In testing, the app struggled with our themes that utilize features like "quick view" and "quick add to cart". Once these features were enabled and used by shoppers, Warnify Pro failed to display the necessary warning messages to customers. The support team at Warnify Pro, upon being made aware of our issue, reached out to us and were able to fix the problem. We use this app to alert our customers to certain criteria within their order, based upon geographical location, warnings specific to certain products, and to ensure our policies are noticed and acknowledged. We have had been using this app for a long time (4 years), but suddenly encountered an issue with product warnings no longer populating. I sent an email to their customer support, and received a prompt reply from Julia, stating that the problem had been diagnosed, a fix had been implemented, and the problem had been resolved. I really appreciate their development team's prompt action and resolution. This app helps our business immensely and I couldn't ask for better support!

Very useful app. Does exactly what it says, is customizable without being complicated, and was exactly what I needed to add warnings during the add to cart process. I did have an issue with the popup not working with my PageFly pages, but the dev team at Elastic-soft had made the required modifications to my store within a few days to get things working. Maybe it's just me, but I installed this app and it drastically dropped my speed score for my online store. I started my store a year ago and had been consistently fluctuating between 56 - 60 speed score. Once I installed this app, the first day I dropped to a 50. The second day I was at a 45. I only found out because when I had loaded into my store on a webpage, it was noticeably much slower to load pages. It has been 5 days and I am currently sitting at a 36 speed score.... There were no other actions done on my store except installing this app during this time frame. The customer service was actually very responsive but the app did not seem to work consistently with the warning pop ups. Sometimes it would pop up after adding to cart and sometimes it would pop up after I clicked checkout. Also, if you add to cart with the fast add and click checkout in the pop up tab then the warning would not even show up. I also tested the geolocation with a vpn service and the app did not seem to recognize this. All in all, this app works if you simply just need something to pop up but in my experience if you are trying to be more precise with the pop ups, I had experienced many glitches. I installed this app because there were tons of 5 star ratings but I did not have this same experience. I would have given a 2 star rating if the customer service was not as responsive.

We have a couple scenarios that we are using this app for. It didn't quite work like we wanted right out of the box, but they were happy to do some customization for us at a fair price. They have been very responsive, the communication is great! I have a made-to-measure store and even though we have banners on every page of our store website that advises we guarantee delivery of our made-to-measure suits/tuxedos 60 days from the date of order I had MANY MANY customers who expected a made-to-measure suit to be delivered in two weeks and I would refund the customer purchase. NOW... we have the product warning that pops up before a customer places an item in the cart, and they have to click ok before going forward. It is a lot easier to hold customers to the 60 day guarantee when I know they had to have read and click ok in understanding orders can take up to 60 days. This is probably the best app we have used in all of our shopify apps.

I LOVED that this app gave you the option to have different "warnings" PER PRODUCT instead of a check box in the shopping cart for EVERY PRODUCT at checkout. I have only one product that needs agreement to terms and conditions and this app does the trick. I don't like how it is difficult to keep a record of the warning, the text of the warning in the settings can only be captured by screen shots and it takes a few screens. I would rather have it display the entire warning, or in my case the terms and conditions. It is nice that the warning checkbox is shown on the orders screen, but it would be better if the entire text of the warning were shown, just for legal purposes to keep a record of what was agreed to on checkout.

We sell products that require a mating part to be purchased for proper function, and despite having notices on our product and cart pages, customers did not acknowledge this requirement causing for order adjustments on the back end and confusion. We are constantly have issues with this app displaying a Prop65 warning for California residents. Most of the time it works, but then all of a sudden it does not work. It is supposed to provide warning if IP address or Shipping Addr is CA. Rating 2 stars because it did NOT trigger when a Prop65 bounty hunter ordered 2 weeks ago. This is a pretty big issue that could cost us six figures in legal fees and settlement. Support is responsive, but we've been back and forth with support for 1+ years already and the performance is still inconsistent.

This app saves my customers from confusion as they add fabric to their cart in ½ metre increments. Elastic Soft apps are just what I needed and they have FREE plans which is great for when you are just starting out. They are user friendly and do not require to to be a programmer. They give you and your online business room to grow which so many other app developers just do not do. They are great with tech support. I use this app to advise customers that on products not physically in stock that there will be a slightly longer delivery time. Looked at other options but, for me this did the job the best. After having it installed for a couple of weeks, something else must have changed in my shop CSS and it caused a conflict with this app. Not able to fathom it out myself, I sent an email to support and 43 minutes later I received a response back confirming that it was now fixed. Absolutely fantastic support, especially considering that I am on a free plan, and I won't have any doubts about continuing to use this app safe in the knowledge that the developers really are there for you. Fairly simple to set up, and it just works. It's been a godsend for making sure customers understand what they are buying, and to alert them when they need another item for full functionality. Sometimes customers are replacing one of the items so they're OK purchasing one and not the other, whereas other people may not realize one won't work without the other. So a big "Thank You" for a great app. There is room for improvement, however. I wish there was a way to preview. I have some country-specific warnings enabled, and I'd love to see how it works. But since my IP address is not in those countries, I don't know how it appears to my customers.

Super easy! I use it to warn customers they are about to purchase a pre-order that is not available. It's a good work around due to Shopify Payments only holding pre-authorizations for 7 days. Would love if there was an ability to size the window, and have the customer be allowed to turn off the warning once they are aware of it, and wanted to continue ordering items from that group. As it is now, they have to see that pop up with every item they add that meets the requirements. Excellent, otherwise.

This is a FANTASTIC app and its uses are endless. We are a non-profit music school and we use it to confirm students have the proper prerequisite, or if a class is by audition only, or if a class is in preview mode and registration will start soon. It is intuitive, simple and straight to the point. We use Out of the Sandbox's Retina theme. The app developer provided the following change to the collection-template so that the tags the app creates (they start with "Els PW") are hidden. Thought I'd share it here as it was super helpful and allowed us to hide the tags in the filter we have customers use.
