Horribly slow, sometimes doesn't load. Too bad shopify didn't mention you can't enter decimals into their program until AFTER we transferred entire grocery store. Maybe they've never been in a grocery store and didn't realize a good portion of food is weighed at register. Adds about 5 minutes per customer to ring up. We are now just using calculators at the register and ringing up as misc. Don't bother with this one.

Our business (bulk refill store) would not exist without the Filljoy App. Derrick and team are very responsive when problems or questions arise. At the time of initial set up, over 3 years ago, Derrick himself was on the phone to walk us through each step. Filljoy has also been helpful with recommendations on best prices for scales and tablets, even procuring used tablets and re-selling to us. The interface is less user friendly(small font, not as intuitive) after the Shopify upgrades, but we're optimistic it will improve over time

Paying $25/month for very little. This is designed optimally for wholefood stores and similar. The outlay cost of $25 MINIMUM a month is ludicrous. At best, this app takes 5 minutes to load on your POS and then literally slows down every transaction to a crawl.

Paying $20/month for absolutely nothing. On it's best day, the Sell by Weight App will take 5 minutes to load on your POS and slow you down. On it's worst day, it shows a blank screen or opens to the 'set up' screen. We have found it to be incredibly frustrating and now it doesn't work at all. We have not been able to use it since last week when they "updated it" and seemingly broke it. We opened a support case which hopefully gets resolved soon, as we are paying for this service.

Our biggest barrier to migrating to shopify was solving for being able to sale by weight. This app has been phenomenal for us. It slows our POS process down slightly, but the outcome has been very worth it and the performance of the app has been overall very stable once we got up and running

So happy I found this app. This is the first set up I have found where I can sell by weight but also have the items taken out of my inventory individually. When I had one set up question, they were quick to respond and get it fixed for me. Definitely glad I added it onto our shopify store.

This app is the perfect solution for our package-free grocery store and refillery. It has allowed us to sell products in-store by weight and online in fixed sizes (weights) and it seamlessly keeps the inventory in sync. It's very easy to set up, extremely good value, and the app developer is very responsive to bug reports and feature requests! Filljoy also has a solution which we use in-store which uses RFID tags to store the tare weights of customers' containers - they provide all the hardware and again it's very easy to set up and use. I highly recommend Filljoy's apps for any stores that sell products by weight!

Our business sells frozen meat products both direct point of sale as well as packages that we ship. The problem we faced was ability to sale products by package count when shipping and then sale by individual weights at POS. This product solved this dilemma for us! It is vital that you read and watch the tutorials provided, but if you do, setup is not very complicated. The great thing about the app is that it installs quickly and is immediately applicable. If you have any questions or problems, the support team is very quick to respond and fantastic in providing customer support. They also are continuously working to find improvements to make work flow more seamless and comprehensive. Great app that solves a major problem to the existing Shopify platform. Our "work-around" method had us rounding down to the nearest hundredth of a pound to ensure customers weren't overpaying. We discovered we were losing about $300 per month in lost revenue due to this. The app is easily paying for itself as well as now providing revenue into our account that was being lost. We are a fabric store with an online and retail presence. Shopify has managed our ecommerce for more than 8 years, but the POS was not a solution for us because it was unable to process fractional amounts. We sell a cut of fabric as small as 1/8 yard and this app makes it possible. Bringing all of business (ecommerce and retail) onto the same system which will radically improve our efficiency. We had to change our POS from another platform to Shopify POS. Our business relies heavily on decimal prices for our lumber store. (board foot) After trying another app we realized the other app doesn't change inventory amounts. This app does! This app was the only accurate and usable solution for selling in decimals in the POS. We contacted the support team to change the units that is displayed and printed. Instead of lbs it shows bd/ft. They did this with no problems. Thanks! Without this app we may not have been able to use the Shopify POS at all. Thanks so much!
