The app has quite a lot of settings and configuration options to work through, which means it can be tailored according to needs. Carmine was a big help getting things moving. I had an initial issue with my browser causing some weird behaviour during setup, but Carmine speedily helped me with a fix. Fast to reply, and very polite and helpful. Can't comment on the feature set just yet, but it seems like a really flexible app. The option that allows any product from a specified collection to be selected as a gift (which is sorely lacking in many other apps, or available in far more expensive ones) is really worth it at this price point. Smooth experience so far. Keep up the great work team! Highly recommend.

Eigentlich liebe ich die App und ihre Funktionen, auch der Support gibt alles und ist wirklich super, aber irgendwie habe ich immer Probleme wenn ich wieder eine neue Kampagne plane und etwas neues teste. Mag aber auch am Shop Setup liegen, so genau versteht das glaube ich keiner. Dank dem Support konnte ich auf jeden Fall trotzdem mein Free Gift Popup umsetzen. Allerdings kam das Problem stillschweigend zurück, was natürlich extrem verkaufsschädigend ist. Ich werde mich das nächste Mal nach einer anderen App umsehen.

I had an excellent experience with Jocelyn! I recently added this app in an effort to boost sales. I like the fact that this app has the option to either add the free gift to the art automatically, or allow the customer to select their free gift. We rotate weekly promotions, and there was a small issue with that. I reached out to tech support, and they worked quickly to walk me through resolving it, and updating my store. I sometimes get frustrated working with tech support, however Jocelyn was awesome, responded quickly and professionally and most importantly set my expectations and met them.
