This app is so helpful for understanding how to make your website accessible and protect yourself legally. Its' extensive accessibility widget settings seamlessly integrate into my website, and I love that it has so many options for button and window styles, colors, display options, etc. It also works great with different languages. What is the best is their help desk team - I'm in the final stages of site development, and thought my site was good to go with just the standard full set of accessibility settings enabled for my store - they are a great start, but when I finally did a full site accessibility scan with the help of one of the personnel on chat, Ethan, it opened my eyes to how much more deep the requirements for accessibility compliance are. Best part is, is that after your page/site scan it will show you exactly what was flagged, your legal risk factor, and guidance on HOW to fix the issue. If you can't figure out how to fix it with that, then refer to their great team for help - they are very knowledgeable!

If you are a shopify store owner worried if you can be sued because you are not ADA compliant, read this: 1: Why I chose this app from over 1200 apps that came up when I typed in ADA WCAG in the Shopify APP finder. It had at the time the most 5 star reviews. 2: Did it work out? Yes. It was scary at first that the first scan I did said that my site was failing big time and that I was at a huge risk if sued. BUT... it laid out all the url's that had errors, and fixed a lot of them itself. 3: I thought it could fix everything, but this app doesn't do that. So I had to set about fixing them myself. 4: Fortunately, I just had to cut and paste SEA's errors into Shopify's AI and the AI showed me how to fix them. 5: 12 hours work over two days and I am now 100% ADA compliant per the latest scan. 6: The various techs that helped me over the two days were all terrific.

I finally went to cross off "accessibility" on my website and went to this app. At first I was confused, and then I missed an important step (all my fault) . I went to chat and was greeted by olivia. She showed outstanding knowledge and true support as she guided me through what to do. I get frustrated at the drop of the hat, and she so easily fixed me up and showed me where I fell off the path. The app is super easy to use, and has very useful- but not overwhelming or super technical reports / verbiage. I'll certainly keep this company in mind when I am ready to scale. The app didn't work for us so I promptly removed the app after 4 days and I am still being charged $190 USD. I looked for a contact form or email but this is the only means I had to communicate with the author. Please refund my money it's not right to charge me that amount. I upgraded from the trial to test the options I needed but they weren't what we needed after all. Randal UPDATE: After I explained my situation, they were more than happy to refund my money. I would give their customer service a 5-Star. Don't hesitate to try them for your store.

Easy to install app that has all the requirements we needed for accessibility compliance. The app is free to install and use which I find to be convenient for startups who are still pre-revenue. There are plenty of custom branding settings that you can adjust yourself and remember to contact support to remove their branding, which is free! Additional customization of the app is also available if you contact their support team. I find the app overall easy to use, easy to setup, and overall, its free to use for up to 1000 impressions. Great customer support with real people! Easy to use; easy to set up; easy to follow the guidelines on any changes needed to comply with the standards. I didn't need any level of skill beyond clicking buttons and to read their to the point and short set of instructions. This was all implemented in minutes. It's so wonderful to have the ability to allow all people access to my products because it is the right thing to do. Added - Despite my 5 stars, SEA Accessibility does greatly affect page speed as noted in the results of running my page through Google PageSpeed Insights. NOT ACTIVATED: Mobile Performance: 92, Desktop Performance: 99 ACTIVATED: Mobile Performance: 76, Desktop Performance: 69 I stress the importance to designers to place a large emphasis on future updates to include drastically shrinking the burden the app places on load performance. At this time it does indicate a visual impact for users loading so I'm keeping it turned on due to the import features I feel this app offers.

It is very good that is offered for free, but i see on https://pagespeed.web.dev/ that is this add-on is causing our webshop to load more slowly then needed, so much that our score when down from 85 to 62. So for now we will remove this add-on, if it get's better in the future we might try again.

I really love the easy set-up, the already beautiful default design of this app and the many pre-integrated translations. I thought I had a problem with the button showing on the right side instead of the left side and contacted support, but it turned out it was only a cache issue on my behalf.
