Schema Plus solved a long-standing schema issue on our Shopify store: our theme was generating broken product structured data, which prevented Google from showing star ratings and prices in the search snippet. After installing Schema Plus and enabling the relevant schemas (Product, Merchant Listing, Reviews via Reviews.io integration), the Rich Results Test was clean – all 31 elements valid, no critical errors. What really impressed me was the support. When we hit a few setup conflicts (leftover code from the old theme schema, then a duplicate schema source from another app), Yaprak and Diana not only replied quickly, they escalated to their engineers, who actively went into our theme and removed the conflicting code for us. They also offered a trial extension when our trial was blocked by an unresolved bug – which I really appreciated. The app supports a lot of schema types out of the box (Product, Merchant Listing, Local Business, Video, FAQ, Organization, etc.), the bulk import via CSV is a huge time saver for stores with many products, and the integration with review apps like Reviews.io works smoothly once configured. If you're running a Shopify store and want clean, reliable structured data without code editing, Schema Plus is exactly the right tool – and the team behind it is genuinely helpful.

Great Onboarding Experience Just completed a fantastic onboarding session — both highly informative and very practical. I learned that the Schema lives directly on our site and is scanned by Google and other search engines. We also discovered that conflicts can occur in the schema, in our case due to overlaps between our Theme and Reviews app. I now understand that many important data objects — such as Videos, FAQs, and Shipping & Return Policies — don’t currently have schema exposed, yet doing so can help surface relevant information in Google Search results. Our next step is to fix all the minor and major errors on our site, then resubmit to Google for indexing. I also appreciate that they were transparent about the ongoing manual work required — for example, whenever we add a new video, since those aren’t yet fully automated. Overall, an excellent start that gave me clear direction, actionable steps, and a much better understanding of how schema impacts search visibility.

This app doesn't work. It does not create 'oven-ready' data for social media websites, such as Pinterest, which means that it is NOT organising the data in Schema format, as claimed. This is why, for example, I have to write my own titles on items posted to Pinterest. I contacted this company to complain, explaining that it was failing to present the data in the right format to external apps and websites and they have done NOTHING about it just asked me for more information without FIXING the actual problem which I have already told them about.

SchemaPlus has been extremely helpful in optimizing our search engine results. Before using their app I noticed that we had less content than some larger companies had in their google rich snippets when you did a Google search. Upon working with the team at SchemaPlus we got the same results as all of these larger companies. The team helped remove all errors in the initial installation, and ones that have come up over time. The only negative is that the team must have a lot of clients because nothing is done "quickly". There's always someone on the other end of the app chat, however, your cases typically take a week or two to be resolved.

They slowed down my site considerably and put weird grey backgrounds all over my site. When I asked support about it they just told me developers were looking into it. I didn't realize when we made the move to Shopify that review apps don't take care of the schema code needed to give Google the info required to display our product review info in the search results. After researching my options, I installed Schema Plus. Within 48 hours, engineers had kindly tweaked my schema code, and stars started appearing again. While we can all dork around and try to do our custom schema coding, I think I'll turn this project over to folks dedicated to the topic. Schema is constantly changing. In my experience, this is the best schema app for Shopify stores. I would not trust any other. Yes, there's a monthly subscription but you get perfect schema with zero errors/warnings on google. I used Schema Plus for my prior Shopify store and I'm using them again. When you install the app, check your schema via the google test tool. If you discover left over, incomplete schema from prior apps/your Shopify theme, simply reach out to support and they'll take care of you. That's exactly what I did. The Schema Plus support team responded instantly and within 2 days eliminated all errors and warnings on google. My store's schema is now perfect. It's a worthwhile investment. I highly recommend the app and team behind it. Thank you.

My biggest pet peeve with Shopify is leaving Schema up to theme developers. The result is no one has the correct schema. Schema allows you to pre-set google's crawler with the exact info you want it to know about the page before it crawls the HTML. Done right, it is a definite advantage. This app provides all of the required info plus the important info that is optional that helps your pages. Yaprak was also very helpful and prompt which I appreciate. It is worth the money. Make sure you fill in all of the required fields. Make sure the product details on the product page like mpn and tags are filled out right to get the most significant benefit.

Initially, the support team was super responsive - they are always very nice, friendly. Initially, they constantly kept asking for reviews. I explained to them that I needed more time to evaluate an app because initially, most app providers are super helpful and only the test of time demonstrates the true colors. That is exactly what has happened here - ongoing issue remains unresolved despite multiple reminders, requests, giving them access to everything from Shopify to Search Console to Analytics to Merchant Center. Now, my products are being rejected by GMC and Google Ads due to inaccurate pricing reported by the schema. Last week, I even contacted the to let them know that I would be leaving a negative review. They apologized, they thanked me for my patience - just like they have been for weeks. But, no resolution.

This app (and the incredible support team behind it), helped clean up, fix, and validate all of the broken schema I had on my site. When Google thought I had 2 or 3 products PER id, the app and team stepped in to work the problem. My store and products are now showing correctly in search.
