Both member and non‑member cancellations and returns are supported, and the multilingual handling works very well. With the DHL integration, automatic return label generation also works smoothly. It seems that API integration with our WMS program is also possible. Whenever we contacted ReturnGO, we received very fast responses and accurate answers. I highly recommend it.

BEWARE! THEY CANCEL LABELS WHILE ALREADY IN TRANSIT. I have been a user of this app for about 7 months now. The first few months have gone smoothly. I started this app in hopes to offer my customers more return options such as free returns for exchange/store credit, in hopes that in the long run I will save my business money. What happened was that the app continues to CANCEL return labels that are already in transit which ended up with my customers' return packages being LOST and cost me hundreds of dollars. I tried reaching out to solve this issue and they are trying to blame the postal service instead of taking responsibility for an internal issue, that of which they admitted. This morning I got two more emails from upset customers saying their returns were lost AFTER they had already dropped them off, because Returngo decided to cancel the shipment while in transit. I understand this app has many perks and I truly was enjoying it but if they cannot seem to take responsibility for the financial loss they caused my small business, due to their internal issues. This ended up costing me more money in the long run.

Honestly the best return management system out there. We looked at a number of competitors and other options, and ReturnGO was simply the best fit for our Shopify store. We’ve had a great experience using ReturnGO for managing returns and exchanges on our Shopify store. For what it does, the pricing is ridiculous. I have the premium plan and you cannot even close returns automatically, you have to get two addons to do that. So instead of bulk closing returns, you have to go one by one, talk about "automations"... EDIT: After this review, they enabled the features

Beware if you want to use this for the Amazon MCF integration that ReturnGo are advertising. The MCF integration does not work - full of bugs and errors, and has a severe limitation that it can't support more than one Amazon marketplace at a time. I have contacted support several times and they show zero interest in improving the MCF integration. The app may work well for other returns types, but not for this.

Agent was very helpful. However, there are a few things that, as a store owner, I simply do not understand. Most important to me is that a gift can be exchanged for a credit. in your system, RMAs are set to be sent to the person who ordered the product. There needs to be an optiion for a gift recipient to request an RMA with the RMA being sent to them, not to the the person who sent them the gift. It is quite embarrassing for a giftee to be informed by the gifter that they received an RMA for a return on the gift they sent.

If I could give them 0 starts I would. Spent 3 weeks with them on customer support trying to get DPD automated return labels to work on my shopify store. After wasting literally days of my time they say they cannot help and its not their issue. Deleted and moving on to someone else that can actually offer what they say they can offer. This app works however when you exchange a product it discounts the new item to a zero amount which is incorrect and your accounting will take it as you sold a product for no money. I have raised this issue with return go and they said well thats how it works. If you running an accounting system for your sales, its a nightmare to fix and correct this issue.

While our onboarding with Junessa was amazing, the ongoing issues and lack of support response have left us looking for a new solution only 3 weeks in. Nearly half of our returns have had numerous issues, but the largest one has been related to our Shipstation integration. When you contact their support, they blame Shipstation and say to contact Shipstation. Shipstation says the issue is on ReturnGo's side, so I end up in a frustrating cycle with pissed-off customers whose returns are being sent back to them for insufficient postage. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this app at this time.

We started with ReturnGo a while ago and actually switched to Ecoship because of their AI solutions. Well, after about 6 requests to Ecoship customer service, I decided to switch back. This time, I actually used their customer support, which I must say is outstanding. They helped me set up the process for both of my Shopify stores and have answered questions and helped with integrations with other apps. Now that the app is set up correctly (the initial setup was actually our fault), I am very happy.. There is no comparison between the two apps and the customer support is amazing. If you have the choice, just use ReturnGo and make your life easier.

This app has been a game-changer for me and has saved me so much time. I used to use the built in Returns Portal with ShipStation, but it did not have the customization options to choose different service levels with USPS, so I was always paying Priority Returns, otherwise customers would receive errors with First Class. Now having the options to do both returns AND exchanges has simplified things so much. This app really has it all - it does take a bit to get set up and understand everything - but once you pass that learning curve it's a very solid app. I couldn't imagine being without it now. As far as Customer Service, I have worked with many people, especially Lian, and they have all been wonderful and extremely helpful!

Das Thema alleine ist ja schon sehr komplex, aber richtig konfiguriert macht es die Kundenerfahrung super einfach und übersichtlich, eine Retoure anzumelden, selbst auf dem Mobile. Super ist auch die Möglichkeit für Refund mit Store-Credit, welche sogar im Kunden-Konto angezeigt werden kann. Aber auch im Backoffice sehr übersichtlich mit gutem Zusammenspiel mit Shopify-Admin. Everything that Stephen said was an option on the phone was not! a feature where the customer pays for the retun is not available, they said they are working on it and will be available next week. I was following once a week for a month, after a month I received an email confirming that the option is now available, I schedule a call. On the call the person informed me that the option is not available, wasting my time again!!! Please note that this company is in India, both Rav and Lian that I previously spoke, have very little knowledge of the software and can not answer basic question! Also, the accents are beyond understandable. Both me and one of my managers had hard time understanding the representative! The app has limited functionalities, the demo "sales call" is all a lie, the tech team that suppose to onboard you has limited training, and no basic comprehension of how shopify works!!!

A really good returns app. It has almost everything I need; it falls short only due to the nature of my products - I need to provide a 3 items to 1 item exchange, but ReturnGo can only do 1 to 1. The resolutions and policies etc to me seem to be a little more complex than they need to be and they have confused me at times, but help was always available when needed. Other than that, I am pleased with it and I've kept the app on my site until I decide whether to stick with it and do some manual exchanges when necessary or revert to all manual. I tried 5 -6 other return apps (in my budget) before trying ReturnGo and it was the best by far. Customer service has been very good - prompt, helpful and friendly.

