What an incredible App, Shoppingfeed. We reviewed many similar apps for over 6 months, before reaching the conclusion Shoppingfeed was right for our business. Now after 6 months we are so happy with our decision. Two critical issues for our company in making our decision were: Maintaining our "Source of Truth" for all our products on our Shopify admin platform. Customer Support. Shoppingfeed has proven our decision to be the right decision for both of these points. We decided we needed to have control of the product data, not a third party. For customer support have you ever believed you made the right product choice, just to find the customer support is terrible. Not with Shoppingfeed.. Based in the USA, Drew got us all set-up and then Shoppingfeed's technical team took over and it has been incredible. Max and Vova have been there at any time to talk us through their product, special issues that arise and training. It is so nice to be able to speak directly with support and to be able to share desktops to review their platform, discuss Shopify as "Source of Truth" and review specifics about various e-commerce sites, i.e., Amazon, Etsy, etc. Final thoughts! Like any product, you get out of it what you put into it. If you consistently commit the time to Shoppingfeed you will not be disappointed.

I've worked with quite a few 3rd party apps for integrating Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, etc.. and the onboarding and support team, in my case, Drew, Oleg and Max at ShoppingFeed has been the most helpful and responsive team I've ever worked with. I've been with a similar app for 3 years and I think we had one call of about an hour for onboarding. Not at ShoppingFeed, they take the time to explain and show you how things work and answer all your questions quickly. If you need to push orders into Shopify and in turn update inventory, pricing, data at your other channels, take a good look at these guys. I moved from multiple platforms and once you get the hang of their system and writing rules you can manipulate your data to suite each channel.

After trying several other solutions for managing my eBay posts, I was SO HAPPY to discover Shoppingfeed. Not only is their app the best one I've seen by far, I can honestly say that their customer service and training is outstanding. Please note that this app is NOT for the light or occasional eBay (or other marketplace) seller. While the cost of the app is higher than some of the competition...you get what you pay for. This app is amazing and their support goes out of their way to make sure you're getting all the benefits available. Being a small seller, I was a little hesitant to make the investment but within no time the app and the support that comes with it paid for itself. I am really happy I found ShoppingFeed and have been using them again and again for every new online venture I start. Data is messy and dirty especially when you are trying to syndicate it to different systems with different native software, fields, requirements, business needs etc. What I love about ShoppingFeed is that they realize and understand this. So when an issue arises because always with tech and data, they will work with you to find a solution or a workaround to accomplish your end objective. In particular, their Customer Success Manager Max is top notch. Extremely knowledgeable about the shoppingfeed software and backend architecture. Makes himself available to me whenever I need answers and solutions and will spend an hour with me on the phone as we attempt to formulate the right combination that will fix a problem and eventually, we always do or he tells me what I need to do on my end to fix the issue. I cannot recommend ShoppingFeed and Max enough. They are great partners!

I switched to this app from another similar app that kept messing up my orders and wouldn't stayed synced to my inventory which was causing a lot of issues. I've had very minimal issues with this app and when I do have them or questions the customer service is EXCELLENT. I've never had better service on a shopify app and I've been doing this for 6 years. Takes awhile to set up and the limited categories suck when you have a wide variety of products but other than that I love this app.

I actually was unable to use this app due to the limitations provide on the Houzz platform, but this limitation had nothing to do with the app itself but rather Houzz's platform. The reason I give it 5 stars is that their customer support is awesome. Their live chat actually works (with a real person) and they even scheduled me to speak with one of their owners. I usually do not like to write review or do not write review until I have used an app very fluently. At the end, I forget to write review. That is my problem. I will recommend this app for several reasons. I like the customer services. Questions are always answered within short period of time. The function of the apps are very important. It links so many of my selling channel accounts together. That saves me a lot time as well. Although I have not used all of the functions yet, I will recommend it to others. There is one thing I forget to mention. I did spend a lot of time looking for other similar apps until I found Shopping Feed. Hope my review can help you make decision to at least try this app first. You can ask for trial extension as well!!!! That is awesome.

