I fell for it, installed the free trial, and now I'm being charged US$359.94 without being informed. I'd just like to contact someone to cancel it because I'm not using it. Thank you. Hello, I'm back to respond with the utmost honesty, as I work alone and will be paying closer attention after this difficult time. I just want to thank everyone for their efforts in helping me resolve this problem. Thank you. Excellent service! I had an unexpected problem with a charge of US$359.94 and contacted SEOWILL support. I was assisted by Jenny, who was extremely attentive, polite, and professional. She personally followed up on my case, prioritized my request, and managed to resolve the problem quickly, issuing a full credit for the amount. I was very satisfied with how my case was handled. I especially thank Jenny for her attention, patience, and excellent support. Congratulations to the SEOWILL team for their service!

Support is great but the AI tool is crap and does so many mistakes it is more than enjoying, it gives a headache! It also says things that need to be fixed when it's not needed at all. One thing in particular it does not well is SEO. It says there are SEO that needs to be implemented when it is the wrong words etc. etc. It can't read images correctly with colors nor text and logos in images. This is crap in my opinion. The AI needs to be programmed better and this is the common thing with AI tools, they can't be trusted because they can only do so much, what there program lets them todo and manage. If it is a poor programming, the AI is crap. This is crap. It did several things well but overall, it gave me more headache than help. Wait to use until the have sorted all the bugs. I made technical support find several bugs that they had to fix in the short time of 4 months, that I'd used it.

I uninstalled another SEO app and installed SEOWILL after reading some great reviews and watching a youtube video recommending it. Unfortunately, when I uninstalled the previous SEO app it broke my product code and created multiple Google Search Console (GSC) issues. I reached out to the support team at SEOWILL and they jumped onto it straight away. They are part way through the fix and have provided regular communications and updates on exactly what issues they have found and how they have fixed them. I am super impressed and thankful for their wonderful customer service and will give an update once they have resolved all the issues.

SEO has been one of the biggest pieces to staring my first online store, if not the foundation of it. With combining SEOWILL AI's technology and the skill set i already had, it really gave me that rocket ship type of launch i needed to get my store FLEAOUTLET off of the landing pad. Which by the way, is adding new items all the time at very good prices. Anyway i really want to encourage people to use SEO or at least consult with them. 5 star no question.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this is by far the best SEO plugin for Shopify; it works 10x better than hiring an agency so save your hard earned money, get this app, get on the max plan and simply take your time and go through it with it's 1-click abilities and it's recommendations (which isn't hard work to do - but do it in chunks, don't try to have an "SEO Day" or something, this is a process, not an event). I've owned the app since before it was renamed and it has gotten tremendously better with each version, and they stay on top of ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude Visibility (AIO/GEO depending on who you talk to). I highly recommend this and to leverage it to make you the most in organic traffic, remember: take your time. Every website, even simple ones, require a multi-day approach to SEO. I do 1 hour each day and after about a week or so, I could tell improvements.

There is no other app and management as spoiled as this. When I discovered it in 2024, I was buying extra AI credits and using them to create SEO like titles and meta for product pages, and I was very satisfied. I bought 2600 extra credits to edit my pages, then I saw they were reset. They told me credits reset every month, and I told them that I bought these with an extra payment, and they unlocked my credits. Then they said the Pro plan has a 2000 page limit and that this does not reset monthly. When I bought these credits, there was no such rule. I used my credits on the free plan for 3 months because I paid extra money for these credits; they were not monthly credits given to me. Then they increased each listing from 2 credits to 4 credits. In short, it might be usable for people with few listings, but this is not an app worth paying $50 per month for 500 credits. They used to be more modest and helpful; now, even though they sell credits, they are never helpful. In short, it is absolutely not worth the money.
