Been a lovely experience so far. Truly can't beat it for seamlessly setting up an app with its modular building style that translates straight from your existing store. There are some limitations depending what tier you purchase, but it's pretty comprehensive at the Gold Tier which is what we're trialing right now. Doesn't work with any shopify app that controls order pickup/delivery date or time -- in other words, if you want a mobile app where customers can set the date/time that they'd like to pick up or receive their order (based on settings like your hours, lead time, delivery zone, product availability, etc.) then Shopney is not the app builder for your store. Also, Shopney's latest update puts app and mobile device info into the "Additional Details" section of shopify orders. This has caused issues with ShipStation and more. It took a lot of time and effort to get Shopney support to actually read our notes about these issues and examine the examples we provided them, and the response we got from Shopney support can be paraphrased as "not our problem."

If you're not sure if this App builder is for you here are some things to consider from a long-time user; It's easy to setup and design. It looks nice and it's easy for customers to use It's very basic, don't expect anything fancy, even with the highest-paid tier. There is no option to offer cart deals or sales incentives besides discounts and loyalty on the highest tier. It does not integrate with the new Shopify customer login update (2024) making customers confused and annoyed. There is zero analytics. The App has issues with Paypal and Android If your store becomes popular, you will outgrow this APP and its limited features fast. If you have issues with Google etc and setting up the APP they will tell you to fix it yourself, don't expect any help. Customer service is okay for basic issues.

We're a small business based out of Nigeria and I have been so impressed with the service and customer support offered by Shopney. Before I signed up, I had A LOT of questions and Kyle patiently answered every single question for me. I was curious about whether our payment processor is compatible with the app and other context specific questions. When I finally signed up, I received so much support from Lara, who basically hand held me through the whole process and even designed our app for free! I am truly grateful for the support I received. It's not a joke when Shopney say that you can have your app ready in a matter of days/weeks. Ours will be ready in approximately 2 weeks pending the Developer account setup. By the way, I tried out other apps and the customer support I received was nowhere close to the support from Shopney. After a few other mobile app builders we've tried, we have now tried Shopney. I have to say straight away: we are very fond of detail, everything has to be perfect. The design for sub collections could be slightly different for our case, as we have many sub collections we wanted to have narrower buttons than Shopney currently offers. We then contacted the support team, in my case Lara from Shopney was really helpful. The design of the sub collections cannot simply be changed, as this change would apply to all users, but she passed on the feedback. She was able to help us immediately with all other problems and the conversation was super relaxed and focused at the same time. Shopney also guides us through the path to the app launch with great tutorials and lots of illustrated explanations. It doesn't get any better than that! We can definitely recommend Shopney! :-)

I do appreciate all the time and help the Shopney team as provided. I would recommend that before anyone starts please make sure that you have your DUNS number. It is necessary to fully maximize your trial. Especially if you want to upload your app to the Google Play Store. You can start as an individual for the Apple store and switch to a company account. It seems that it can take a minimum of 7 days to receive your DUNS number but can take up to 30 days. Now time for the review, creating my app took no time at all. It really does look nice and I believe our customers and vendors would love the app! I can't wait to share it. The process of creating the app is seamless. Once you are done, the steps to submit your app are very straight forward.

Why did I choose Shopney? I did a very through research while selecting the mobile app builder for my business as this is something that you never want to switch intermittently for any reason. That is why we feel need of a companion who can take care of our mobile apps with utmost integrity so that we can focus on our profits instead of technical issues. Out of many vendors, I impressed by Shopney's instant response on my sales query. By this, I could anticipate how professional they are. Hence, our dialogues began. Onboarding process Shopney's onboarding process is like a swiss knife. You can play with their themes and options and can prepare your mobile app design in not more than a day. Everything is very clear and self descriptive. Customer Service This was the most important point for me that is why I decided to hire them. I could have ended up paying 1/3rd of the fee I am paying to Shopney to other vendors. Their customer support system is more than highly supportive! They try to rule out all the possible obstacles right before the action begins which is a very smart way of doing the work to save our time. What our customers are thinking of our mobile app? Which mobile app builder you would go with, mostly depends on your budget and objective. For my brand Gaurashtra, I wanted a very clean and sophisticated design which appeals to my customers. I am gladly saying that our customers are liking our apps on both the platforms. We have seen a significant difference in average order value in past few weeks between orders received from our Shopify website and from Shopney mobile apps. We are getting 2x to 3x more order value from our mobile apps than from our website. This means the app is naturally encouraging the customers to buy more. I hope their advanced plans will add more power to the shopping process. Summary Shopney's team had been asking for a review in past many days and I was asking them to wait in return. I wanted to actually share my whole experience not in hurry so that it could be beneficial for the readers. If I am getting sales, I will not mind paying for my mobile apps but parallely I also do want to compromise with delivery of apps in terms of quality. SUPER helpful. I was lost about 10 times and they had multiple links to help me with what I needed each time. Very easy to follow directions with hyperlinks in the list to help you. They responded quickly every time I asked a question and even offered multiple times to help in other ways to make the process go faster and smoother. I have tried 3 different mobile app builders and this one was the one for me, easily!
