I have been very satisfied with InkyBay. I have needed assistance a few times with the initial setup and troubleshooting, and every time the support team has been incredibly fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. The app works very well and offers a wide range of features. An sich kein schlechter Konfigurator aber es gibt sehr häufig Probleme mit den Download Dateien der erstellten Designs. Für eine professionelle Verwendung sehr sehr aufwändig da man immer mit dem Support Kontakt aufnehmen muss. Der reagiert zwar schnell aber man muss immer warten und das ist dann eben für eine regelmäßige Nutzung mit einigen Bestellungen am Tag sehr nervig. Für jemanden der nahezu keine Bestellungen hat mag es gut sein.

I swear if you can avoid this app, do so. This is a real review. I run a high paced print shop and their app was only fine for single orders. Not high volume. As soon as the file was too large or complicated or any file a customer uploaded that was actually of good quality, their app wouldnt allow me to download on the backend. Then i have to wait 24 hours for them to email me the files (when i can reach out to the customer faster and get it printed). Customers can upload their images, but they dont allow you to download it on the backend. So you are basically paying InkyBay for nothing. Then they pretend like the issue doesnt exist, even though I have brought it up nearly every day for 2 months. They say "it looks good on my end" when its not their end im worried about. I need it on my computer not theirs. I finally decided today to cancel it. I have used this service with nothing but headaches and fear if it will work today or not. And thats not something worth paying for. LISTEN FOLKS THERE ARE BETTER MORE RELIABLE CHEAPER SERVICES OUT THERE. DONT TRUST THIS ONE. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL SEE WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT AND REMEMBER I WARNED YOU.

This app is great. It's very flexible with many awesome features to run a custom print shop. Very user friendly. It's a lot of backend work. the support is awesome and very responsive. Any little idea I think of while editing they can try to add or implement to the store. They send helpful videos to show me how to make the necessary adjustments if its simple tasks but when I ask for something bigger like building a seperate clipart page that takes my customer directly to the designer they can do the work for me instead of me tring to code and write a new page. The support is speedy and any out of the box idea can be explored with this app.

I'm writing to express my disappointment regarding our scheduled onboarding meeting. While I appreciated the detailed responses to my initial questions and was looking forward to getting started with Inkybay, the experience with our scheduled call was far from satisfactory. I stayed up until 9:30 PM PDT for our meeting and waited for ten minutes, but no one joined, and I was kicked out. This lack of punctuality has significantly impacted my initial impression of Inkybay. Given this experience, I'm finding it difficult to fully trust the assurances provided in your previous email. Reliable onboarding and support are crucial for my small business, and this no-show has raised serious concerns. When I initially spoke to customer support, I was offered a plan fo $19.99 only to be charged $49.99. Be careful. They will scam you out of your money. Now I have to fight with my bank and Shopify to get my money back. I will never use this app again. FRAUDS!!!

So i have been searching for a designer app and have tried many. I needed to find out how to do some extra custom set ups for some of our products. We contacted support and Noah was extremely helpful. Noah went above and beyond and we are only a trial at the moment. He even made a couple of play videos to ensure we get the customisations correct. Experiencing the app so far has been good. Generally easy to set up and move forward. The other thing i took into consideration is there are a lot of decent size companies using this designer app and for many years which was good indicator that this might be the one stop for us for the future. Would honestly recommend on the bases of excellent software plus customer service.

The app is very good and the support is amazing. My only complaint is very minor and it is that it seems very specificly designed for certain products like garments. It takes a bit of creativity to make it work with more unique products but overall it's great. I've never seen an app or a product like this with such fast support. I haven't launched this to my customers yet but so far, building my customizer has been great. I hope they continue to develop it and add more.

Their tech team apologized and properly explained that there was a small misunderstanding with their support team. Edited our review from 5 to 1 star. You're charging for a simple customization on the product page. They are insisting on a custom charge on simple customization, aligning the dropdown menus, upload buttons on the product options. The support staff provided exceptional service, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction from pre-sale inquiries to post-installation support. Despite encountering minor difficulties during app installation and initial usage, the support team promptly addressed and resolved issues through guided video tutorials. Furthermore, they proactively communicated any missing functionalities or features to their development team for future updates. The app offers extensive capabilities, including the ability to handle setup charges per color and side, calculate run charges per print color, adjust prices based on product sizes, and provide quantity discounts. Its comprehensive features set it apart from other similar apps on the market.

They created a demo of what I would need in my store as I was chatting to them in the app, and then created a video tutorial for me to refer to once the demo looked like what I needed. Die Konfiguration ist einfach, mit etwas HTML Kenntnissen lässt sich das Design individuell anpassen. Eine deutsche Sprachdatei ist auch vorhanden, die sich anpassen lässt. Wenn man Fragen hat, bekommt man beim Support schnelle Hilfe direkt über den Chat oder per E-Mail. Zusammenfassend gesagt, gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Ich kann den Designer auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Mein Update nach dem wir die App seit 3 Jahren im Einsatz haben. Der Support ist nach wie vor extrem gut, die App funktioniert reibungslos, es wurde viel verbessert und optimiert. Ich kann diese App immer noch empfehlen.

