The UX-UI of this application is not the best, and the back-end responsible for syncing your products is spotty at best in frequent cases. It will work some of the time, half work other times, and sometimes just not work. Telling me the product is working then wanting me to provide more data for their product to try to fix it again, and again, etc... Support and developers seem to have little insight into what is going on. Avoid unless you have no other options.

As a VIP customer, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had with an Etsy integration app. I honestly found myself asking: "Are all the other 5-star reviewers seeing something I'm not, or was my experience completely different?" Before the migration, I spent a great deal of time preparing my Shopify store. I even sent two pages of detailed instructions to the support representative, Joseph. My request was very clear: Synchronize only a few products first so I can review everything before importing the entire catalog. Unfortunately, this request was ignored. Within about a minute, the app synchronized my products from Shopify to Etsy, and many listings were transferred with serious errors. Instead of receiving the careful onboarding I expected as a VIP customer, I had to spend hours correcting listings one by one myself. The outcome was devastating. Only one week after using QuickSync, my Etsy shop was suspended. I cannot state with certainty that QuickSync alone caused the suspension, but I trusted an Etsy integration app to transfer my listings correctly. If there were compatibility or policy risks, I expected them to be identified during the onboarding process—not after my shop had already been affected. This experience cost me a significant amount of time, unnecessary stress, and the loss of my newly opened Etsy shop. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app.

I'm extremely concerned about a development that occurred (post-syncing my Shopify and Etsy stores) that I'm hoping will be fixed within the next few hours. Every single one of our product images (over 200 photos) created on a transparent background in Shopify transferred over to Etsy with a solid black background. It's a complete mess. I've had to place my Etsy shop into Vacation mode until it's fixed. Joseph has indicated he will look into a fix for the problem and reach out to us imminently. Great app overall! We weren't sure what to expect when connecting our store to the Etsy marketplace, as technology and connecting things on a big scale can be prone to problems with the on-set, but once things got up and running, it has been very helpful in not having to manually keep track of inventory on both shops. We did run into some glitches at first when it came to getting inventory to sync correctly, as we weren't doing a full 1-to-1 match from our Shopify to Etsy store, but only select products. However, the customer service team overall was fantastic through the process. Joseph helped answer a few questions at the on-set when we first installed, and the majority of the help I later received when going through the bigger issues was from Thea (thank you both very much for helping us fix the initial problems and getting us off the ground). I would say 5 stars for customer service, but can't quite give 5-stars for the app though because I do notice some odd inventory quantity glitches that happen here and there when manually updating from the Etsy side, so unfortunately I need to pay attention to that here and there. I also wish we didn't have to re-sync products that sell out on Etsy, and then replenish, but I do understand that some automatic functionalities might be limited due to shop platform functionalities. That being said, a pretty solid solution for what we're doing at the moment. Thanks for the help, team!

DO NOT USE THIS APP! Beware, we used this app for many months, and it will be great until on day this app will brick your entire etsy store. Support has been entirely useless. I have lost thousands of dollars in revenue because the plugin changed all of my products prices to $1 and sold out of all inventory on my stock. Support is absolutely useless, and they will not help you at all as your store burns to the ground caused by their horrible plugin.

The app consistanly fails, only way I can actually have listings linked is by talking to customer service and I still need to manually update listings if something sold on one platform or another.

You should NOT use this app. It constantly and consistently changes your inventory to 0 on Etsy for variations. It seemingly randomly pulls in pictures or ignores them, and even though I have turned off everything but order syncing I am still finding random negative changes being made that are impacting the display of my listings. Edit: Maybe overreacted with a 1-star, so updating to two for the reasons above AND the fact that while it imports orders from Etsy, it does not populate the Shipping address so you need to manually fill this out anyways. Not worth the monthly fee that is for sure.

I started a chat after downloading the QS app for Shopify, and when I saw that the fetch process started automatically, I was a bit concerned, because I wanted to sync only certain collections. So, I went to the chat session, and I was answered immediately by Joseph. Joseph explained that "Fetching" is different than syncing. He took over the process for me, and explained everything in great details, explaining that once the fetch was done, we would then choose the specific collection or products. When I saw the fetch was completed, I asked if I could go ahead and change the option to synch only specific collections, and he asked me for the collection name so that he could just do it for me. I've never had such fast, efficient and quick support from an app vendor from Shopify. I'm already a big fan of Joseph and QS, thank you Joseph for making this a very enjoyable experience!!!

Unreliable syncing, ongoing data corruption, financial loss — and now blame-shifting We installed QuickSync to connect Etsy and Shopify, hoping for a reliable syncing solution. Instead, we experienced repeated data issues over several months, including: Inventory syncing failures from October onward Incorrect stock levels showing on Shopify Multiple Etsy listings being merged into a single Shopify listing Duplicate SKUs generated by the app Etsy titles, photos, prices, and listing data overwritten without permission A US$240 financial loss due to incorrect price syncing Repeated “sync successful” emails when nothing had been fixed We reached out to support dozens of times, and each time we were told “everything is fixed,” even though the same problems continued. We gave the developer multiple opportunities to resolve the issue, including escalations to their senior technical team. The most concerning part came recently: Instead of taking responsibility for the errors, the support team attempted to pin the blame on us, claiming manual edits and duplicate SKUs — even though: We never assign SKUs (QuickSync generates them) Our titles and prices were correct before QuickSync overwrote them Our manual edits were made after the incident to repair the damage their system caused Shifting responsibility onto users rather than acknowledging system errors is deeply unprofessional and unsafe for merchants who rely on accurate inventory and data integrity. We have now been forced to close our Shopify store temporarily to prevent further customer impact while we clean up the damage. Use this app with extreme caution if your business relies on correct inventory, pricing, and listing integrity.
