  I have had this app for almost a month and just started to use it. Their customer service is really good and quick. The training session was clear. I think it is an app with a lot of potential. Update: I decided to delete the app because their messages were going to Junk and the options for surveys and automation were very limited. However, I still believe it has a lot of potential.

  We have used GrayFox for over a month for our email marketing campaigns and we are extremely happy with the app so far. The campaign & offer feature allows us to have personalized touchpoints with our customers at every interval. The campaign ties all the features of the application really well & provides a seamless experience. Also, the survey feature has enabled us to receive feedback in real-time & understand our users better. The app comes with a lot of pre-built templates that keep getting updated which makes creating emails a breeze. GrayFox backs up its app with excellent customer service which is available round the clock each day without fail. We are really happy with the app and would be sticking around with them for our marketing automations.

  I have been using GrayFox account for email marketing & automated campaign creation. The UI is really simplified and easy to understand. They have incorporated AI capability which helps me to send hyper-personalized offers to my customers. The icing on the cake is their customer service. They are prompt and provides support going beyond their usual working hours to meet my needs. I have benefited a lot from this app. Totally a worthy one and a good compete for Klaviyo
