I'm not terribly tech-savvy in this space; I had a running battle with minor disconnects between Shopify & Google causing a great deal of issues with my stock feeds. You would get a five star but you don’t help the new store owners out very much I understand we need help to get the store open but sometimes you have to somewhat trust people in your store and pray they don’t take you for every thing you got it should be monitor a lot better then it is. And instead of making the store owner go after the culprit that did this to the store if you don’t know how ask the store owner they might have a clue.

When we first looked at feed maintenance apps, we went through a whole bunch before someone recommended ShoppingFeeder to us. What drew us initially was the fact that it was already well established in South Africa (where we are located). James assisted us from the start and made setting up -> publishing a literal breeze. I never had to go through ample support emails. He simply sent me a Google Meet link and we did it live. It took him a matter of minutes, where it would've taken us hours. This app is TERRIFIC!

They actually discovered and error on my part that was getting some results not to display on google shopping. They reached out to me to ask if they could fix it. If you are a big business, this app is DEFINITELY NOT FOR YOU - their customer service team can only handle small time stores, because they have an inability to provide solutions in a timely fashion (to bugs constantly caused by their own feed). You will constantly have to troubleshoot errors in Google merchant and bang your head with their so called "customer service" team which is always 2 people (Kurt and Henri).....who can be very rude at times!! Are you big store in terms of revenue? build your own feed or do more research on an app that can support your needs before you jump on this....TRUST us, been with shoppingfeeder for almost 3 years and tried everything we could to work with them but reached a point that the cost of constantly dealing with their customer service was more than switching to other solutions of our own!! By the way, we have noticed recently this app is updating its responses and write fake claims like "thanks for your understanding, after our conversation e.t.c"........after a quick research it seems like other customers who provided negative reviews are experiencing the same issue (false claims that never happened).

Here is the list of permissions this app requires: 1. View Shopify account data - ShoppingFeeder - Advanced Google Shopping Management will be able to access data such as your Shopify account email addresses, phone numbers, and locations. 2. Manage products - This includes: products, inventory, and collections. 3. Manage orders - This includes: all order details. ShoppingFeeder - Advanced Google Shopping Management will be able to access data such as customer names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, geolocations, IP addresses, and browser user agents. 4. Manage marketing - This includes: marketing events. 5. Manage your Online Store - This includes: script tags in your Online Store. Now, look at what those permissions allow this app to do....and if you are okay with that, then there should not be much problems. But if you are a real company with policies in place to protect yourself (and by the way, you will never use this app when you become a million dollar store, security wise with the above permissions does not work)......THIS WILL BE A BREACH OF YOUR DATA, THE APP CAN PRETTY MUCH DO ANYTHING EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIM TO HAVE BUSINESS ETHICS E.T.C.......A SHOPPING FEED APP DOES NOT NEED ALL THESE PERMISSIONS TO WORK!! READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU INSTALL THIS APP - the biggest mistake we made as a store when looking for a google shopping feed app, is looking only on the overall rating of the app (it was around 4.9/5.0 when we decided to go with Shopping feeder)....and disregarded going through the negative reviews first! We overlooked things like how cancellations can be done if you no longer want to use this app (a bunch of people in the past had issues of being charged even after cancelling....AND BY THE WAY YOU HAVE TO EMAIL THEM TO CANCEL....JUST REMOVING YOUR APP FROM SHOPIFY WITHOUT EMAIL DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE APP IS CANCELLED...READ THEIR FAQ FIRST!...and a bunch of other unsatisfactory issues other customers faced). We overlooked the scope of permissions this app gets once installed (they can pretty much do anything in your store as they have full scope of permissions - 90% of them not needed) and so much more including the customer service experience....horrible! Long story short, after 3 years of using this app (we tried everything we could to make things work with them).....what we know now, if we knew then would definitely never use this app! NOTE: THIS APP TEAM KEEPS EDITING IT'S REVIEW RESPONSES (EVERY COUPLE OF DAYS - WE HAVE ACTUALLY REPORTED AND SEND SCREENSHOTS TO SHOPIFY TO SHOW HOW DECEIVING THIS APP IS) AND WRITE FAKE THINGS LIKE "THANKS FOR OUR PHONE CONVERSATION".....NONE OF THAT EVER HAPPENED, AS WE DROPPED THEIR APP AND NEVER TURNED BACK. IT IS AMAZING HOW FAR THEY WILL GO TO COVER UP LEGITIMATE FEEDBACK FROM PAST CUSTOMERS SO THAT NEW ONES DO NOT KNOW THE PROBLEMS THEY ARE ABOUT TO FACE. SCREENSHOTS OF YOUR UPDATES ARE ALL FORWARDED TO SHOPIFY - THEY CAN REVIEW YOUR BUSINESS CONDUCT HERE IN SHOPIFY APP MARKETPLACE AND PROTECT THE REST OF STORE OWNERS IN THE FUTURE.