I'm coming back to re write my review for this product as its gotten even better! What I wanted to do with my store seems quite complex in the scheme of things, and haven't seen any other stores out there that utilize the Product Designer like I have. So this was a battle at first, but with the help from the Inky Bay team, and Taylor, Steve and Eva, these people have made it possible! Things that weren't possible, they made happen! Even to the extent of writing custom code for certain things I wanted and didn't want to display. The app overall is quite confronting on the back end, but with a bit of time and guidance, it is actually really simple! i love this app, and i really hope that anyone in this space that needs something like this, will at least give it a go! Save yourself the time and effort and believe me when I say this one is the best. It is simple enough for customers to use, but complex enough for customers to be able to build their own awesome designs. Also, the sharing system is unmatched. This app works very well. I worked for 2 years and spent $20K developing a HTML5 personalization app for our old Magneto site. What a pain. We moved to Shopify 2 months ago and had worked on a different app called customify. Luckily we found Inkybay in time. This app is mature, feature rich and intuitive. I was trying to use this app for jewelry because they give an example of it in their proto store view. That was a mistake. I wouldn't suggest this app for anything outside of tee shirts that you want your customer to self-design. I think the chat team was trying to be helpful, but they didn't seem to understand my questions, let alone be able to answer them. Two stars because its partly just a clunky app, and partly that it just doesn't suit my use.

If you are a print shop or custom apparel shop such as myself, this is THE ONLY APP FOR YOU. It was so hard for me to find an app that incorporated commercial & apparel printing. I'm not even kidding, I tried EVERY app Shopify had to offer for customizing a wide array of products. I attempted to contact support several times and so did my staff, useless and unhelpful responses that basically just linked to a online instructions with sporadic information. Terribly hard to work out and does not have the features that it states in the product description (or at best the description is misleading). The support was brilliant up until the point that i installed the app - then they don't care and spend their time concentrating on getting new customers... UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO REPLY I sent multiple emails asking about how text can be changed and added by a customer and was simply sent links to instruction manual. You've replied faster to this review than to any of the unanswered emails, which somewhat proves my point about you being more concerned with gaining new customers instead of supporting existing ones.

Easy to set-up and configure custom products. Love the front-end editor on a desktop. Mobile UI is better than what we had before, but still isn't verry easy to make a custom design on a phone. That's a bit of a drawback, because more and more people want to use their phone to shop online. Sevice is great. When you have a problem they look in to it an try to fix it asap. When you have questions, just ask and you'll get a very fast response. Great app definately worth the money!

At the risk of sounding too much like other reviews, I have to say we echo much of what has been said already. We have really enjoyed using this app. We have tried many design studios, including much more expensive ones that don't function nearly as responsively as this one. Customer service has been quick to respond to our questions and special requests. Tutorials for every section are readily available within the app, making setup fairly easy. The studio loads quickly, scales perfectly on mobile, and is deeply customizable. The interface appears simple, but is surprisingly deep and complex - the app can be used for a variety of items and has some products pre-loaded as well. It's difficult to explain how deep this app really is - it can definitely keep up with the other guys on the market. Loading custom products is easy, as well as assigning various prices based on sizes, colors, printing methods, or whatever you choose. Rashed has been awesome at providing clear, easy to understand solutions to any issues we had. Photos/Videos are provided for any changes we need to make on our end, while other customization requests have been honored surprisingly quick. We work in a very complex market (screen printing and embroidery) and it can be difficult to price all the different scenarios our customers can choose from. Inkybay however has met our needs and we haven't even used it to it's full potential (for example: creating art designs and adding more custom graphics). We look forward to continuing to use this app and are very happy with it.

The features at first are simple to work with, but offer more complex customization settings to allow a more complex design scheme. There is very extensive back end functionality with the ability to make many tweaks. This app is fantastic! I went through nine different customization apps- installing each app, learning to use them, trying to make them do what I wanted-- but every app had at least one "deal-breaker" that made me uninstall it. You may think I'm exaggerating, but I'm not. Nine customization apps that you can find here on Shopify. Inkbay's was the tenth, and this powerful app is the only one that allowed me to do everything I needed, and even included a few features that I hadn't thought of, but were great improvements over the way I planned to do things. The app is not the easiest to understand at first glance, but the Inkbay support team was happy to arrange a Skype call to guide me through and answer all of my questions. Once you get the concept, everything falls into the place, and working with the interface becomes simple. Inkbay's app allows you to have an incredible number of variations and options to your product, and to view those variations through custom images. Pricing can be adjusted within each individual option and the customer can see price changes dynamically as they make their picks. And the personalization tools are top notch! They include scores of fonts, but you can upload your own. Customers can curve text, resize text, flip text, add drop-shadows, outlines. There's also a simple clip-art gallery (you can add more images to it if you want something fancier) and customers can upload their own images. Just fantastic stuff. And as hard as it is to believe, the customer service is even better than the app! The gang at Inkbay has completed every request I have made. They completely re-designed the interface to suit my design sensibilities and the style of my site. I sent them what I wanted the interface to look like (a completely new design) and, within a few days, they had the interface looking exactly like what I had sent. This type of custom design work would have cost thousands if I had hired someone to do it. The Inkbay team did it for free. It's obvious that they are committed to top-notch support for their app, and that they hold themselves to a very high standard. I couldn't be happier with them and their app. Can't rate this app highly enough.

