Koppeling werkt uitstekenend, makkelijk in te stellen en veel instellingen naar wens aan te passen. Klantenservice reageert ook goed (en meestal) snel op vragen. Mogelijke verbetering zou nog zijn om de labels direct vanuit Shopify te kunnen aanmaken. Dat scheelt weer het open moeten hebben van meerdere apps.

Te ofrecen un plan muy bonito con unas letras pequeñas y aunque le preguntes por ello te dan la razon para que pagues la mensualidad. final de mes te das cuenta de que la tarifa es otra y pagas lo mismo o más que antes. Cuando te quejas te dicen que en el contrato lo ponía, pero cuando le preguntaste en su momento te decían que no era así. Una vergüenza de compañía, muy poco honestos.

Bin weitestgehend zufrieden. Hatte in letzter Zeit mit einigen Bugs zu kämpfen. Speziell unter Windows gab es immer wieder Probleme mit der Anbindung des Druckers vor allem nach Systemupdates von Windows. Nutze Sendcloud aber seit über 5 Jahren und kann sonst nichts negatives berichten. Macht was es soll und wenn es Mal Probleme gab, hilft der Support aber immer schnell aus.

Due punti dolenti 1. Se c'è qualche problema con le spedizioni, bisogna prima aprire il ticket con Sendcloud (non lo si può fare direttamente con il corriere a meno che non si collegano i propri contratti) e poi loro devono contattare il corriere di riferimento. Quindi si perde tantissimo tempo prezioso ed il cliente ne risente. Quindi consiglio di abilitare dei contratti personali e collegarli alla piattaforma. 2. Se hai bisogno di assistenza tecnica non c'è un recapito telefonico che rispondono

Llevo usando la plataforma desde hace más de 2 años y estoy muy contenta con la integración con shopify. Al principio comencé con la versión free pero luego me pasé a versión de pago para tener las recogidas y mejores precios en las etiquetas. La verdad es que son los mejores precios de transportistas que he encontrado en el mercado. Lo único que mejoraría es la rapidez de respuesta con soporte, a veces tardan un poco en contestar, pero por lo demás recomiendo esta app para hacer los envíos sin duda.

Super handig voor beginnende webshops die net als ik meteen verschillende verzendopties willen aanbieden aan eindklanten: met slechts 1 integratie heb je meteen beschikking over meerdere logistieke partners, elk met hun eigen sterktes (en helaas ook soms zwaktes, maar daar kan sendcloud niets aan doen). Sendcloud is vervolgens ook het centrale aanspreekpunt voor geschillen met deze logistieke partners.

Wir verwenden Sendcloud für unsere Shop und wickeln damit um die 20 Sendungen pro Tag ab. Das Interface funktioniert sehr gut und auch die Versandpreise sind sehr fair. Insgesamt spart uns die App sehr viel Zeit und Geld. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist, dass das Versenden von Ersatzgeräten aus Retouren nicht einwandfrei funktioniert, da die Bestellungen teilweise zu alt sind, um noch angezeigt zu werden.

L’interface est simple à prendre en main, la création des étiquettes est rapide et le fait de pouvoir gérer plusieurs transporteurs depuis une seule plateforme fait gagner un temps précieux. Le suivi des colis est clair et le support client a toujours été réactif lorsque j’ai eu besoin d’aide. C’est un outil qui facilite vraiment la gestion logistique, surtout lorsqu’on traite un volume important de commandes. Je recommande Sendcloud à toutes les boutiques e-commerce qui recherchent une solution fiable pour gérer leurs expéditions.

Sendcloud has become an essential part of our daily operations. Wij gebruiken Sendcloud al sinds de start van ons bedrijf en hebben het bedrijf dus van dichtbij zien groeien. De software is altijd in ontwikkeling, er komen steeds features bij die we nog niet allemaal gebruiken. De support liet in de beginjaren nog wel eens wat te wensen over, maar is nu goed te noemen. Naast je abonnementskosten betaal je ook een label fee; als je over het max aantal labels van jouw abonnement heen gaat, gaat die fee flink omhoog. Dat voelt als een boete, geen fijn model. De werking van het product is, op een sporadische storing na (die natuurlijk ook aan de kant van een integratiepartner kan liggen), goed.

