So disappointed with the app billing and plan pricing, this app literally overcharges users monthly, just for 200-300-400 views i kept getting charged 40 usd monthly although i was getting lesser than 3k views, i was supposed to get charged 30 usd, according to them it's their new plan's price and i had to pay 40 usd each month just for very few views of the reels, you must make some changes, since charging a user 40 usd each month for 200-500 is not fair at all, i have asked them for a refund but they kept refusing, this app is not worth 40 usd each month...

Firstly, the app interface is cluttered and unintuitive, making navigation a frustrating ordeal. The promised shoppable videos and reels are far from seamless; instead, they glitch and lag, resulting in a disjointed user experience. Customer support is practically nonexistent; my inquiries were met with delayed responses, and when addressed, the solutions provided were ineffective. Moreover, the pricing structure is exorbitant for the subpar service offered. Overall, ReelUp falls short of its claims, leaving users with a sense of wasted time and money. This company deliberately lied to me when I asked which data they were collecting. They are collecting CUSTOMERS EMAILS, LOCATION, PHONE NUMBER and much more. Do they need that ? Reelup isn't working great with Shopify Market. They claim they're fixing it, but who knows when that'll happen. My Reelup Stories just vanished one day, which suggests it's built on shaky coding. Plus, they're collecting customer EMAILS. Why do they need those? Maybe it would be sensible if they needed order ID's, but emails - nope. The question is, are we cool with handing over our customers' emails to a shell company in the UK we don't know much about apart than it's director is located and operate from India? It is with regret that I have to modify my initial review of this app. - My experience with the app started on a positive note. I need to alter the heading font style as there was no option to do so in settings, so I was offered help by them through the chat option when opening the app. A peculiar point to note was that this could only be done through .css, which required granting the developers access to my store. - However, immediately after granting access, my website began receiving an unusual amount of traffic from India, a country from which we had NEVER previously had visitors. For context, my store is a new venture operating strictly within Australia, and our advertising campaigns are exclusively targeted towards an Australian audience. I have the store's live analytics tab always open and this surge of visitors happened minutes after giving store access. There is absolutely no chance that people from India are discovering us on Google either. - Upon further investigation, I noticed a potentially concerning detail in the app's pricing structure. After exceeding a threshold of 15,000 impressions, additional charges of $2 per 1000 impressions are incurred, up to a cap of $799 USD per month. This led me to suspect that the surge in traffic could potentially be a strategy to inflate the impression count artificially, potentially using bot traffic, resulting in an increase in charges. - Following this discovery, I immediately uninstalled the app, but the flow of visitors from India has, alarmingly, continued unabated. It seems the source of this traffic is not from the app itself, which is hosted on Shopify (a platform that I believe would not condone such practices) but rather from third-party tools external to Shopify's ecosystem. - I urge anyone considering this app to proceed with caution. The anomaly in traffic and its potential implications for additional charges is something that other users should be aware of. I am currently exploring the legality of this situation and would advise others to do the same.
