App does exactly what I needed. Support has been phenomenal and has responded to my questions and suggestions super fast. Definitely a must for your store to get valuable feedback!
I love this app because the customers tell us directly about their shopping experience and if they'd recommend us to their friends. I also love how the developer consulted with us to come up with the questions we wanted to ask our customers. That was very important.
