The app allows for some fairly complex shipping structuring and does exactly what it is supposed to. I highly recommend this app. It is the only shipping rate app that currently has a solution for customers being charged double shipping with Multi-Origin shipping, which is why we originally chose it. Not only that, but this app is full of customizations - we're able to build out different rates by postal code which is extremely useful for our Local delivery options, and can even set up rates by product tag! Fills in a lot of the missing functionality that Shopify lacks - essential for shipping to different zones across the UK without excluding customers in hard to reach areas (or eating the extra costs of delivering to them yourself). An absolute must if you have complexities in your shipping rules too, especially if you are using unit based rules rather than weight, which are impossible to setup with Shopify alone. Helpful team as well, who have been invaluable in bug-fixing (largely because of the complexity of our case). I would not say that the set-up is straight-forward and user-friendly for a non developer, but difficulty is to be expected with the different logic required to make our logistics rules work.

We have been able to create custom rules intuitively with the app. At times when we have seen some conditions not working as expected, their support team has been extremely helpful and quick to resolve. Its not always the case to find this type of support without having to have dedicated supported or paying extra, so it rare and a relief for smaller companies, solving this issues does not cost extra and you still get to build a better experience for your customers. Shipzip allows us to set zones according to courier's boundaries with prices set according to postcode and more complex rules using Shopify tags for bulky items, specialist carriers, and discounts/free shipping rules. An excellent solution for stores with multiple rules. We've just re-structured our shipping with more complex rules for multiple carriers, each with different services to postcode areas and ShipZip made it easy to re-write our rules effectively, split into manageable zones. If you take the time to work out your rules before entering them in, and work logically, ShipZip is a very powerful solution that supports UK postcodes very well. Support is quick and polite. Note: You do need to be on the Shopify Advance plan, or for lower Shopify tiers either pay your Shopify subscription annually or pay Shopify an extra fee to expose the carrierservice API to the app, but that is a Shopify policy to lock out this feature to basic stores, not a fault of the app. Would 100% recommend ShipZip for a store including bulky items with carrier surcharges and delivering to zones with different carrier charges.

This app did what no other app could. We have a very complicated delivery method, with multiple carriers and a lot of restrictions on what we can ship (or not) to places. The app do everything. We started using ShipZip to avoid Shopify's double delivery charges when orders are shipped from multiple locations. The app we used to get round this initially worked pretty well but more and more double charges had started to appear recently, mainly due to us shipping products from more locations. When discussing this with them, they advised that our scenarios would not work with their app. This forced us to look for a new solution to calculate delivery charges and I am happy that we found ShipZip. We run 2 stores, one of which has quite specific delivery charge rules and restrictions so it was important for them to work well. We initially tried to set this up ourselves but required some support to get them working perfectly. Sid responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. He quickly translated our requirements into multiple checkout rules which actually work. We highly recommend Cirkle Studio and the ShipZip app, especially if you have multiple stock locations and / or non-standard delivery requirements.

WOW! I have been troubleshooting for two weeks on how to get one shipping rate vs how Shopify combines rates if you have multiple locations. This is a fantastic shipping app! Our shop sells thousands of products, and the products need two different shipping methods: by courier or by pallet. Most shipping apps support filtering by product tags, but in our situation, only filtering by collection can properly assign the products into right categories (i.e. by courier or by pallet). This app supports filtering by collection, and therefore we don’t have to add each single product one by one manually. This app supports limitation by postcodes, which is a great help for us. Then, the actual shipping fee is further determined by weight. We use tiered-pricing based on total weight, and this app helps to achieve this. I highly recommend Shipzip: Shipping & Delivery as it has helped us streamline our website deliveries and improve the UX/UI for our cart/checkout with a custom feature where customers can be charged a delivery fee based on the suburb they live in. A custom setting that most of the other delivery apps don't have. Previously we had three shipping apps doing the same tasks this one app does which has saved us $120 USD per month with app fees and is reasonably priced at $19.95 per month for those great features on the top "shipping with delivery date" plan. On top of all the great features, the support is absolutely amazing! We had some troubles with setting the app up correctly and Sid was more than generous to help us get the app set up correctly with a quick response time. This app is perfect for anyone who has a delivery service like our florist business.

I installed this app because I needed the ability to provide variable local delivery rates to my customers, based on cart contents and customer tags. I needed to replicate my current state with delivery date and timeslot management as well as configure my desired future state, which included several zones and several variables rates. The support team referred me to their technical Lead, Sid, who created the entire configuration for me in a test theme, worked with me to test and tweak the settings, and was then on hand for every little question as I migrated the theme to production. He supported me almost constantly over a 3 day period, including over the weekend. I've never encountered this level and quality of support before, and I could not be happier with the outcomes provided by the app!