De samenwerking tussen Shopify en Sendcloud is top! Alle orders komen binnen in pack&go, een handig orderpicksysteem. Binnen 10 minuten staan de shopify orders ook in Sendcloud. Er worden geen onjuiste adreslabels geprint want dan krijg je een foutmelding, en je kunt eenvoudig je eigen tracking pagina's maken. Zowel aan te raden voor een eigen verzendcontract (dat heb ik nu met PostNL), als via de Sendcloud tarieven; dat heb ik ook een tijd gedaan en ging ook heel goed.

Ik maak nu 10 maanden gebruik van sendcloud en ben super tevreden, ik heb een kleine webshop en dit is ideaal. Waat ik alles hiervoor handmatig moest doen scheelt dit zoveel tijd, ik gebruik shopify en het was hier zelf makkelijk op aan te sluiten. In het begin ook goed contact gehad met iemand van sendcloud die me alles duidelijk heeft uitgelegd. top :) Enige wat nog fijn zou zijn is als de optie met afleveren bij een pick up point makkelijker in te stellen zou zijn maar dit ligt deels aan shopify.

Après avoir testé d'autres outils pour gérer nos commandes et expédier nos coulis, nous sommes passés sur SendCloud et on ne le regrette pas. L'interface est intuitive et très complète, on peut gérer très facilement l'impression des étiquettes. Les branchements avec les contrats transporteurs sont très faciles et vous pouvez mixer vos propres contrats et ceux de SendCloud. Et si vous avez un problème, l'équipe SAV est présente pour vous répondre et résoudre vos problèmes. Et dernière chose, on n'a jamais eu de coupure de service donc pour pour le moment, c'est un sans faute.

Bonne plateforme avec de bons tarifs suivant l'abonnement choisi. Simple d'utilisation et à mettre en place. Cependant, ce serait bien qu'ils proposent plus de contrats provenant de SendCloud pour d'autres transporteurs, surtout au moins un juste pour les envois par palette. Point Fort : En continuelle progression, des mises à jour régulièrement avec de vraies nouveautés et même certaines fonctionnalités ont été rajoutées à la demande. Point Faible : En soi, ce n'est pas vraiment leur faute, mais le fait que Shopify bloque la sélection du point relais avant le paiement, c'est vraiment contraignant. Et aussi, quand un colis a été déposé dans un point relais différent de celui choisi par le destinataire, la page de suivi de SendCloud ne met pas à jour le nouveau point relais et si le client ne recevait pas les informations du transporteur même, il ne saurait pas où a été déposé son colis.

The app has definitely saved me money in the long run but, there are teething issues. I activated DHL but get 0 quotes from them. I post a lot using Royal Mail to USA but when adding my parcel size and weight is only lets me use UPS so I have to book direct through Royal Mail after spending time checking. I have queried the issue but never found out what the problem is. Overall it works okay but I would give 5 stars if they fixed it so I get quotes from more couriers.

Le seul hic, les clients qui ne sélectionnent pas leur point de retrait après paiement car je suis en version Basic de shopify et quand on leur demande où livrer il regarde sur le site de shop2shop et nous on ne retrouve pas ce relais dans nos choix. Sendcloud is quite easy to use and syncs seamlessly with Shopify, which is great. The only downside is that there are often glitches when creating labels, and they stopped offering DPD to the UK. The shipping rates are also not that attractive for international shipments when you compare with other apps like Easyship. But other than that, it's been great for our ad hoc EU shipments.

utilizziamo questa piattaforma da più di un anno e non possiamo che essere soddisfatti del servizio. i costi sono tra i più bassi rispetto ad altri concorrenti che hanno tariffe di spedizione molto più alte. con il tempo i corrieri disponibili sono aumentati e questo permette di gestire ogni spedizione come meglio si crede. inoltre il servizio clienti molto gentile e per qualsiasi problematica sono tutti completamente a disposizione e ti mettono a tuo agio sin da subito. dal pannello puoi seguire tutte le spedizioni man mano ed è molto intuitivo sia in fase di setup iniziale che in fase di utilizzo. servizio consigliato, uno dei migliori sul mercato.

