The app is a little laggy, I'm finding that my image upload box is not aligned to what I originally set it to be and I would prefer for the image upload/text to be able to be moved around however, staff are very friendly/knowledgeable. Image Links often break randomly, causing error popups beeing shown to customers. Especially after there has need an update suddenly problems apear months later. Customer Support is quick to reply but often just telling you what the issue is instead of helping you fix it. Get ready to talk to them for an hour and then redoing products every now and then. The team at Zepto and specifically my contact Shahariare and Sakib are very fast to respond to my requests - I love the app and recommend it to anyone needing an app to allow customizable products with virtually unlimited variants. I researched a lot for personalization / customization apps and this was the best by far. It does take a learning curve to figure out the rules and how to use it, but it's a very logical system and they provide great documentation. I have since used the app for a couple of years now and it's been great for our seat cover web site.

We are still in the process of developing a print-on-demand site for our metal prints. We decided to go with Zepto for its user-friendly and intuitive interface that did not overwhelm the user with options. Recently, we came across a Zepto related situation our AI assistant (Claude, in this case) was unable to resolve and suggested we contact the team at Zepto directly. Not only did they write back immediately, the issue that we had was resolved within the hour. Even more impressive was the fact that they are 10 hours ahead of us so it was 4 in the morning at their end when our first email was sent. Much thanks to the entire team at Zepto including Muhtasim, Emon and all the others for a superbly designed app and for the even more impressive customer service!

Worst Shopify app I have ever used. I sell jewellery and have a charm necklace feature however customers have been able to order and are not being charged correctly for the charms, resulting in me loosing money with every sale that is made. Even after I contact their support team and was told the issue was fixed I received more orders that were still not being charged correctly. STAY AWAY from this app it is not with the trouble and there are plenty more options available. Such a waste of time and money

We have been using this app for 7 years now. It has grown and evolved and really allows you to do so much personalization. There's a little bit of a learning curve when you first start, but don't worry. It's pretty easy to figure out. And if you have any questions, they have excellent customer service! They have many training videos and instructions. And today I got an answer to my problem incredibly quickly. They even sent me a video made with my own product to show me changes I needed to make. I do recommend!

Outstanding customer support and product for our needs. Whenever we have had issues they take it seriously and fix it quickly and check in with you. Originally, the biggest problem was that there was no way to see which products were connected to which customizer templates. With hundreds of products, that created serious management headaches. Editing or troubleshooting meant guessing what was attached where, which is not sustainable long term. The team has now added an “Assigned List” inside the template view, which clearly shows the products connected to that template. That alone solves the core visibility issue. They also improved the search functionality and added an “Apply to All” option, which makes managing large product catalogs much easier. These updates directly address the concerns I raised. I was very critical before because the limitation genuinely created operational risk for stores like ours. To their credit, they listened and implemented meaningful changes. Support stayed responsive throughout the process, and the improvements show they’re serious about building a better long-term product. If you’re managing a large catalog and rely on templates, this update makes a big difference. Appreciate the team for taking the feedback seriously.

the app and support is ok. i do believe the agents try their best to help but in the time it takes them to answer your message you might figure out the issue yourself. also the answer doesnt always answer your question so you might have to elaborate to get your point across. there are a handful of youtube videos and a lot of documentations files that could be written better. also had to create multiple css scripts to achieve the look i wanted as they only have very basic and limited settings in their styling options. one good point is that they seem to have round clock support so if you cant figure something out they will gather details and send you a loom video on how to complete it. a bit of a learning curve for those who never done product personalization but this app isnt as complex as teeinblue which was more expensive and had west coast support hours (might not work for you if you're on the east cost. all in all not bad but i will be looking for an alternative

After trying some other customizer apps, Zepto stands out by far, making it really simple to set up complicated customizer options but have them very simple to manage across multiple products. Support from the Zepto team is also top rate, they have always been available very quickly and answered any questions I have thoroughly and have never been unable to provide a satisfactory answer and assistance. Pricing is also very reasonable, giving plenty of options at the different plan levels so you can start out small without paying a huge amount for it, and scale up as needed. Definitely recommended!

I've been using this app for years and it's great! It's easy to customize to our needs and gives our customers the ability to see their items before their made, which gives them the confidence and excitement to purchase! Zepto product advisors have been superbly responsive (and patient) as I learned the system while setting up my first Shopify store ever. I made a few false starts and had to backtrack to fix mis-connects, etc. And they helped me not just with references to documentation, but by creating screen shots of them identifying the exact places on my actual website that I needs to find or edit and what values were needed. Amazing team!

Takes a minute to understand how to use it. The chat is very helpful, and you may need it. It's not very user friendly, but after awhile you get it. Wish it was a bit more user friendly. Feels like you have to have at least some expertise in developing to use.