This app has been a game changer for us. We launched and connected ShoppingFeeder which was super-easy. We then subscribed to the PriceCheck channel and sent our feed to PriceCheck. We also used the easy integration with Google Merchant Center and Google Ads and created our first Smart Shopping Ad right in the ShoppingFeeder interface. Within one day we had already generated our first few sales! This really surprised us and we weren't even ready for all the sales. Things we loved: 1. We didn't need any developer skills to get a valid XML feed. 2. Our was/now pricing was automatically included in the feed 3. Really easy Google Merchant Center and Ads integration 4. We could manipulate our product titles and descritions per channel based on Brand and Category 5. We loved that we could add all 10 of our stores to one premium account and not pay extra. 6. Hands-on support Things we'd like to see coming to the platform: 1. Would love to see multiple images supported in the feed 2. We'd love to be able to pay annually for the app for a small discount 3. This is an updated review: I struggled to understand how shopping feeder worked. I was not sure that I was doing the right thing and I did not know how to check on the progress of my Ad. Colen got back to me and we had a video screen shared conversation. He was very patient. He explained to me what I did not understand and explained to me how to manage my labels. He gave me some pointers regarding how to maximise my presence on Google. Now, I feel that I am on the right track and I have a better understanding of all this. Now, I just need to see how this Ad is going to perform. Only time will tell.

Amazing these guys are! I ran into serious problems with Google merchant centre, the chap I was dealing with was being really difficult about my feeds and product data not being exactly what they wanted every time I thought I sorted it the guy would find more little things wrong and these guys ran me through everything and got everything in place for me, they even contacted Google and worked it all out for me. I would highly recommend these guys for managing your shopping feeds. We have been using them for this and our first site.. in total around 7 Years I believe and still happy!

I had promised to review my rating after 72 hr unfortunately nothing has since changed provided shopping feeder gets there money. They really add no value . They are unable to even respond to an email OR say go jump. They are always quick to provide you with lip service as to what they can do or have achieved via telephone if you are lucky to get that. I have been promised responses and emails both verbally and on text and yet nothing! I am of the strong belief that shopping feeder i grossly understaffed or they dont know what they are doing or they dont value our business They can and are good to promise heaven and earth but i ca assure you this they are unable to organise a pissup in a brewery and they are not ashamed of it and will not apologies for it! They claim to be a google partner and are able to set up your campaigns in three months or so.... we have been with them for that period and to be frank we dont know if we are Arthur or marther and yet they ask us to keep increasing the marketing budget .... When you ask Henri to put this commitment in witting one has a better chance of seeing the ghost of Christmas past than a commitment in writing. You ask for simple explanations they are unable to give this to you! luckly we have all the emails to back all this up and if the app would allow for a negative rating minus 10000 wouldn't be a fair rating at all. My suggestion is stay away from these smooth talkers unless you have money to burn or you are known in certain circles. we will share this on all platforms possible as this is daylight robbery and if anyone from shopping feeder can challenge this i am happy to show all our distatesful experience. #DONOT US SHOPPING FEEDER!