Can't recommend this app enough. Easy to set up as you can arrange a call after installing so they can talk you though the whole process. I had to use the chat for help a few times and they answered immediately and either did it for us or showed me how to do it. I am thrilled to have discovered ReturnGo! I had previously been using ReturnMagic for many years, but Return Magic was acquired by Shopify, and Shopify pulled the plug on ReturnMagic (and there was no development or features added since Shopify acquired the app). ReturnGo is a welcome breath of fresh air! VERY responsive sales and support team. The developers are actively adding and fixing and refining. As of 08-March-2022, I'd say most of the growing pains are behind them, and ReturnGo is all we need or want. The UX on the customer side is clear. EVERY word on the UI can be edited. They now allow a return label fee per return shipment. RELALY LOVE the exchange workflow with draft order ready to 1-click process. About half our returns are color swap exchanges, so this is a very welcome feature. We can also ship the exchange on carrier scan - very Amazon like and great for the customer. I am not in love with the customer-facing email formatting. I have asked the devs to look at converting to plain text or a less complicated html structure. Overall, if anyone is migrating form Return Magic, this is a no-brainer. If anyone is considering this because their return app is $$$$, this is your possible winner. I will jump back and update this review periodically. [UPDATE, 15-MAY-2022] ReturnGo has been a 5-star experience for our team and our customers. We have not had a single "your return process is complicated" from customers (which we had all the time with ReturnMagic) The ease of processing returns and exchanges on our side are also effortless.. one-click draft orders for exchanges saves time and money. and partial exchange and refund makes it easy on the customer and us, I have only needed to engage with the support team once in 2 months for a routine question, and the chat service was fast and responsive to my question. The only thing that would make this app better is if made my coffee for me every morning. Thank you to the entire team @ ReturnGo for making this part of my business easier and better for the customers (and us).

We've tested the most popular app and the RETURNGO is definitely the BEST. it gives the option to split btwn US and international rules, it gives the option to select ether store credit / refund / exchange. i wish we'd discovered this app months ago it would have save us a lot of time and money. highly recommended and can't wait for all the next great features their working on.

AMAZING customer support and a pretty seamless returns app - pricing is great, customizability is great. Just wish that the tracking from stamps.com communicated with the app so each return would automatically move into the correct category (i.e., shipment in progress, shipment received, etc.) but this is just a minor inconvenience for an otherwise wonderful, easy app!

This is actually a great app. One star because I was very clear from the start that I needed to do cross-border returns (US returns need to generate a USPS return label to send the return back to us in Canada). This app cannot do this. One star for me doing days of configuration only to realize it can't meet our most basic requirement - a requirement I was explicit about with the support folks I chatted with extensively. If you need to ship returns within Canada or within the US - 5 stars. It's a great app. It's easy to use. The interface for configuration is straightforward with just enough power to enable complex rules and exclusions. The user experience is really nice too. I'm annoyed that we can't use this tool. The support staff were regularly available, easy to chat with and generally very proactive and helpful. I'm just annoyed at having wasted so much time.

We've been watching ReturnGo for almost a year, waiting for some functions to be developed. The team at ReturnGo has been very responsive and very receptive to inputs and feedbacks, even before we started using ReturnGo. There were use cases that we have that initially ReturnGo couldn't support, and the team listened and developed functions to support our use cases, and contacted us to let us know to try ReturnGo again. The wait for the developments of the functions have been well worth the wait, and we've recently switched to using ReturnGo. ReturnGo support is very responsive and very patient. The team has grown quite a bit since a year ago. It is apparent that the ReturnGo team is highly professional and tries their best to provide a very robust product and service. We also heard great things about them during a tradeshow from a Israel / US trade representative. The founder is from US, so it feels like working with a US based company. The ReturnGo app from our customer/end user perspective appears to be very intuitive to use. From our perspective, it meets and exceeds the functions that was provided by the prior returns app that we used. The app is pretty tightly integrated with Shopify. There are quite a few return app on the market that works with Shopify. ReturnGo was on our short list of app for consideration.

This app has been a lifesaver for us and our growing business. We no longer have customers asking for special consideration when returning their items as they're limited by an automated system, and our customers are now raving about our easy returns process in their reviews. It has saved so much time and money in processing returns, but I believe has also had an impact on customers ordering more as they can see that returns are easy if they get their size wrong. Before going with ReturnGO, I looked into Loop, ReturnsMagic, Aftership, Return Logic... all the big ones... and after using ReturnGo, I just don't know why anyone would justify the price tag of the big ones when they can get everything here (and more) for a really affordable price. I also want to say a huge thankyou to the team who help out with questions. As of recently, they now seem to have a team that are online during Australian business hours who can usually help with any questions I have, or otherwise will submit a request to the developer team to address once they come online. They're also constantly making great updates to the app that I didn't know I needed, and are very open to suggestions or requests for changes, often logging the change and letting me know when it should be active by. Highly recommend!

This app is a game changer when it comes to processing returns. Doesn't take long to set up and is packed with features. What I was most impressed with was the help received from their support team when I had an issue with postage being charged on returns (I only wanted to charge the customer the price difference for the items). Junessa on the help team, was a joy to deal with - pleasant, helpful and more than a little patient with my limited experience. Together with her CTO, they were able to patch a backend fix to my store which solved the issue while I waited! How good is that! Thank you guys.