I know that your business model has the potential to make you all very successful, but I understand how much work goes in to making a multi-channel product feed. I imagine many customers think that $39 is a lot, but I’ve used other product feed services that were over $1000 per month. I use this app to sell on Ebay and Amazon. Although it takes a little bit of setup initially, the integration works GREAT and I've made thousands of dollars in new revenue with very little effort as a result of using Shopping Feed. Now I have three stores that attract buyers and bring in revenue, but I only have to manage one! Such a great concept! I also want to thank Max for the great customer service since I'm a marketing type, not a techie person, and I needed to be walked thru some of the setup. He made it easy for me to get set-up and he even checked back to make sure that things continued to run smoothly after the initial setup.

Bottom line: This app is great and the support during setup of your channel and use is superb. I installed this app to connect with Google Shopping Actions so I could sell my work via the Google Express Store. Note, GSA is different than Google Shopping, which you can do with Shopify, although now that I have this app, I don’t need the Shopify Google channel since this app is covering my feed for all parts of Google. I used the free trial first, then subscribed. I have to say the support I received from Max was probably the best from any place ever. He helped me get my GSA feed set up every step of the way - and this was during the FREE trial period. You need to get your store and products approved by Google to be on GSA, and as anyone knows, it can be painful trying to work with Google “support”. To help, Max worked with GSA support to figure out why they were “stuck” in processing my approved store. He worked with them on other issues as they came up from Google. Note, these were not Shopping Feed app issues, these were issues on Google’s side of things. As for the app - it’s great. You are able to look at and work with the feed pulled from your store so that what you want ends up going through to your channel (in my case, GSA). I thought the user interface was easy to figure out. Another good thing is that although they schedule when your feed will be updated and processed every day (or multiple times a day), you can manually force a new update to your feed or force it to re-process the feed data if you’ve made some changes. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this app and working with Max. It is a pleasure working with him. This is the first app I’ve left a review for, because I felt like I really had to call them out for their excellent work. Truly a gem in the app store.

Excellent app and support. SAVES MAD TIME. Be sure to take them up on the on-boarding calls as you will learn a lot about how their system works. You may need to do some adjustments to your shop in order to get the most out of Shopping-Feed, but once you are in communication with the crew...they will let you know what needs to be done (if anything) during the audit. This app is awesome. On a scale of 1-10, the current version is a 9. They have room for improvement and seem to listen and take constructive input and criticism well. I want to give a big round of applause to Oleh, as he has spent several calls and hours helping me and answering questions. If you are looking to expand while saving time, Shopping-Feed is the move! Shopping Feed is an incredible product with world class customer support. I searched for months to find the solutions that Shopping Feed offers. We started seeing results immediately after installing. After a quick onboarding, I knew how to navigate their dashboard with a robust amount of features. Being able to set conditional rules, select and deselect products, and ensure our business was humming along across many different marketplaces. The customer service is top notch - Drew especially. They are quick to answer questions, quick to help you find solutions, and generally much more helpful (and knowledgeable about their product) than many similar software companies in the industry. As for drawbacks, there really aren't a ton. The site is copied over from a French version, so there are sometimes some strange translations, and the back end sometimes gets a little slow and isn't incredibly responsive, but not in any way that affects usability. These also seem to be things they are committed to improving going forward. The price for the app has paid for itself many times over. If you're looking for something to help you take total control of your site across eBay, Amazon, and other marketplaces, Shopping Feed is what you want.

We have been using Shopping Feed for just over a year. Any problem or issue we have had, fine tuning this app to suit our business has been very quickly resolved. All products you choose to export are fed accurately to the marketplace & order(s) fed back to Shopify, including taxes for processing. If you are using any accountancy software like Xero - this is important Shopify has told us that since our store launched it has been receiving a lot of traffic. Worth it. The service is unparalleled to anything you're gonna find on here and the app functions are Superior to the others on here. I've been trying to list my products on Amazon n Google in a well organized and controlled manner in bulk but for months I tried all the other apps and there was always atleasy 1 lacking necessary function from app to app and response from the support staff were always slow which wasted time and money. Shopping feed solved all my problems and get all my products listed as controlled as I want within a week. Service was amazing, informative and curtious. If you don't think the 90 is worth a shopping feed app, wait till you experience their help and service department, you're gonna get alot more bang for ur buck in understanding how shopping feeds work and the channels benefits than anywhere else. Incase you couldn't tell, I highly recommend them