Franchement très satisfait de Sendcloud. Leur service client est super réactif, ils répondent rapidement aux mails et prennent vraiment le temps de conseiller. À chaque fois que j’ai eu une question ou un souci, j’ai eu une réponse claire et efficace. La plateforme est aussi très facile à utiliser, tout est bien organisé et intuitif, même quand on débute. C’est un outil fiable qui fait gagner énormément de temps au quotidien, surtout pour gérer les envois et le suivi des colis. On sent que tout est pensé pour simplifier la logistique. Honnêtement, ça aide beaucoup à gérer son activité plus sereinement. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Sendcloud est notre partenaire depuis le début via Woocommerce et nous avons bien évidemment continué lors de notre passage à Shopify. Le Dashboard est très intuitif et les tarifs Mondial Relay sont très intéressants pour nous et l’automatisation des bordereaux est un vrai gain de temps dans notre activité e-commerce. Le SAV est également très réactif et a l’écoute en cas de problème. Je recommande fortement pour les TPE souhaitant simplifier leur logistique encore réalisée en interne.

Erg handig om te integreren in je Shopify webshop. Van tevoren krijg je goede uitleg door een persoonlijke facetime call. Na een aantal weken krijg je dit weer om dingen te bespreken waar je mogelijk tegenaan loopt. Dat persoonlijke contact is er fijn. Zelf heb ik wel wat issues gehad met het verzenden buiten de EU. Maar dat lijkt nu ook opgelost te zijn.

This has been my go-to platform since the start of my webshop. It’s very convenient, has saved me a lot of time, and Sendcloud’s helpdesk has been consistently helpful. Important warning: I strongly advise against using the shipping insurance. It’s handled by a third party called XCover. In my case, XCover refused to resolve a valid claim and redirected me to Kifid (the Dutch financial complaints institute). But Kifid confirmed to me that they are not affiliated with XCover at all. Communication from XCover was minimal and responsibility was repeatedly deflected. Aside from this insurance issue, Sendcloud itself is a solid and reliable platform. Just don't use the optional insurance.

Le point negatif pour ma part est qu'il est impossible de savoir combien on va payez reelement le transport au final , car les transporteur ajoute des taxe qui sortent de je ne sais que chapeau magique , et parfois des taxe car il y'a un probleme de quelque centimetre sur le colis le prix peut etre tres salé. Donc oui pour Sendcloud et non a la transparence des transporteur qui ne joue vraiment pas le jeu pour nous aider..

Llevo un tiempo usando Sendcloud para gestionar los envíos de mi tienda online y la diferencia ha sido enorme. Antes la gestión era completamente manual y perdía mucho tiempo en la oficina de Correos, ahora está todo automatizado y sincronizado con Shopify. Crear etiquetas es muy rápido y los costes de transporte se han reducido considerablemente gracias a sus tarifas prenegociadas. Además, los clientes reciben los detalles de seguimiento por email, por lo que también se reduce el tiempo destinado a consultas sobre este motivo. La configuración inicial fue bastante sencilla y cuando he tenido alguna duda, el equipo de soporte me ha atendido de manera rápida y efectiva.

Ik gebruik de Sendcloud app nu sinds een half jaar in mijn Shopify shop en ben er zeer tevreden over. App is gemakkelijk te installeren en werkt perfect. Eigenlijk heb ik ook nog nooit de support hiervoor nodig gehad, dus dat zegt genoeg. Enige puntje van kritiek is dat de layout in de backend zo vaak verandert waardoor bepaalde onderdelen dan ineens weer op een andere plek zitten. Dat is iedere keer weer wennen, en hoewel dat snel gaat denk ik toch soms: "was dat nou écht nodig?" Al met al toch zeker een aanrader en een dikke voldoende!

