The push down out of stock items feature works perfectly, no issues. Great help to keep our site organized. The daily low and out of stock reports are super helpful for managing inventory and work great. The back-in-stock notification is in beta right now and fairly basic but works well. We had an issue where the back-in-stock notification button wasn't appearing correctly when customers selected out-of-stock variants. The support team was responsive, and their developers implemented a fix that resolved the problem across our entire site. Great customer service and very responsive, would not hesitate to recommend.

Great app for moving OOS items to bottom of the page but reporting on OOS items not great if you have a store with 100's of SKUS. There's no way to restrict stock level reports to include only ACTIVE products so we have 100's of archived products appearing in the out of stock reports. Support were very quick to respond and will consider a feature to exclude ARCHIVED products in future but in the meantime the OOS reports are pretty useless for us. Update 20.04.22 App support acted very quickly on comments above and it is now possible to exclude archived products. I have updated the review from 3 to 5 stars. Excellent customer service too!

App works great. This was a real pain point for us as we have a couple of brands that are often out of stock. However, unless I'm mistaken, there's no way to ensure OOS items are kept at the bottom if the customer filters the collection. That means that OOS items are reordered and appear higher up the collection. This is something for the developer to work on. Having said that, developer was helpful when contacted.

This app keeps asking to upgrade because there are more than 100 collections, even if you disable enough collections to get the number of collections you need it to manage to less than 100. Doesn't send you notification either that it has stopped working until you upgrade unless you go into the app itself. An email would have been appreciated.

I have hidden stocks on my online store as they were already outdated. But this app over-ride all the changes and this cannot be undone. Those stocks that were hidden, are now showing as visible both in the backend and front end. This is a nightmare because we have to manually find out which were the products which had the changes over-written. This is clearly a flaw which has costs us additional and unnecessary time and money to fix.

This product seems to work well, and will likely save the company many thousands of dollars over the course of the year. Having multiple thousands of items with irregular availability causes me to spend a lot of time reordering, and this product has fixed that. Easy to use, works great! The only issue we have is that we launch items on presale and they have 0 quantity so we manually move them to the top of a collection and this app moves them to the bottom. We want these items on the main page so we can advertise them before the sale time. Don't see any way to make an exception for specific items. Would be a nice option but probably only good for a handful of sellers.

I had to remove this product because once the visitor changes the sort, all the Sold Out products are no longer shown at the bottom and we have enough sold out products that most of the first page was sold out. If you have many sold out items, then chances are many of them will show at the top of the collection once the visitor changes the sort.

I used this app to lessen the amount of time and energy I have to put into keeping my store visually clean. It works like a charm! Out-of-stock police is great. I have a lot of products, and many of them are out of stock, but I don't want to unpublish them because then it will prevent people from being able to sign up for in stock notifications. This app pushes my out of stock to the bottom of my collections and sorts my in stock from newest to oldest, saving me countless hours every month from having to manually do this myself.

Amazing app! We inevitably have out of stock products, and our store collections looked messy. It always bothered me. Out-of-Stock Police really makes our store look nice. This app does just what it says it does and I feel it's very affordable versus the man hours I would spend to do this myself. I have a vintage jewelry store so each of my items is unique and a labor intensive process. I wanted sold items to be visible because it makes my site easier to find by web searches for vintage jewelry makers. However, having sold items scattered throughout each collection was distracting and messy and manually sorting them to the bottom way too time consuming. With this app a one-time set up and choosing “auto-push” keeps things tidied up yet, still leaves all the information to help people find my website.

Do not use this app. This app cost me countless amounts of hours and dollars and didn't even do what it was supposed to. Instead of moving out of stock items to the bottom of the page it instead just ordered my entire collection pages in a random order with seemingly no rhyme or reason and the out of stock products were still in random spots. Save yourself a headache and do not use this free or paid for.
