I love this app. This is actually the 3rd one I tried and it's a keeper. The first one worked about 80% of the time which is really frustrating when you are trying to get things done. The second one worked consistently but the data imported needed to be finessed too much then one day they just vanished. I use it very simply. I don't use all the robust capabilities. I import single items from etsy to shopify. That's it. But it is fabulous for that task.

I use Shuttle to sync my Etsy and Shopify products, reviews and soon to sync my orders. It has made managing my shop so much easier! L'application **Shuttle App** fait globalement bien le travail et permet de synchroniser efficacement Etsy et Shopify. En revanche, j'ai rencontré un problème important. Les commandes provenant d'Etsy sont bien visibles dans Shopify de mon côté, mais mon fournisseur ne les reçoit pas. Il semble que certaines informations essentielles de la commande ne soient pas transmises, ce qui empêche leur traitement. J'espère que ces problèmes seront corrigés rapidement, car l'application est prometteuse et pourrait devenir excellente avec une synchronisation plus fiable et complète des données. **Shuttle App** does a good job overall and provides an effective way to sync Etsy and Shopify. However, I have encountered a major issue. Orders from Etsy appear correctly in my Shopify store, but my supplier does not receive them because some essential order information is missing. As a result, the orders cannot be processed properly. In addition, the customer details and shipping information do not appear in Shopify, even though they are clearly visible on Etsy. This forces me to manually enter the customer's information and shipping details for every order, which is very time-consuming. This makes order management more difficult, slows down fulfillment, and defeats the purpose of having an automated synchronization tool. I hope these issues will be resolved soon because the app has great potential and could be excellent with more reliable and complete data synchronization.

Degraded service after update. Feature-wise, this is the best Etsy-Shopify integration out there. A couple of caveats: - Company customer service is based in India, so you can expect off-hours support or lag in responses. - Etsy now doesn't let you add shipping addresses to orders, nor can you update orders as shipped in Etsy, so there are manual steps involved. - Latest "native shopify" update is crazy laggy, sometimes interface doesn't load at all, and double-imported some orders.

### WHILE WAITING FOR THE REFUND THEY PROMISED I GOT BILLED FROM SHOPIFY ### Just canceled my plan because the're advertising a feature that is missing. As of now it's not possible to import customers address from Etsy, while in their FAQ the're stating that this is a working feature for EU based shops. Wasted couple hours of my time. Maybe they will find the time to update their FAQ (5 minute job).

I’ve been using this app connected between my Shopify store and my Etsy store for over 2 years now. I have to say it has saved me many headaches and so much time from having to manually alter my stock levels between my two stores. I found it particularly helpful too when I was travelling that it quietly does it’s thing in the background without me having to worry if I am selling goods that may have sold out in one store and selling in the other store out of stock items. Customer service has always been very prompt and helpful in the few times I’ve required help, but luckily most of the time it just works efficiently as described. Thanks heaps Nimo for all your help. Shuttle has allowed us to easily populate our Shopify store with the products we have in Etsy. It also syncs our inventory which is so key and we can do things like add new products from Etsy to Shopify and update product prices, descriptions, titles and more as needed very easily. Without this we couldn't have so many products available in our shop due to the time required for maintenance. This is a really great app for transferring products from Shopify to Etsy and has been invaluable for my business in saving so much time. The automations that you can choose in settings goes a long way to save a lot of time with cool features like adding certain tags to every listing, adding things to the descriptions, the titles etc, and it saves a lot of faff over in Etsy to have to write that for every listing. I would recommend to anyone who is trying to get their products uploaded onto Etsy from their Shopify store.

Only imports 50 random items. And in my Etsy store, Shuttle added random Inventory numbers that now displays in my listing headings after the import from Etsy to my Shopify store - I had to correct each Etsy listing. I also deleted the 50 products Shuttle imported and used a CSV to import and then edit each product. This takes longer but then your products are entered correctly.

Update for 2025 This is probably the best app for transfering to Etsy, nothing compares to this app. We have used for several years and its the most stable and bullet proof system out there... Great app. We've been using it for several years to send our listings from Etsy to Shopify. We don't use the inventory syncing but for simple transfers it saves us probably 40+ hours a month. I did have an issue recently where photos linked to variations weren't transferring over correctly. I got frustrated because I stopped getting responses to my emails after a few days. It turns out my ticket had accidentally gotten closed. So I know next time that happens to just open a new ticket as they are normally very receptive and answer emails quickly.