We gebruiken de koppeling met Sendcloud al jaren met succes (voorheen met Lightspeed) en nu ruim een jaar met Shopify. I used Sendcloud already for years in Magento. Last year I switched to Shopify and still I am using Sendcloud. It has a good connection and orders are easily imported synchronized. Thing that could be improved is copying the rates from Sendcloud into Shopify. There is an export to csv possible in Sendcloud, but there's no easy way to import it into Shopify. I like the possibility of buying third party insurance at Sendcloud.

Esperienza pessima con l’assistenza tecnica. Da oltre due mesi segnaliamo un problema grave: i clienti selezionano il punto di ritiro dopo l’acquisto, ma nel nostro sistema non compare nulla. Siamo costretti ogni volta a contattare manualmente i clienti per sapere dove spedire, con una perdita enorme di tempo e professionalità. Abbiamo scritto più volte e parlato con almeno tre operatori diversi, che ci assicurano di aver “sollecitato il supporto tecnico”, ma dopo più di due mesi non è cambiato nulla. Nessuna soluzione, nessun aggiornamento. Un’assistenza così lenta e disorganizzata è inaccettabile per un servizio che dovrebbe semplificare la logistica. Se non risolveranno a breve, ci vedremo costretti a migrare verso altre soluzioni.

Fijne ervaring met Sendcloud! We werken al een tijdje met Sendcloud en zijn er supertevreden over. Het platform is makkelijk in gebruik en het scheelt ons echt veel tijd bij het verzenden van bestellingen. Alles loopt soepel, van het aanmaken van labels tot het volgen van pakketten. Ook fijn dat je makkelijk kunt schakelen tussen verschillende vervoerders. En als er eens iets is, reageert de klantenservice snel en denken ze goed mee. Kort gezegd: Sendcloud maakt verzenden gewoon een stuk makkelijker voor ons.

Cela permet à nos divers collaborateurs tant logistique que service client, d'accéder aux infos de livraison rapidement et avec une info complète. Le prix est raisonnable pour un tel service. Wij maken al jaren gebruik van het Sendcloud platform voor het verzenden van onze pakketten (ook al voor wij bij Shopify terecht kwamen). Als kleine onderneming met sterk wisselende verzending van pakketten per week/maand hebben wij geen eigen contract met de diverse vervoersbedrijven maar de door Sendcloud default gehanteerde verzendtarieven zijn prima voor ons en onze klanten. De Shopify plugin is net zo probleemloos als die van Prestashop en Woocommerce en kunnen wij alleen maar aanbevelen. Weinig problemen ondervonden en als er al eens iets was is dat snel en adequaat opgelost door Sendcloud. Dikke duim en merci voor hun platform!!

Extrêmement déçu de Sendcloud – facturations abusives et absence totale de responsabilité Je suis professionnel et j’utilise Sendcloud pour expédier mes commandes via Shopify. Depuis septembre 2025, j’ai subi plusieurs facturations d’étiquettes Chronopost créées automatiquement sans aucune action de ma part, parfois 6 étiquettes générées à la même minute, ce qui est évidemment impossible manuellement. Après plusieurs signalements, Sendcloud nie toute possibilité technique de bug et refuse tout remboursement bancaire, se contentant de promettre un “avoir” jamais appliqué. Pire : malgré les preuves et les références précises des étiquettes concernées, l’entreprise continue d’envoyer des factures et de menacer de prélèvements automatiques, alors que le compte devrait être créditeur. Une plainte a été déposée auprès de la DGCCRF. Je déconseille formellement ce service à tout professionnel : support lent, manque de transparence, et gestion client déplorable.

Ok, den Chat button benutzen wollen: Eine KI "geht ran" die nur Müll ausspuckt. Ticket aufgemacht... ...naja, man kann sich ja denken wie lange das dauert. Fazit: die haben ihre Systeme nicht im griff, nicht vertrauenswürdig.

