Writing a review after a successful launch with Recurpay. We came from a software that costs $600 per month, and my first impression with Recurpay was that they are so much faster than the expensive software!! These guys are superb. A minor problem was corrected within a day, over the chat function, and honestly - I couldn't be happier with their service. That's not to mention the app, which is superb in itself and does everything I want it to do (specifically, customers can subscribe on any day in a month, and the subscription is taken again on the 1st of the next month and every month after). This is the worst possible subscription app. Every few months it just bugs out and randomly charges multiple subscribers twice, or generates an order on the subscription day AND the day after. We've lost several customers over this - you can't just charge people's bank accounts and overdraft them without consequences. This subscription app is first of all really good, well built by default but I required some special additions to be made - recurpay went all out, and by all out I mean it! They redesigned basically the entire system, removing certain things I asked for, adjusting the app perfectly to my liking (even editing there code) just so I was satisfied.