Genuinely don't know where I'd be without this app! I was fixing stock between my two stores manually and it was such a pain! Then I found this app! But it works so much better than expected. I'm giving this app 2 stars. The customer service is practically non-existent—I've been reaching out for 6 days and still haven’t received a reply. Additionally, when importing products from Etsy, the app often fails to import them correctly, creating a separate listing instead. It also doesn’t import the cost per item, which is causing major issues for me. I’m now showing over 10k in sales but with no margin, which is making tax calculations a nightmare. I’m going to uninstall this app.

For instance I had 50 of one item in stock and it randomly changed it to 0 and I didn't realize for days. I've turned off automatic syncing and just do it manually for now. For something so expensive it shouldn't be causing more problems than it solves.

This app does exactly what I need (and when I asked about extra features, they were very quickly added!). I use it to transfer products from Etsy to Shopify as a one-time transfer. There are so many features to automatically adjust the listing before publishing it, it was as though the developer was reading my mind. There is also an automatic transfer you can enable which makes it even more convenient. No longer do I have to dread recreating all my listings on Shopify! I only use a fraction of the app's capabilities, but I imagine the other features are equally well though-out and user-focussed. Well worth the subscription price for the time and effort it will save me!

It worked perfectly fine to export all of my shopify listings to etsy. But when I did transfer them, it messed up every dimension on my Etsy and caused an error to pop up any time i tried to fix it. Im still left with no listings and I have to go through and upload them all manually still or find another app to use. Had such high hopes and then it really let me down.

I wanted this app only to be able to import my etsy stores reviews to Shopify. 50 transfers are free but I have a few thousand to do. That did cost around $59 but it was well worth it to me. The connection from etsy product to shopify products took a while but it was very easy. Judge Me app is then able to verify the reviews too as authentic.

I'm so impressed with the Shuttle app! I use it to transfer and update products between Etsy and Shopify, and now I'm using it for reviews. I love the different levels that let me transfer as much or as little as I want at very fair rates. The smart, kind and even gracious way that they do things is evident in everything. When I needed help they got back to me fairly quickly and I learned how to resolve the problem. I am also impressed at how they are tackling even more complex integrations -- kits and bundles. Wow, I'm a big fan! Update: I've been using this app for a long time now -- over a year, maybe two. It's perfect, never fails and is always getting updated with new features. This is hands down the best app for moving your etsy store to shopify. I did a free trial of Ced and Quick. Shuttle has 5 times the functionality. Really helpful stuff like being able to trim off excess SEO tags from your product titles. Find and replace to swap etsy URLs for Shopify URLs within the product description. Because there are so many options, the interface can feel a bit slow and overwhelming. But Nimo from support answered all my questions quickly and got me squared away. 5 Stars!

Updated to 5 stars: The developer quickly implemented the ability to merge product options in a great way! I am back and this IS the BEST value app for syncing with Etsy! Thank you! I switched from another Etsy syncing app to this one because it appeared to have more features and settings and a better pricing structure. The reason I will be switching back is that the previous app was able to handle the 2-option limit that Etsy has when a product in Shopify has 3 options by combining 2 of them automatically. That is a dealbreaker for me unfortunately. If they fix this, I will come back.

This app worked great for a while. I mostly used it for bundling items into kits and making sure stock quantities were synced with Etsy. Unfortunately it's no longer reliable and it's constantly not updating random pieces of stock which leads me to oversell products and scramble to fulfill orders. Support was unable to understand the problem I've been having and they were not helpful. I'm back on the hunt for a good Etsy syncing app.

This app works great, it honestly saves a lot of time for me. I'm able to get all the orders, products and reviews from etsy to shopify. At first I transfered just a few, just to check how it works and I was so pleased with it that I got the pro plan so it all happens automatically. I had an issue with note to a customer when fulfilling my orders and the support was so lovely. They added a place for me to add a custom note for my customers with a variable of the customers first name so it is filled automatically. Now I can keep the same very personal tone with my customers without the need to manually switch the names each time I complete an order. I really recommend this app - apart form it being such a time saver, the support is trully amazing so you'll definitelly get your money's worth <3

I didn't notice this for days so I had no idea I had over 100 listings in the inactive on Etsy. I sent in a help request but if they cant' get it fixed I'm changing apps.