Their system of Rules ensures that every possible adjustment necessary to products in whichever way we need are implemented flawlessly. And having inventory and order processing synced through through Shopify means all we have to do now is send items out and order more items. This app is a must have for any serious ecommerce seller. It seamlessly syncs your products to the best sales channels you can find, keeping inventory across them all in sync, and imports any orders made outside of Shopify into your Shopify fulfillment queue. You just fulfill like normal in Shopify, and everything is done automatically. Best customer support I have encountered in 20 years, which is important because of how much you can do with the platform. If you take your selling seriously, you sell on external channels like Amazon, ebay, Google, etc. If you REALLY take it seriously, you do it all with Shopping Feed EDIT: Drew at Shopping Feed is a rockstar, yet another great support experience. I had problems at first connecting to Amazon seller central, but support helped me find what was missing in my Amazon account. EDIT2: Found a bug on Chrome, but was just my adblocker being fussy. This is EXTREMELY expensive and has not helped a high volume store like mine at all. I think this program is capable of doing a lot of great things if set up with the rules correctly. However the MAIN purpose is to have accurate inventory across multiple sales channels. If you sell any volume, there will be inventory issues. I'm not sure I've gone more than 2 weeks not over selling something. It simply doesn't update timely. What exactly is the $99 paying for? To list.... it simply pulls data intuitively and data mines to cross list. But inventory sync is an absolute JOKE. It's embarrassing that we look incapable because of this. It's hurting my etsy reviews. To top it off, after I had set up everything how I thought would be best (tech support helped me etc), I suddenly have shopping feed creating NEW shipping profiles for my Etsy store. This allowed oversea's buyers to pay a US domestic first class rate for an item that was $11. I'm now risking horrible reviews from etsy because I simply cannot afford to ship it for $3.50 when the actual charge is $17-$20 in shipping. This was nothing I set up or added either. It worked well for a few weeks and had profiles set. Then magically I have a new Shopping Feed rate in put into there so ANYONE in the world could order $11 dollar products with $3.50 shipping. I guess it depends on what you need but I feel like this just cost me a lot without any return at all. 1 stars is given because it's truly not adequate at what it should do and that is to keep inventory synced across multiple sales channels. We've yet to see that actually occur properly, despite adjustments made with tech support. Hopefully there will be an app soon that does this more efficiently because it is desperately needed! I truly wish they refunded me for the money I've spent. I feel completely cheated.

One of very few apps that lets you list on Amazon and Ebay (not from Amazon to Shopify - plenty of those) It takes a lot of work to set up but it's worth it. Their support team is great, they spent numerous hours on the phone with me helping set up the feed and even helped with my eBay sellers account (which was totally not their problem) Two cons (For apparel store like mine ) the feed transfers your product type (not tags) into eBay/amazon category. So I had to separate boys and girls apparel, which now looks kinda weird in my store - instead of "sweaters" I now have "boy sweaters" and "girl sweaters", which does not make much sense if you are already in Boys category in the store... Second con is the price. I love the app, and I understand they have developers, and customer support and much more...but I still think it's a bit too much. Still worth it in the long run. :)

Really impressed with this app. We use it to get our products onto Etsy, Amazon, and Google Shopping. Ebay works well too. It is pretty simple to use, but if you run into any questions, Drew is extremely helpful and quick to respond. He'll even hop on a phone call with you to make sure everything works properly.