Game changer. Enviamos a través de Correos (España) y hacer una etiqueta en la web de Correos era una tarea tediosa y entretenida, así que desde que implementamos Sendcloud la eficiencia mejoró muchísimo. 1 Stern – Leider die unzuverlässigste App, die wir je im Einsatz hatten. Wir sind seit mehreren Jahren Sendcloud-Kunde, aber die technische Stabilität ist eine Katastrophe. Kaum eine Woche vergeht ohne neue Störungen. Aktuell lassen sich Etiketten plötzlich nicht mehr im richtigen Format drucken – seit über drei Monaten werden wir nur vertröstet! Als E-Commerce-Unternehmen arbeiten wir mit vielen Apps, aber Sendcloud ist mit Abstand die unzuverlässigste. Der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch: langsam, unhilfreich und ohne echte Lösungsansätze. Dabei sind einige Funktionen wirklich gut gedacht – etwa der kombinierte Druck von Versand- und Retourenlabels verschiedener Versanddienstleister. Nur leider funktioniert das selten reibungslos. Wir haben unsere Prozesse leider schon stark an Sendcloud angepasst, was einen Wechsel erschwert. Vielleicht weiß man das dort – und nimmt es deshalb in Kauf. Wer neu startet, sollte sich unbedingt nach Alternativen umsehen.

È un app che funziona benissimo e confermo che non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di "collegamento". La gestione delle spedizioni é facile e l'assistenza risponde velocemente (anche se a volte sono i vettori che ritardano nelle risposte). Valuto 4 stelle perché abbiamo avuto un problema legato alla fatturazione che in Sendcloud non hanno risolto. Vediamo come va ora che le fatture verranno emesse direttamente in Italia.

Nous utilisons Sendcloud depuis plus de deux ans. La première année, tout s’est très bien passé : l’abonnement était pertinent, l’association avec l’assurance Xcover fonctionnait parfaitement lors des réclamations, et la personnalisation des messages de suivi d’expédition était un vrai plus. Malheureusement, depuis le milieu de cette année, nous avons constaté une dégradation significative du service, notamment du service client : délais de réponse très longs, suivi peu clair, et manque de propositions de solutions concrètes. Nous observons également un manque d’impartialité lors des litiges : par exemple, un transporteur peut détruire un colis sans fournir aucune preuve, et Sendcloud relaie simplement leur version sans la remettre en question. Dans un autre cas, un colis en retour n’était pas retirable faute de code ou de QR reçu, mais Sendcloud a soutenu que Chronopost avait bien transmis les éléments, ce qui n’était pas le cas. Nous avons aussi rencontré des difficultés avec le service facturation, notamment pour le changement de notre RIB : si vous saisissez vos coordonnées bancaires, mieux vaut être certain de ne pas vouloir les modifier, car la procédure est extrêmement compliquée. Cet avis n’a pas vocation à dénigrer le travail de Sendcloud, mais à exprimer notre regret de voir la qualité du service se dégrader. Nous espérons sincèrement que ces retours seront pris en considération et que Sendcloud retrouvera le niveau de fiabilité qui nous avait convaincus au départ.

Wij versturen al vele jaren via deze partij middels de integratie met Shopify. Deze integratie werkt eigenlijk feilloos. Sendcloud heeft echt zelden nooit een storing en wanneer dat wel het geval is wordt dit netjes gecommuniceerd of snel opgelost. Op het moment dat er iets fout gaat met een zending mag de response soms wel wat sneller zijn (ze zijn natuurlijk ook afhankelijk van de vervoerder) maar je wilt je klant namelijk graag op de hoogte houden.

I’ve spent over 3 hours trying to set up Sendcloud with my own Correos account so I can charge our customers the correct, agreed shipping rates — something that’s essential when Correos rates change and we’re left covering the difference. I specifically contacted Shopify support to enable Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) so that Sendcloud could pull live rates from Correos. After jumping through those hoops, I expected things to be more straightforward inside Sendcloud. Unfortunately, they weren’t. The app doesn’t show up under “Use carrier or app to calculate rates” in Shopify’s shipping settings — even after going through all the required setup steps. I spoke with a support rep (Iria), but it felt like they weren’t fully familiar with this type of integration or couldn’t explain what was missing. I’m incredibly frustrated that after all that time this morning, I’m no further along. If it’s not possible to use your own Correos account for live rates at checkout, that needs to be clearly stated upfront. And if it is possible, the support team should be better trained to help merchants achieve it. Right now, it just feels like a huge waste of time.

