Very useful app with many helpful features to control and limit purchases. Although our request was a bit difficult because we wanted to limit purchases per day for guest customers and could not fully achieve the objective, the support team explained everything in detail and suggested alternative ways to achieve it. We have a shop for riders who provide service in our company with items at cost. We use the app to limit how much they can purchase per order and, most importantly, by time range, to limit how many items they can buy per year. It allows us to enforce a soft limit to our riders, and we know that only someone with bad intentions would do so. I recommend it, especially for the time range limit function.

We decided not to use this app because it feels very sketchy. The English is poor (“Your current subscription plan is not choose”), the feature images are blurry (Temu vibes), and there’s a strange demo cart permanently on my screen showing headphones and a phone worth €3010. Every click triggered a chatbot, which was distracting rather than helpful. The setup checklist had four links, and all four were dead, leading to another app’s domain from the same developers. When I tried to contact support, the chatbot just looped endlessly. With issues like this, I would never risk my cart or my customers’ data. We’ll be looking for another solution.

Worked well for an entire year. Yesterday, our checkout was broken, and we lost about 3 hours' worth of sales. Uninstalling the app was the only way to resolve the issue. I tried reaching out to support but was unable to get a quick response to allow us to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, we can't afford to let that loss of sales happen again, so we will no longer be using the app.

Works as advertised. We use the app to limit the purchase of event tickets, exclusive items and limited merchandise. The future purchase limit works to prevent repeat purchases from the same account. From time to time the app has a few quirks in the admin console and a few glitches with the Shopify checkout process that seem to always require tech support intervention, not unlike most Shopify apps. Tech support is pretty responsive, once you consider the +10:30 to +13:30 time zone shift from the United States.

This app has been great for our needs. We offer samples to customers in hopes they love the product and come back and buy multiple packs in the future, but we don't want people to be able to order more than 2 total samples, one per size. Update: can you leave a 0 star review? Don't let them fool you with the comment below. They reviewed nothing. Multiple excuses to explain the issue. First it wad their system updating on Wednesdays, to I wasn't syncing every week, to They are not compatible with shop. 0 review in My book! They take your money. Don't show support, dont back up the issues they have, and when the app fails to do what its supposed to do, multiple times, the developers point the blame to you. I've had the "you didn't have this on" or the "oh you weren't syncing properly" or my favorite "oh its not compatible with Shop" after they've reviewed my store more than 5 times. Yeah, buyer and person beware on this app. And I have the proof and the chats to back my story up. Horrible.

Please be cautious that this app might interfere with your theme. So make sure to test everything properly, and be ready to put some work into it. Very bad experience with this app, I installed it just to limit the quantity of products per customer, but it altered my billing. Talking with Shopify representatives, they told me that this app affects my threshold limit of the orders. Now, I have to pay after the trial for this threshold limit problem since it affects the entire operation. I don't understand why! Shopify customer service told me that I should contact the developers to get a deep explanation. I do not recommend this app.

This app has worked great for maintaining limits on customer orders when needed! We use it to specifically limit quantities to "1" for the "free" products we offer as loss-leaders on our website. It really helps us as our musical instrument software libraries have a unique serial code associated with them, so limiting the offering to one delivery per unique customer is the ideal situation- (which we learned the hard way when some opportunistic fans were grabbing two, three, or 185!). We ran in to one issue, where the software is not compatible with the Shopify "ShopPay", which is unfortunate, but Anjali from KOR helped navigate us through that & everything is solid now!! Thanks KOR ;-0 2/2/2024 update::: We recently needed to create a grouping of individually unique, single use coupons for an online vendor to sell that would subsequently be redeemed at our website- (allowing us to directly track the traffic, and allow both us and the vendor to collect customer emails, etc.)- and KOR played a pivotal & necessary role in limiting/constraining the shopping cart boundaries on our Shopify website to make this possible. (Feel free to contact us if you need any info on how to do this for your website ;) KOR keeps getting more useful as we go..... worked much better for us compared to others we tried!!

