We had an issue with unexpected overage charges that caught us off guard, but their support team was responsive and worked with us to find a fair resolution. I just started using this app to help with a few workflow optimizations. A few examples being running tag workflows, fulfilling orders that are marked partial, etc. The support team helped me solve my biggest problem within an hour. React Flow is far better and easier to use than Shopify's own FLOW app. React Flow is better featured (and that's already at the free level) for all the simple things one needs done. The support from Aleksandr from DevIT.Software, was awesome. He was fast, highly knowledgeable, and super patient. He created a template automation for me to import and test and tweak as required.

So far so good. It was a little hard to learn how the programming works so i just asked them through chat and they got what I needed going right away in real time. Seems like a really cool versatile tool that you can use to automate all sorts of actions - it's like an IFTTT tool that works within the Shopify ecosystem. We wanted it to auto-fulfill our digital products that don't need shipping.

Reach Flow is a great addition to Shopifys Flow App. There are a couple of things that shopify flow is limiting and with react flow I was able to build workarounds that just works now. Additionally their customer support is super hands on. Awesome app. Friendly and helpful customer service. Unfortunately only US working hours support timeslots. So not ideal. in Europe if you require a lot of support. For more advanced but still visual flows, this is by far the best one I have used. It is very much what Shopify Flow should have been. Our usecase is automating our external warehouse. We are in the office furniture business and thus shipping lots of big items. This requires a lot of information and logic, which React Flow handles very well.

Wow, I am actually blown away by how much more intuitive React Flow is compared to other automation apps. The team is very responsive and was able to help me create a custom flow for taking in REPAIRS which I noticed no other Apps have tackled this issue. Very impressed and will continue to play around with it, but overall it requires very minimal technical knowledge which is also a huge advantage. Other apps have a steep learning curve and basically requires you to learn coding, but not React. React has the developers and you just need to click a few buttons and drag and drop. Amazing app, highly suggest!