I am in charge of different websites within the middle east and for each of them we have two languages (arabic and english). I spent months trying all the feed applications from the shopify store but unfortunately none of them worked. Shoppinfeeder has been the only application that worked and as my case was complex because I am using langify I had to contact their support team. Reactive and available we had many calls on skype they even set everything up on google merchant and shopify for me. I can only recommend this application as this is the only one that has been able to work with my current configuration and because of its team which is extremely efficient and helpfull. Looks like it would be a useful app but super complex. I couldn't even begin to try to use it without help and I'm really technically inclined. I can't speak for functionality of the app. Unfortunately a misunderstanding got in the way of any opportunity for our company to use the app as we had truly hoped. So based on the fact that the majority of others are leaving 5 stars, I will only deduct one star due to an initial experience of extreme complexity. If you are not really technically inclined in the world of product feeds, above all other attempts, contact the developer for help via support options (all other efforts will just frustrate you) and don't make the mistake of assuming support messages come to your Shopify-related email as other support tickets and developer messages do. A detailed search within my email showed that they do not. I'm not sure where they do go but I recommend checking for support messages, may be within the app?

Support, support, support...non existent. Careful with this app if your feeds are important to your business. They are severely understaffed and support issues are resolved sporadically. There is a function that is broken in the app where ignore variants stopped working and also the product match when you ignore variants is also broken causing issues on your website because it cannot match back to a product: https://d.pr/i/rnxCWg. The developer doesn't seem to understand that there are two parts to the Facebook feed: the feed upload and the fields in the feed so that when someone visits your site a product match happens.

Changed review: Stay away. After moving to a different solution i tried to cancel my subscription. This have not been easy. There is no option to cancel in the admin panel so you have to write email to support who does not answer. Do not use this app, and if you as me registered your credit card, be prepared to cancel your card because the will keep trying to take your money.

I tried installing this on a regular hp laptop and the website was not responsive to my laptop which is rediculous considering its not a mac or mobile, pretty sure all apps whether it be web or not is formatted to function and be user friendly. We just started using this App for both Google and Bing shopping Ads. Henri was super helpful to get us up and running. Very useful report on any issues with the feed to track down and fix. We plan to use it for Facebook feed too. At the end of the day, most Apps in this space will do something similar, but the support would make all the difference. I highly recommend it.

These guys are brilliant and super helpful with customer support. I found the interface slightly tricky and hence reached out to the support on their site chat at like 4 am and they had someone who was around and immediately entered screen share with me and got me all set up in a couple of hours even though I was still on free trial. The app in itself is pretty good. It's not baby proof and you might need some initial handholding but in a couple of hours, you get the hang of it. If you are lucky, you get a super helpful guy like Kurt who makes your life a lot simpler!

The app: I've tried not only many, but every similar app I found. Some before using this one, some after using it (when trial finished). I think there is not any other app that does this any better or any cheaper. Ah, and without the app, even now that I've written so many emails to google merchant support that I could invite them for dinner, I couldn't have managed to submit all my products to google shopping, with all the errors and troubles you find, without using this shoppingfeeder app. The support: is what made me write this review. After talking to Kurt and Henri from support, a shameful number of times, I decided to write this positive review. I mean, I asked them where could I do it, despite I do never review anything. You have a msn like chat window, where you can write them anytime, and they always reply much sooner than the time they are allowed to take given my subscription (the cheapest, onelimited). They help you with everything, do stuff for you if you can't, and then explain to you how to do it, step by step as if you were a grandma that doesn't even know how to use the mouse. Which is great, because despite being a programmer, I do sometimes need that kind of accurate instructions hehe. What else could you want from support?

this app is probably fine for large inventories - but i went through the entire set-up only to learn that no matter how many products you want to list in ANY channel - they charge you for your entire catalog. And then, they make it difficult to close your account. Poor customer service and misleading. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 - because it probably does have potential if you have a very small catalog or a very large one. disappointed.

Very good company. Probably one of the best customer supports I've received. Customer support is great but unfortunately this app did not work for me. I primarily wanted to use it to feed my Google Shopping Ads in Australia. I had previously been using the free Shopify App. As soon as I switched to ShoppingFeeder my Google Ads stopped displaying. We let it run for a couple of weeks and the Ads just would not show. Henri tried everything he could to fix it but without any results. We ran several trials where we turned the Shopify App back on and the Ads started showing again right away. So now I've disabled ShoppingFeeder and gone back to the free Shopify App. It's a shame because there's a few features in ShoppingFeeder I really wanted to use.

