes. I swear, Tetiana accepted the invite within 2 minutes and fixed the whole issue within another 2 minutes. It took less than 5 minutes total for the issue to be fixed. Amazing solution for keeping things nice and tidy. For my brand, I want customers to be able to shop around easily without having enormous walls of text and content holding them back from seeing what they want and being able to view other products in the catalog. I installed this app to try it. After realising it wasn't what we were after I removed the app however when I did this it has left behind a snippet of code which has ruined our product pages. The app is great, it has a lot to offer and works seamlessly with our theme. The support is EXCEPTIONAL. I had trouble installing the app because of some theme code blocking and the team were on it within 20 mins of emailing. I granted them access to the store and they had it fixed in 10 minutes. It probably would have been quicker, but they went the extra mile and made sure my reviews and Q and A apps were embedded in their own tabs, even though that's not part of the arrangement or standard out of the box settings! I use many apps but the app support from this team is just outstanding. Quick response, problem solving, and easy to communicate. There are other apps similar to this but this app is the one I would recommend. And UI of this app is super easy to use and user friendly. Only thing, color chart could be replaced to a color wheel or something else. It is little tricky to select color unless you exactly know the HEX color code.

I've been using the Easy Tabs - Product Tabs for about a year now and I love it. It has worked for our store exactly how it is advertised. I had a few minor questions when I first added there app to our store and I got them answered or the help I needed within a few hours. I recently put in a request for a minor customization of there app for use on our store, and again they responded very quickly (less than a couple hours).