It took 4 months of consistent effort from our end and the shopping feed support end to have our feeds in order. Andy had to get involved, and we had to really persevere. Why did we stick at it? Here's why: 1. I have tried every single app that does feeds via shopify and this app is the best by a long mile -- Most flexibility with listing settings -- Supports ebay templates -- Supports 2 way ebay order syncing -- Allows you to export the feed and manually create your own with google shopping (which is what we ended up doing) -- Supports most Australian marketplaces -- Has a good way of dealing with multi-SKU issues 2. Other apps have far poorer support / do not care (especially godatafeed) - and have really poor interfaces, and are not as committed to improvement 3. Sopify / marketplace integrations are pivotal to success of your store without this, you are walking on one leg. And the pain is worth it to get a setup that you dont touch for a little while after setting up 4. I am now a feed expert (especially with Google shopping feeds Completely understand some of the negative reviews here, but I can also see how a bit (or a lot) of effort in our case is worthwhile in the long run B

I must have forgotten to shut down my free trial, as I was charged for a subscription after around 6 months. I really dislike this app. They are hurting our amazon rating. Every once in a while it is unable to import order from Amazon to Shopify. No notice is given off this, so they of course get lost until Amazon or the customer contacts us. Also, you can't login to this app directly from Shopify and they require a username. I can't remember ever having created a username for this, so I have no idea where to start. The "forgot pass" function doesnt seem to work without the damn username.. Update Jan. 2107: Ended up deleting this app to switch over to the one by Shopify. Quickly realized this was a mistake and wanted to switch back to this one, just to get things running until we found a better replacement. They didn't want to open up an account again due to this review, who at the time of writing is two star. Based on that, I'm not giving them a one star. We're never coming back. Summary: - Full of bugs - Customer support isn't good - Bugs bugs bugs. The kind of bugs that get you banned from Amazon.

Wow, what can I say? Shopping Feed single-handedly saved my business from closing. By taking our shop inventory and sending it to eBay and Amazon, I now essentially have 3 shops instead of one. After an exhaustive search looking for an app that would handle both product feeds as well as support bulk listing in Ebay, we found these guys. We looked at a ton of product feed apps - this is a definite cut above the rest. Absolutely stellar customer support! Started with the GoogleShopping Channel and currently adding an Ebay channel. They are working on adding more granularity to the ebay channel settings which is great news for us. Also looking forward to documentation that is in the works. The app is pretty deep and Drew has helped every single step of the way. Sometimes things load up in French which is weird but its usually gone next time you log in. This app is aweful - I don't know how Shopify have even allowed it to be added to the App Store. The setup was asking me to confirm which fields are colours, sizes or 'other'. After doing this and then clicking save I was brought back to the top of the page I was on but did not get a confirmation message that the information was saved, advised that I should now go to another option on the nav bar or if another page should appear during the setup process. After clicking on the 'add account' I was then taken to another page to create an account (even though I had already done this) and could not proceed past this page as the 'optional' VAT field insisted I needed to enter a VAT number. As a UK company does not need to be VAT registered this cannot be the case...and the field was marked as optional. This is a terrible app and the developers need to look at improving the user experience during the setup stage.

After using their product for a few months we are very happy with the over all experience. Below are some of the Pro and Con of this app. Pro: *Customer support. They are very helpful, especially Drew. *Sync order back into site for processing. *Sync tracking info back into Amazon *Their products is build around helping you to automate as much as possible so you can have more time doing other stuff beside working on your feeds. *Ability to view and compare channels performance Con *Shipping Weight is not syncing over into Amazon so you have to manually bring that over or using the amazon import template. *Not compatible with "Ebay Motor". Ebay / Ebay commerce network is a problem for site that are automotive related. We used this app specifically for Google Shopping and Bing Ads Shopping channels. In particular we needed the use of rules to apply to our product feed that would be separate from our actual Shopify store. We are top rated eBay sellers still building our shopify brand and adding product. We were looking for a way to list 1 place and have the product be on different channels. We initially used an importer app to get approx 900 products in Shopify. We then were looking for an app to help us expand but not spend a lot and not triple type the same products on different platforms. Whole thing makes me wish I knew how to write code!! Anyway at first I thought it was my lack of knowledge that was issue with this app, but its not. No way is it user friendly even if we flipped and added products to choppily first then used app to go to eBay and beyond. The final straw was no help guides or explanations, app wanting to assign categories very broadly for eBay - a no no., and then no link on site for the cancellation of free trial. 3-4 months early BTW> not worth the time. If you have never sold on the other and Shopify is your first store it might work.... not for us though.

