Had to drop a point because the tool randomly stopped syncing and I was not alerted. Because this is a new tool to me, I checked to see everything was syncing and it wasn't. Had to reach out to CS to make sure they fixed it. Update 2: stopped syncing again. Dropped another point. I shouldn't have to check on it to make sure its working properly. Update 3: this app randomly stops syncing with no warning. Do not recommend unless you plan on checking daily to make sure it is syncing

They force you to review it before you are able to test it. There are so many features that do not function and will mess up your inventory, including returns, orders not syncing immediately after being placed on tiktok, not accurately marking the inventory as "committed" which makes audits impossible. Do not recommend, uninstalled immediately after seeing it on a few orders. Horrible

AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COSTS! Twice this app has had what the app support call a “bug”, it’s removed random inventory for over 750 different items and variety’s, this app has caused weeks and weeks of work! Incorrect inventory on both Shopify & TikTok and 3 stock takes to correct this “bug” lost massive amounts in sales due to my items being randomly removed completely out of stock.

You are not able to edit the product at all before syncing to TikTok. My store requires the ability to do this, and other apps are able to. This app is primarily just for syncing and nothing else. Not for product management through tiktok. Hard to maneuver through the app. Customer service is very helpful though.

My experience with this service has been nothing short of disappointing. The app is highly unreliable, working properly less than 10% of the time. When integration errors occur, it takes up to a week to resolve them—an unacceptable timeframe for any business. The management team seems completely indifferent to their customers' needs. I was promised a discounted rate for onboarding three stores, only to have it revoked without any warning. I discovered this change after being downgraded to the cheapest tier, which disabled syncing and left 50 TikTok orders unprocessed. It’s clear that their priority is profit, not customer satisfaction or honoring agreements. Although the customer service team is friendly, they lack the authority to make meaningful changes. To make matters worse, many of their 5-star reviews appear forced. Customers are pressured to leave positive reviews immediately after setup, often with a screenshot as proof. I strongly doubt many people continue using their service over time. Overall, this service is overpriced and unreliable. There are numerous better and more affordable alternatives that provide consistent functionality and genuine support without the hassle.

Their decision to prioritize profits over honoring customer agreements is both frustrating and disappointing. While their customer service team is polite, they have no real power to resolve issues. To add to the frustration, most of their 5-star reviews seem disingenuous. They guilt-trip customers into leaving glowing reviews with a screenshot right after setup, but I highly doubt many customers stick with them long-term. Overall, this service is not worth the cost. There are plenty of better, more affordable alternatives that provide reliable features and genuine support without the headaches.

Updated feedback-Installed this app a few days a go, received an order and now cannot sync the order to shopify store to fulfill. Got in touch with support and they have to contact the developer which can take upto 48 hours. So disappointed, no idea what to do now. Cannot process the order at all. Do not install this app, major issues in syncing products, I cannot process/sync the order. On a warm Friday night, I took a leap of faith and signed up for an app in record time. You see, I normally do way too much research before purchasing or downloading ANYTHING, but this time I took action lighting fast with reckless abandon. Within minutes, I committed to giving a company $29 per month just so I could avoid having to sync 1347 skus. Once the process began, I say waiting for the magic to happen. Then, Normie appeared. As if heaven sent, she asked if I needed help. My response, "Probably". I mean, who can really say? She guided me through the export process, then began to sync the skus. I waited for a few minutes. Nothing was happening. Then she told me that it was being sorted and she's email me when it was done. Who even does that? Especially unprovoked. For a Shopify App? Needless to say, I am impressed. Hmm, I'll be real honest here - the app is not very user friendly. The best part about this app is their customer service, they are always available to assist and will help you with your issue immediately. The app needs work though. I had uploaded a batch of product about a month ago, all was well, then I added another batch a few days ago and all my previous uploads are now gone. It's clunky, not seamless. Needs work and I'm not sure its worth the $ per month. I also cannot sync the orders with shopify unless I ship on my own. I prefer to ship with tiktok because they offer so many great shipping deals for my customers. I really need the orders to show up in shopify though.

I have been looking for direct answers instead of AI response and this was exactly what I needed. Part 2 w/ Omar: I received a message while reviewing my account from Omar who noticed some unsynced products and he immediately go on the problem. Typically in situations like this the customer would have to reach out to support but instead they are actually monitoring the accounts to insure the run smoothy and I appreciate that. Unfortunately for my store I wont be able to use this app because it doesn't filter based on published visibility so it was going to sync all of the products that are listed as active which is thousands as opposed to just the 590 that I'm actually selling right now.
