The AI support chat bot is absolutely amazing. You almost don't even need to code or configure anything in the app. The chat bot does it for you. As an example, I had a very complex set of logic needed to display 36 different products based on the answers to multiple, multiple choice questions and the chat bot did it perfectly... in about 60 seconds. This would have taken me hours and hours to code manually. I simply created a master mapping matrix and the chat bot did the rest. Truly amazing.

Once you get the hang of the logic, it becomes much easier and faster to build and refine quizzes than with other quiz apps I’ve tried. The support has been absolutely first-class. The AI Copilot is genuinely helpful, and Erik and Charles also personally jumped in to help me get everything working properly. I honestly haven’t experienced this level of hands-on support with any other Shopify app.

I have been using this app for a while and I have to say I really like it. It is very logical built so it is very easy to use and when you get stuck there are a ton of tutorials which makes it really easy. I have used customer support twice and they have been super fast in responding and very detailed in their responses, so I have nothing but good to say about this app. 5* plus. Update, had to use support again today cause I could not find out how to solve the problem I had at hand. Started off with chatting to the AI and it did not really come up with a tangible solution that I could understand. All of a sudden the customer support came online and made a video how to solve my problem, super easy to understand and to the point. I stick with my 5* rating for this app.

We use this for our product quiz funnel. It's a very easy way to recommend specific products based on the customer's use cases and behaviour. One feature we love is being able to customise the copy on the results page based on the answers the customer gave during the quiz. Makes it very personalised. Their support is also great. Fantastic! _____________________ Edit: After over 2 weeks the team couldn't find a solution to integrate with Klaviyo. I hired a dev as suggested and the first dev said she couldn't do it. I hired a 2nd dev using RevenueHunt's criteria to hire the appropriate person and they couldn't do it...! $140 down the drain... Thankfully Upwork refunded my money for the 2nd dev. I was hesitant to try another quiz app as Erik custom-coded mine as he said it was necessary. I decided to try Recomma app and everything was easier. The user experience, ability to customize... everything... better! Not only did the app integrate seamlessly with Klaviyo, the dev team custom-coded my email template so that it showed all recommended products/prices/descriptions!! No need to hire a developer! They also make cosmetic/CSS changes on-the-fly! My quiz is exceptional and I'm beyond relieved I switched. Did I mention, it's less expensive!

Very powerful app and works reliably. You can make some very complex quizzes and product recommendation tools. Team behind is very proactive as well with any assistance. 1 Feedback I'd have for future development: When we receive an automated emailed when someone does a quiz, in a lot of other apps, you can hit reply to the email and the reply to field automatically is filled in with the customer's email. This does not occur with this app. A small thing but would make a big difference.

This is the best app I have on my Shopify site! By putting the quiz on all pages, customers can easily find what product, or better yet products, they need. We needed a skincare quiz for our store, and RevenueHunt met our expectations. It includes pop-up and on page quizzes, unlimited questions on the quiz, and the workflow allows for conditional logic. Unlike other apps that we tested, the result pages can be further edited include additional images and instructions. A very comprehensive app, we only wish it included MailerLite as email marketing integration, so we could customize the email responses, and add quiz subscribers to campaigns.

This app comes with an easy to follow video tutorial and a super user-friendly interface. I love that it allows me to assign products by variant terms, tags, collections or by the actual products themselves. As I create the quiz, it creates a flow chart and adapts it automatically if I make a significant change. It immediately shows any looping action and eliminates spaghetti-bowl looking flows. My flows are self-determined medium difficulty. 10/10 would recommend. The best part? If you need customer service, they respond quickly and thoroughly with several options to help you with your issue. So if one doesn't work, you don't have to go back and forth.

I'm trying to set up multiple results pages to match customers with their Skincare Range and I can use Jump Logic to send them to the right page but only based off the answer to one question. What's the point in having a full quiz if the results page is dictated by their answer to one question??? I have been utilizing this application for some time and recently discovered that it lacks compatibility with international markets. A significant concern arises when customers outside of my primary country attempt the quiz. The system redirects them to non-localized URLs which don't accommodate the appropriate currency or language. I reached out to customer support seeking a resolution. However, their suggestion was to engage a developer to integrate a snippet, rather than directly addressing the issue at hand. I believe that several other businesses might be facing similar challenges, and many might remain unaware of the reason behind their decreased international customer engagement.

Once I got my quiz updated and the finished product on my site, it really is very impressive. The app itself is very intuitive and user friendly, so overall I am very pleased and do recommend you try it out. [OLD REVIEW] 3/5 It's a powerful app and I think it will be great, only downside is saving your quiz as you work on it...It doesn't always save and that means I have to re-do sections and re-link products several times. I even give it a few minutes, as the app suggests, but it still won't be saved or will somehow revert back to an older version. It's tedious enough that it really takes away from the app overall, I'm sorry to say.

So this quiz has been absolutely amazing for helping out my customers in figuring out what perfumes are best for their needs. Building out a quiz is super easy, and I'm not that tech savvy of a person. I hade first bad experience with this app because I had experience a bug. After I wrote about my experience, they reached out to me and helped to fix it. My Quiz looks really great now and works fantastic. Before that the result page was loading the whole time and now result was showing up. Also It is great that instead of the result page you can link in the "CONDITIONAL LOGIC view" any URL link instead of an result page. This is really useful, because the result page is maybe for some person too limited in customising it the way you want. I totally depends what you need. The pointing system is really thought through!

I've been using this app for about a year now, I do wish it didn't cost as much and that there were a couple more features(design customizability, allowing customers to share their results on social media, making sharing the quiz results on klaviyo a little easier to set up) but the customer service alone and great recommendation algorithm is the reason behind the 5 stars! I've looked through so many other quiz apps and tried out a couple but this one's definitely the best