The uploading categories is good but there is no tutorials for this product. So I am stuck on how to fix the amazon errors and how do I pay for the google shopping do I go to merchant center or do i do it from the app. Don't know because there is no instruction on there website or youtube. Drew and Shopping Feed have been fantastic - very well organized, and provided excellent support above and beyond the norm. The app is the easiest we've seen on Shopify app marketplace in terms of syncing up all of your different sales streams/channels (Amazon, eBay, Sears, Houzz, etc.). Pretty intuitive in using the interface, so major plus. The SF team has so far answered all my questions very promptly and thoroughly, even with the 3 hour time difference between the coasts. I would highly recommend this app and the developers behind it. There seem to be regular updates as well, so it can only get better. I hope in the near future it can sync up with other sales channels like Rakkuten, OpenSky and Bonzanza, but that's just where I also sell/plan to sell. Get this and get started!

Bit of a learning curve when getting products listed but most of the issues come from Amazon's side as they're platform is overly complicated in comparison to Ebay. Horrible. Nice user-friendly platform but after hours of work put into learning the platform. They take days or weeks to answer emails. The system eventually stopped working all together but of course no support. Not worth the effort. Update: Adam and Drew got back to me they seemed eager to get this going again however the app has product quantity limitation which wasn't clear before I installed it. To be fair I have a large amount of products but I wish I would have known before I got so deep into it.

Well I have to say Shopping Feed is hands down the best solution for my inventory management as well as creating new listings without having to create them manually on all the other channels. I'm been selling on Amazon and eBay and many more channels and I have tried several "all in one" to help me with my inventory and creating multiple listings for my channels and I never had such a good experience before. Shopping Feed is so easy and fun to use, the customer service is a breath of fresh air with unlimited patience and kindness yes guys THANK YOU for putting up with me!!! In addition I have to mention the features that none of the competitors have... You can create rules to customize your pricing to each product and each listing that's done automatically and so much more that you will just wonder why didn't anyone tell you about them before...BEST OF ALL THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST!!! The Shopping Feed app has allowed us to run successful Google Shopping and eBay campaigns. The customer support has been very helpful, dealing with complex issues. This app probably has the best functionality for generating feeds for Shopify. Having said this, we have had to make a number of compromises to our campaigns due to certain limitations on what can/cannot be changed in the feeds. If you want to do things properly, use Magento. If you want to generate feeds from Shopify, use Shopping Feed!

Shopping Feed was a challenge at the beginning to be honest. Was frustrating and took more time then I would have liked, but in the end, with the tremendous help from Andy and the team, we were able to get a smooth process going for us using three channels.

Not great. I was really hopeful as I read about the support and service (which is important). After a delay on my end, communication was incredibly slow and there was a lot of 'let's chat' but no confirmation of a time and always waiting on responses. The only way to chat is via thier platform (which was never mentioned) and then when I do login, my 'rep' is gone for the day. New tech guy comes on and says 'how can I help you', then again disappears.. over 15 mins ago (as if my time isn't important). I have removed their app and going with ChannelUnity. In just minutes, the experience has been much much better and their support is actually online rather than just hit and miss. Our money is good everywhere (I think!), unfortunate and I was super patient before writing this. I run a very busy business with multiple clients

Great app to get your products out to multiple marketplaces. Syncs product info and orders back to Shopify. This is great for us, Shopify them fulfills through amazon FBA. Setup is a little tricky however the tech support has been super!!! I highly recommend this app!

Outstanding App that makes selling on Amazon easy. Once everything is set up, you have zero involvement with managing Amazon. Everything you do is done through your existing Shopify website. So easy to manage selling on various platforms. The customer service and technical support you receive is outstanding. They will work with you to make your ecommerce world as simple as possible. If you can dream it up, they will find a way to make it work for you. I highly recommend this app as your solution for selling on multiple channels and getting your product out to the masses!

Their platform is easy to use: the feed was without bug + the set up is free... The best is their customer service. I have just started selling on Amazon. And Andy was very helpful and responsive to my questions.