Verzenden was nog nooit zo eenvoudig, dankzij Sendcloud! Sinds ik Sendcloud gebruik voor mijn webshop, is het hele verzendproces echt naar een hoger niveau getild. Bestellingen vliegen letterlijk de deur uit in één handomdraai. Alles werkt snel, intuïtief en volledig geautomatiseerd. Ik hoef amper nog iets handmatig te doen, wat mij enorm veel tijd én stress bespaart. De integratie met mijn webshop verliep vlekkeloos en ik kan makkelijk kiezen uit verschillende vervoerders, afgestemd op wat het beste past bij mijn klant. Enige minpuntje is dat Sendcloud bij een klant zelf een ophaalpunt had geselecteerd terwijl ze gewoon haar thuisadres had op gegeven en dit thuisadres ook op het verzendlabel stond. Nu moeten we steeds controleren of dit wel klopt.....

If you try to activate your own contracts it does not work. After contacting their CS and its been more than a month that they have not solved the fact I can activate my own UPS contract, and they gently told me that its a me problem, no clear guideline of when the issue will be solved.... Customer care agent was kind, and I feel sorry that she has to deal with a product that is clearly not ready for mass adoption. If you ship anywhere else than the European Union this products is clearly not for you...

We have been working with SendCloud for over 5 years and were initially very satisfied. In the past, there was always a dedicated contact person, and any minor issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. However, things have drastically changed. Nowadays, it feels like there’s no one who truly knows your case or is available to help. The software struggles to keep up with Shopify updates, leading to recurring problems that they seem unable to fix. Support tickets are often ignored, leaving us feeling unheard and frustrated. For the price they charge, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Top app dat ik combineer met shopify. Alles verloopt zeer vlot en alles is mooi op te volgen zowel via de sendcloud pagina als via de shopify pagina. Ik zou iedereen aanraden om deze app te gebruiken wanneer je tijd, geld en frustraties wilt besparen. ps: de hulplijnen zijn ook een hele grote meerwaarde! zeer vlot en altijd zeer snel geholpen!

La aplicación conecta bien pero el servicio de Sendcloud es horrible. NO saben trabajar con IOSS a pesar de ser una normativa de 2021. No se hacen responsables de su error y estoy perdiendo clientes y a punto de perder mi cuenta en Amazon por reclamaciones originadas por el fallo de Sendcloud.

Le service proposé est correct et satisfaisant tant que vous ne rencontrez pas de problème (hormis qu'ils prélèvent toujours des "suppléments carburants" sortis de nul part à 2€ et quelques par colis !!!). Le jour où vous avez besoin d'un SAV, ce ne sera qu'une IA pourrie qui vous répondra en boucle les mêmes stupidités. Et quand bien même le colis n'a jamais été livré et la preuve de livraison est vierge dans leurs documents bidons en base openoffice, ils vous harcèleront en boucle pour que vous payez 30€ pour un colis non livré. C'est vraiment bien de se faire voler de la sorte et de n'avoir aucun interlocuteur en 1 mois et demi de tentative de recours pour un colis perdu.

L'application marcher super bien, le service est qualitatif et réactif. Alors pourquoi 3 étoiles ? Le service mensuel est passé en l'espace de 1 an et demi de 40 euros à 133 euros pour plus ou moins le même nombre d'envois et les mêmes services. Je trouve cela affligeant, des augmentations cela est "normal" mais a ce point c'est prendre ses clients pour des vaches à lait. Je réfléchis de plus en plus a trouver un autre service similaire et moins chère. (nous avons notre propre contrat, 133 euros étant juste le prix abonnement + les fameux nouveaux 10cts par étiquette de frais qu'ils ont inventés)

Ik zou Sendcloud aan iedereen aanbevelen, want het aanmaken van een verzending, bij welke pakketvervoerder dan ook, Sendcloud verzorgt het van A tot Z. Ik hoef niet handmatig elke keer een label aan te maken via PostNL of DHL, dat doet Sendcloud, dankzij de Shopify integratie, automatisch voor me. Zeer en zeer handig.