Looked for a long time to find an app that did every we needed. We came across this app and it did most of the requirements. However once installed the developers were always on hand for questions and small changes that worked better for us. Really helpful staff and app now does everything we needed it to. Amazing. This is just what we have been looking for in an online design tool. Seem a little overwhelming and complex at first, but after a little awhile it becomes pretty easy to maneuver through the admin. The support by the staff is second to none. They are always there with a a solution, fix or workaround. HIGHLY recommended!

This app is complex, and I mean that in the best way possible. Our needs were complex and it covered just about everything and more. Anything we couldn't achieve with the oem app, the inkybay team was eager to help shape and customize the app to work perfectly to our needs. Support is timely, they always follow up through email, and are extremely receptive to your desires. If you're out there fishing for an app that allows customers to customize your product, look no further. Be prepared to read up on the guides provided and don't be afraid to ask their team question. Rashed Lemon was a god send and always had an answer or video for me to watch that would teach me even more about the program. Seriously, I'm not just talking this up to talk it up; our company spent years trying to build what this team had already mastered. Best customized product app on shopify.

I highly recommend InkyBay and I'll tell you why.... I've wasted a lot of time with FOUR other APPS that cannot product the dedicated service the technical team at InkyBay provides. Installation is fast. Support is LIVE during their business hours and ANSWERS are immediate! With other APPS, my requests were ignored, unanswered and left my theme in a mess when uninstalling. I've been in business over 35 years and online for 25 of that time. I'm telling you that InkyBay is where you need to be as a Shopify owner selling products for customizing. They are there EVERY STEP of the way with you as you learn and their 14 day trial period is much more than enough time, adequately, for you to learn the Dashboard and what's expected. I plan on carrying them with me as I grow. The App does what it says it will do AND MORE. It's JUST what I was looking for and I wish I had found them much sooner!

This product is so versatile and capable of so many things, it is a bit intimidating at first. My advice is to just jump in and get your feet wet. The support staff is, HANDS DOWN, the best of any application I have ever used. They helped me with 5 different issues, all my fault, in the course of a day and had everything running beautifully. They are fast, efficient, and extremely friendly. There is no better customization application for Shopify, I have tried them all! Best of all, with this application, you can download the designs as a vector file, perfect for us since we do engraving, vinyl, and CNC work as well as print work. I had been back & forth whether this app was right for me however it turns out that this is the only genuinely great product designer that there is in my opinion. As with all product customisers there are a learning curve & it took me a little while to get my head around it however the amazing support I have received while I have got to know the software has been amazing! I you have any product that needs to be customisable, install this app & chat to the team & they will make it happen for you.

What a great app. I've been looking for something like this for over a year. I have tried virtually all others then came across this. It's the perfect app for what I need and easy to navigate. I jumped on it yesterday and began setting up products, I came across a couple of little issues and contacted Support. The issues were sorted within seconds by Rashed. He was a tremendous help and talked me through how to solve the issues aswell as lending a hand. I highly recommend this app and many thanks to Rashed. 5 Stars from me.

Great support team who is always there to help! Anything from basic questions to tweaking features in the app. The UX is not as intuitive as you'd like it. Still works well but definitely room for improvement. I just started using the app but I have high hopes and recommend it.

I have used and had apps built for me over the past 20 years ~ always bugs and non responsive on many platforms. This is the 1st product i have found that does what it says on the tin ! Totally responsive and works on PC/TABLET/MOBILE - Obviously with any new app you need to learn how to use it, but the support i received got me going within 2 days ( responses were quicker than this ! but i needed to train myself ). Early days to see what users think ! but i am very impressed. Don't waste time with anything else.

I am new to Product Customizer but I am very please with it. And I can't sing enough praise for their customer support! I don't recall ever giving a five star review for any product with anyone in the past. Unfortanely today most company's idea of customer support is lip service and an outdated, time wasting online FAQs or forums. Not Inky Bay. Whenever I need help they are there for me. I am still learning their product and have a lot more to learn but if their product is anything like Rashed of customer support, I will be a customer for a very long time.

This App is awesome, you can tailor the program to suite your needs for almost graphics/product combination. When you start to realize the depth the program has it can be daunting, however, it works in your favor. You can curtail the program in so many ways. In addition, the support from Rashed is truly top notch, either chat with him or email and guarantee you'll receive a response and get any problem you have solved!

This App solved my requirements. In the beginning, it's a little confusing to install by me, but thank for the excellent customer support, it is no problem. It works very well and provides an SVG format of the design by customers that make the engrave processing very easy and save our lots of time. The only negative is that it will create products in Shopify. Overall, excellent app and fantastic customer support! The develop team responsive to my specific needs and resolve any issues, even create a theme for us, so surprise! Thank you!