I've never left a negative review on anything; these guys had to go REALLY out of their way to convince me to do so. Looking past their extremely sluggish and unhelpful customer service and the fact that BY DEFAULT they sign you up for the $200+ MONTHLY plan WITHOUT PERMISSION OR WARNING I decided that ShoppingFeeder would be the best solution to supply my shopping feed to a VERY well known website in the United States. After DAYS of politely going back and forth with ShoppingFeeder they elected to make a political statement and refused to allow me to use their service because the website that we would be feeding also contains firearms... Now, you as the reader and possible customer deserve to know that we sell absolutely zero weapons of any kind, no guns, no knifes and no ammunition; ShoppingFeeder themselves even acknowledge this. I fundamentally disagree with their stance but I also recognize that they ultimately do have a right to refuse service to whomever they choose. With that being said, their SHADY and intentional practice of signing people up on a $200+ plan by default coupled with their poor customer service and lack of even basic transparency leaves me no choice but to leave this review. Had they been upfront from day one with their political stance and the fact that they couldn't separate politics from business and I would have gladly moved on and saved everyone involved significant time. Thanks for wasting my time ShoppingFeeder! Edit: I've been taking a look at their other reviews and just noticed that at least three of their highly positive reviews are word for word the same review. Suspicious? I know I found it interesting to say the least...

Works really well and is fairly easy to set up but the best thing about this app is the support! I have honestly never received such good service! They called me every time and helped me almost immediately with any query I had. The app itself has so many channels to choose from to push your products to and it's actually very cheap in comparison to other similar apps out there. Give this one a try, you won't regret it! ShoppingFeeder was super easy to set-up and connect to our Shopify store. The ShoppingFeeder team were super helpful in terms of guiding us about how their app easily & automatically creates feeds for all of our products. We use this app to connect to multiple channels to easily list our products. The detail and usefulness of product analytics we receive is powerful and we didn't need technical knowledge in order to integrate this app to our store. The daily/weekly/monthly reports are useful for us to understand where this app is helping us grow sales. Overall this app is very good value for money & the team behind it are always available to help as well as super efficient.

I have tried several other similar apps and ShoppingFeeder is the ONLY one that works! BIGGEST THING...little to no support. Email them with questions and they do not really answer, but avoid your question. Give you links to directions that don't work and then make up directions as they go. I asked for phone support as I noticed I was not going anywhere. They ignored my question. After dealing with this for days and BEGGING for support, we uninstalled because the hassle is not worth it.

Great app and way more powerful than the official Shopify Google Shopping app! The official Shopify app was only allowing me to sync the first variant of a product (and some products have 15+ color variants) which was causing issues from both a Google Shopping and retargeting issue, but I had none of those issues with ShoppingFeeder.

What can I say? Shopping Feeder is an amazing tool. Installation is easy and getting started is quick, but it still offers you granular control on a per channel basis that I haven't seen anywhere else. With the reporting functions, category mapping, custom URL tagging and many other features, it makes it easy not only to use price comparison sites and market places, but to get a proper perspective on how they're working for you. I highly recommend it!

If you need an integration solution, ask no further. This is the solution for you! This App saved my store, here in Shopify. Actually, I was going to leave (sadly) Shopify, as I did not have a proper integration solution that I needed. But, then, the ShoppingFeeder came in. It is the only App that could have customized an integration to an Israeli comparing prices' website. Kevin is just splendid. I did not know how he did not get enough of me and my little project. But to every email he responded with a full answer and a solution. I said that it is the only App...I was a bit economical with the truth... There are other Apps here, suggesting integrations, but they have asked 3000 usd or so... and two weeks work for the creation of this integration...besides the monthly payment... Kevin was so honest, that he even declined to take an extra money when I suggested him, as it is "simply the service they supply". Everything works great once sets up. You need to have a zero technical understanding or background (trust me on that...). And everything...as I said, is being set up for you.
