  I’ve tried several other badge apps before, but none of them worked quite right for me. DECO Labels & Badges worked perfectly from the start. I had a quick question about adjusting the size of the badges, and Felicie helped me right away. The badges look great, and the support is fast and very helpful.   I can't speak highly enough of the support I received from the DECO Labels & Badges team. The support agent, Hannah, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve, immediately understood my requirements, and guided me through the process with clear, professional advice. What I thought might be a complicated task ended up being completely pain-free thanks to her knowledge, patience, and efficiency. Everything was resolved quickly, and the end result was exactly what I was hoping for. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find. If every support experience was this good, life would be a lot easier!   I had quite a few issues setting up the badges, they wouldn't show, then I spoke to someone called Felicie who was the only team member who seemed to understand the problem and fixed it as soon as they knew what I needed. But unnecessary teething problems I think. I've just set it up so can't say if it's made a difference, but they team are very responsive.

  John was very helpful. We use DECO for promotions, and it's been a lot easier than coding labels and badges on the backend; it's just simpler and more efficient. The only flaw is that sometimes the sizing and placement get lost and you have to re-adjust, but it does not happen that often.

  One day i wake up using this app for almost a 2 months, and we had 0 sales, usually we do get 4-5000$ sales by that time, with 0 conversion rate i went ahead to all my developers to figure out what is going on. This app for some reason gave all our product pages white overlay and no one could click on add to cart and do anything about to buy the product. Uninstalled the app contacted support. Ignored for few days, asked about what they will do for money lost and what kind of compensation i should expect, got ignored as well. error that we received from this app was this "Culprit identified: Accounts Everywhere app rendering as full-screen white overlay" deactivated their app everything worked after. Tried to check if it is actually this app , activated it and issue came back again.

  I'm very, very happy with this app. Lots of options and customisations to get your badges just how you want them. What has impressed me even more is how attentive the service is. I ran into two issues while setting up my badges, both of which were resolved very quickly. The end result is I have badges which have elevated the look of my product pages. At first, I thought the price for the top tier was a bit expensive, but I now believe it's worth paying for!

  Love having a customer service represenative in live chat, Ivy was a great help! I had a small issue with one of their labels and they solved it within 5 minutes, and they stayed attentive during the chat. Couldn't ask for btter customer service. Plus! Their app is easy to use, and i am able to apply so many different badges/labels to my products using different customizations.
