  A big learning curve -BUT the product works PERFECT for what I need. I have an event business and we need to collect a lot of information from the clients, and this tool makes it so that we cna do all of that in one transaction, instead of having to email them back and forth. I ended up having to upgrade for some additional functions, but I like how they only have two tiers, free or paid, and the paid one isn't terribly expensive.

  Globo's support is fast to respond and very clear and concise. Anne and Clara have both been very helpful during out rollout. After I rolled out the app, I had an issue with theme compatibility that didn't show up in my testing. Rosie was super helpful and was able to find a setting that got around my theme's drawer issue. I can't stress how great Globo's support is!

  This app is changing the game for my store front. I no longer have to add every variant (color, size, price, etc). I was able to create one option set that is assigned automatically to all my products. I can manually add the option set to products as well if I prefer.   Love this app for my ecommerce embroidery shop. It has all the options I needed to allow customers to select fonts, thread color swatches and more. Mike at Customer Service was prompt when I had an issue testing it out on my first product (completely my fault). It is a lot easier to use and customize than VO Product Option app that I was currently using.

  I had 4 variants and SEVERAL options. Shopify's default only allows 3 variants. This app solved my problems. Overall the app is easy to use, however, there were advance settings I needed guidance.   Been using for a little over a day, the support with getting this set up has been top tier! I was able to add what I needed and reached out with a question, about size of the fields, and I got a quick response to help. Then I asked about changing the design to look like my website as they state they will do it and I get on not long after, a few hours, to find they have edited my site to my colors! Now the selection doesn't look out of place. I couldn't have asked for a better app to use.

  So far our experience with the app is amazing! The set up was fast, and when I had a question and hit a snag, Rosie on the support team did it for me and made it effortless. She then offered to customize it and made it match our theme colors and text font and was done in 5 min!!! WOW. The free plan does everything we need.   I've been using Globo Product Options, Variant for my Shopify store for a while now. Setting it up was intuitive to me. It makes it easy to include add-ons and pricing all in one place. I did have issues with the conditional logic to show and hide options, so I contacted customer service. My issue was fixed within 5 minutes. I was very pleased with the service and how quickly my issue was resolved. Definitely worth it.

  I've been using this app for one of my other stores for years now, and now I am setting up a new store, I immediately added it again. I find it very easy to use, with lots of great ways to customise it to your needs.   Its a really good app with a vast variety of different usages. Making your products more dynamic and customizable. Its realtively easy to handle and works very good. The many templates make it so that you can implement these features pretty fast. Having your cutomers engage more with your products, customizing them or adding accessories is very useful. The support is very nice and helpful. They answered fast and could help me exactly the way I needed. But the app also has its limits. I personally couldnt find all features I wanted to have, but thats okay. Beside that I find it a bit lacking in the visual sense. There arent that many personalisation options. Unless you know code you need to contact the support for features that should just be simple options to begin with.

  We switched from a different options app to Globo and have really liked the ease of use and flexibility.   After using this app for a considerable amount of time, I wanted to update my original review and provide a more balanced perspective. Overall, this app has become a valuable part of my store. It allows me to create product groups and cross-sell related models and accessories exactly how I want. The grouping options are flexible, the display is clean, and I particularly like that it can show product images/icons for linked items, making it easy for customers to navigate between related products. My original frustration came from an issue that caught me out during store development. The app stores certain product information (particularly images) at the time a product is linked, rather than automatically refreshing when changes are later made in Shopify. For example, if you change a product's main image after creating your links, the app will continue displaying the image that existed when the link was originally created. This is something users need to be aware of when managing their catalogue. In my case, I initially viewed this as a major flaw because I expected all linked content to update automatically. However, after working with the app for longer, I've learned how it behaves and simply factor this into my workflow when making product changes. As long as you're aware of this limitation, it's manageable. To be fair, the support team did investigate the issues I raised and the developers took the time to respond. While I still believe clearer documentation around this behaviour would help new users avoid confusion, I also recognise that the app itself delivers what I need it to do on a day-to-day basis. No app is perfect, but this one has helped me build and manage a large number of linked product groups successfully. For anyone considering it, my advice would simply be to understand how linked product images are handled and keep that in mind whenever you update products in Shopify. A solid app overall, with a few quirks that are worth knowing about.