This is such a great app, that’s not overly complicated to use. I use this app to set a minimum quantity amount for purchases on our custom party favors. I don’t have to worry about customer not following directions when ordering. Customers are not allowed to move forward with their order if they do not have the minimum required. This app is very simple to use. It helps me to limit quantities of items that I make by hand. I can only make these in small quantities, and I find that if I don't put a limit on the quantity people can buy, some people will buy large amounts of my items and then resell them on other sales platforms (i.e. scalp the items). This app helps me to prevent scalping on my website so that people who are actually going to use my items will be getting them.

Nice app! Very hard for a visitor to bypass to check out when there is a limit on the product, unlike other limit apps I've used in the past. Stops them from entering the checkout page with a warning message to add more to the cart. Only issue I had was it imported my products twice for some reason so I had to go in and delete things. Support had a fast response when I reached out to them.

I set the app up, but it didn't work properly, and made items that don't have inventory tracked show on the store as OUT OF STOCK. So I deleted the app, and in doing so, it stopped our Checkout from working! Which resulted in a 25% decrease in sales conversions for the 24 hours until we noticed the error. NOT HAPPY - would definitely not recommend this app.

We had a lot of trouble with this app. It was very erratic when we first installed it (working about 50% of the time), so we decided to get rid of it. However, there wasn't a warning or sub-routine in the delete procedure to say we needed to 'manually' remove integration first. As a result, after the app was gone the shopping cart stopped working. No error message to explain why. The solution, for anyone who has the same problem, is to reinstall, add integration, remove integration, and then delete the app a second time. Guys - you need to include removal of the integration system into the removal process, or at least build in an alert. Better still, provide an app that works reliably so it doesnt need to be removed. Acknowledgements to Shopify support, who helped us sort this out.

I setup a minimum quantity for an item, which works when going to the shopping cart. Unfortunately it still allows a smaller quantity through if going directly to checkout. Advice is to disable 'buy it now' etc, which is unacceptable if these provide increased sales. Also easily bypassed by going directly to checkout via the address bar.

Great app! Pop up shows when customer tries to click "check-out" button, and indicates what "minimum quantity" they didn’t meet for certain products! Prevents them from trying to alter quantities quickly and checking out. I played around with a few other apps, and this one worked the best for me! Great job guys!

You must make sure to follow their uninstall instructions in the app description, or it could mess up your checkout like it did ours. Update: 9/1/21 - This app did not work. Failed upon site launch and customer support went dark on me. Be careful. after we uninstall this app our checkout page shut down for 2 days until we found a problem (shopify represewntative told us some apps here can cause this problem). poor customer service (have to wait for a day or 2 for reply. for our email question they still havent reply to us. and customers still can avoid and buy as many goods as they want.

This app does exactly what It says it will do. It limits the number of purchases of a specific product and collection, but you can also limit purchases for a lifetime. This might sound odd, but we have a reduced introduction product and they have had people buying a number of them at a time. This App limits that and we are grateful!

DANGEROUS and poorly developed app. Here were a couple things that were issues for me: - Customers are still able to bypass this app allowing them to purchase more than the quantity you set the limit to. - Poor UI - search functionality is subpar. For some products, you would have to search for the entire keyword before it's able to find the product you're looking for. However, I was willing to tolerate these issues, until last week, when this app was interfering with my site's checkout process in which I had to uninstall it immediately. Customers were complaining and this RESULTED IN A LOSS OF SALES FOR US. I sent an inquiry to support and have not gotten a response.

The app does not work at all - Unless you get their help to get it working. I did... - Install the app (configuration is easy) - Tried to set a limit for one product (nothing fancy, just limit a product to 1 per order) - But the app didn't save the settings. I tried various combinations, but the app refused to save the settings. Every time you hit "Save All" - poof, nothing. But what really made the app the worst is that checkout didn't work at all anymore. No matter what you tried to purchase it would just spin wheels at checkout. This app will mess up your checkout process. DO NOT INSTALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO CLEAN UP YOUR CODE AFTER.
