We love this app because it keeps our collections looking clean and helps with optimal sorting. The automated displaying of our new items alongside our best sellers at the top of our collections is extremely helpful for generating sales. Having out of stock items pushed to the bottom of collections is great as well. While you could do some of this manually, this process being automated is extremely helpful for us as we have thousands and thousands of products and hundreds of collections, so manual tracking is almost impossible.

Love this app! Once you get the hang of it, automates the process of pushing down out of stock products which means the customer has a better experience. Also appreciate some of the new functionality, including being able to arrange how the products are viewed by the customer on each collection page, from within the app.

This app is perfect for my shop. All my product is one of a kind. Before I installed this app, my customers would see on the first page "sold out" too many times, and I would have to go and manually try to organize the product, what a pain. I reinstalled and haven't been able to reach anyone in support, so in order to get into the app I have had to click the professional plan option thinking I had the trial period to sort this out and I've just been notified the approved $89.88 will be billed again today. 1) Installed. 2) Configured and Switched on. 3) Was told by live chat to wait 5-10 minutes. 4) after an hour did not work. Was told it was my fault as something in my theme. My store is brand new out of the box by the way. 5) Asked chat to help me resolve. 6) Was passed over to Mete who was rude, obnoxious and flat out accused my of being some kind of rival that only came to leave a one star review. Well guess what Mete - you we're right about one part of that (clue: the other part was fantasy on your behalf). My business has been doing 7 figures for 14 years. Never have I experienced such an awful service. Okay the app did not work out of the box for whatever reason. What should have happened is: 1) An offer to go into our back end with collaborator code. 2) identified the issue and fixed, or explained to us how to fix. 3) The app would have then worked. 4) A happy paying customer for years to come! The mind boggles, it really does. How can you even be in business treating a paying customer like this? Cue Mete coming on here telling a pack of lies about how it was me that was rude etc

The UI and app look good, and the features look good, but my experience was difficult. My store, maybe because of compatibility, had issues-not sure, but here's what happened. Okay, this was really bad; now I have to spend more money on my developer. This application broke my site on the first install. I installed, followed the onboard recommended steps, and bam, no more product page. And when I click on my product link, it goes back to my homepage now. I tried talking to Kubra and to Mete, and instead, each of them told me through an automation to play a game instead of helping me-3 times in a row, which was extremely frustrating for having my brand new site broken by a simple app installation. At least someone (Kubra I think) replied to me and explained that the app sometimes does this, and asked what I expected. I asked to get help, and they told me that an escalation would happen, but then someone came online telling me to CALM DOWN. This is not what I call customer service—battering your customers with game-playing automations and then telling them to CALM DOWN. At this point, I prefer getting help from respectful devs. I have no doubt the software is good, BUT BEWARE of customer service!! Here are some actual quotes I received from support: "CALM DOWN and help us OK??" along with "YOU CAN EITHER APPRECIATE OR STOP CONSUMING OUR TIME" Ashamed to see this on this ecosystem. If anyone is a shopify dev that can help with my broken page please email me at homechime1@gmail.com im desperate at this point.

this app exntesion break my product listing stock and delivery. i talk with support and i got many many message before getting replies or help but now after 12 message there is a bit of help, so be persicentence if you want help. issue not solved by there is some help from a kubra person. the first person in the chat never replied to my email since MONDAYT but kubra is replying fast but saying the fault is not on the app and that its impossible the fault is on the app. but i tell that the issue started at the exact moment i installled the app. be careful with this if you have product with shjpping. i think kubra is good and the app and the other person in chat is not so good.

I recommend this app for small businesses that have over 200 items in their shop and want to stay on top of pushing in-stock items to the top. I would say that this app does an excellent job of pushing down and/or hiding product that is out of stock while also using tag exclusions as a way to ignore certain products. For example, we have pre-orders, which are "out of stock" so we don't want to have them pushed down or hidden, so we tag it with "pre-order" and tell the app to exclude any product with that tag. One thing that I see being a huge area of improvement, which is why it is missing a star, is because it groups all the sales channels together when hiding product. Sometimes I only want to hid it from Facebook, but keep it on my store. For example, Facebook doesn't want out of stock product checked on Shopify, but if the item has a review on my store, I don't want to hide it as that assists with brand transparency and driving traffic. I have already placed several future update requests including this one, but they don't appear to have any traction. I guess time will tell. Other than that, great product and highly recommend.

This app is unbelievably helpful, especially for a store with one-of-kind items – it drops the sold items down and keeps the available ones in view. This app is great! i came across a few others but they weren't doing what we needed and they were more complex. This app was easy to use and I was able to set collection to have the sold out items sent to the back. I did have some issues because i had accidently set sold out items to not show but i messaged them and Mete helped and fixed the issue! GREAT APP! now our customers don't see tons of sold out items makes our site not look that good an not as trusted etc! you get it.

Works as intended and does the job very well. We have not experienced any issues with syncing products or long delays in sorting / pushing down / hiding compared to other similar apps we've tried in the past. We've not had to adjust any settings whatsoever since the initial install.

I use the app to enable me to list my current products first followed by sold products that can be used as a reference. It works perfectly and means my customers don't have to wade through sold products to find what they want. recently I must have accidentally changed some settings and the app stopped working so i contacted support. Within minutes Mete replied and checked the system and replied with suggestions on how to solve it. I followed his advice and it was running perfectly again in no time. a really brilliant support service.

This app can sort sold out products to the bottom of any collection AND move it back up to where it was when it is back in stock. Sorting each collection is surprisingly fast, as is the updating when the product is back in stock. Next up: Price. This app is actually quite a bit cheaper than some of the comparable apps I have seen as well. Installation: A breeze. The app adds no scripts/css/fonts/other junk in your shopify header, and have zero negative impact on pagespeed from what I have seen. Functionality: The app can be installed, tested, and removed again without hassle. Functionality is not too complex - It does exactly what it's supposed to, and it does it well. Customer service: I emailed them on a Sunday, and got a response shortly after. I emailed them again monday, and got a (helpful) response within an hour. Conclusion: Fantastic app to manage larger collections. We are already seeing a noticeable increase in conversion rate and add to cart rate.

I wanted to push all SOLD OUT products to the bottom so that browsers do not have to scroll all the way down to see what's in store. I also don't want the SOLD OUT items to disappear from the website completely as they allow customers to see what was sought after and gone! I am not IT Sarvy but the live chat provided is great! I really wish that this app had worked for me. It seems really easy to configure and use, but it has one major downfall that makes it not work at all for my shop... It only pushes down out of stock items in Featured view. The default sort I use for nearly all of my collections is Bestselling, which I have absolutely no wish to change, so unfortunately the app just didn't fill my needs. If it worked on all views I would reinstall in a heartbeat!

This is a fantastic app. I was looking for an app to do exactly this "HIDE" my out of stock and/or "Push it down" the list.