Expensive app. I was confused by the 30 days trial - it's supposed to let you try the app, but the quota is so small that you can barely do anything. If fact, I do not even know how I spent it since the app is somewhat confusing to use. Support only via email. Takes hours before you hear back. I tried several times to push 42 items from Shopify to Etsy, and it said always said "42 processed," but Etsy has only ten items. I was only able to find I had no quota by going to payment plans, so only ten products had been transferred. I also find the separate plans lame. You need to get a Shuttle plan, then a stock sync plan, then pay for an extra quota if you need it. I'll go with the Cedcommerce app. Does more, it is cheaper in the long run, and you have live chat support.

Updating is supposed to be a free feature, however even when I turn on the auto SKU generator it's not able to match my products and nothing is being updated. The sync is typically very fast, when I get a new order on Etsy, a lot of the time I get the email from Shopify saying new order faster than the Etsy app or Etsy email notifies me. This sync has also been very reliable so far as well, this is worth it if you have an Etsy store.

If you have variations of products expect to pay more than just the $15.00 advertised, when it comes to my business I prefer instant support, it was hours before someone responded to my emails. This app has a Quota and if you go over the Quota it's more charges, I only have 89 products in my Etsy with many variation and would have had to pay a 1 time $69.00 just to resolve the syncing blockage they put on your account. I canceled and they still charged my account.

I absolutely LOVE the Shuttle App! It connects with my Etsy Shop perfectly. I am able to import all of my Etsy Reviews to display them on my Shopify store. I can even edit important details about how I want my reviews to be imported. I can also import Orders and/or Customers. **Update Oct 2022**: it's been a year and a half since my original review and I just thought I'd drop an update that this app has gotten even more useful since I last posted! There are all sorts of new features like automatic inventory synching so all your stores show the same quantities all the time, kits and bundles so that you can group individual items into kits and the available kit quantity will be based on how many full sets you can make from the individual items, and lots more. Also, the person who develops this site is SUPER responsive - i get very fast, personal help on the rare occasion that I run into a technical issue, and feature requests have been incorporated super quickly! I honestly love this site so much - it's easy to understand and use, and there is just so much it can do. LOVE IT! :D **Original Review** This is absolutely my most-used and most-love app for managing my shopify and etsy stores. The ability to easily copy, overwrite, and sync listings from Etsy to Shopify absolutely changed the game for me, and saved me TONS of hours of work. There are more good things about this app than I could possibly list, but a few highlights are the ability to easily overwite/update products between sites if I make edits to a listing, the fact that it's *incredibly* customizable in how you set up transfers and can be used to remove all the etsy spam/seo language that is often included in product titles, and how easy it is to copy my etsy reviews into shopify. As soon as manual product synching becomes available (for old products I'd set up before I ever found Shuttle). I plan to try out the inventory-syncing option soon, and hopefully get rid of a separate subscription I currently pay for a different inventory management tool. I constantly recommend this as my most valuable tool for other store owners looking to add a Shopify site to their etsy presence, and I love that the developer is constantly adding new features - this tool gets more and more and more useful over time, and is well worth the cost! I cant recommend it highly enough! Thank you Nimo for all your work creating this, and your ongoing efforts to keep making it even better. This tool is phenomenal!

Before I downloaded this app, I tried to import Etsy reviews manually by downloading the export file from Etsy and uploading it to Shopify. But I kept running into errors and ultimately resigned myself to paying for the service. But honestly, I have NO regrets. The process was extremely simple and the interface is very user friendly. But the reason I give this 5 stars is the customer support. I ran into a problem where my imported reviews weren't automatically attaching to products, which would have required me to individually assign all 950+ reviews to products manually. (I found out later that this was because of how I imported products into Shopify before I downloaded the app. It was not Shuttle's fault.) I reached out to support to help me figure out the issue. They responded within a few hours, but instead of just telling me how to fix it, they took the initiative to solve the problem for me through the back end. So the issue was solved with no additional effort on my part, which was fantastic. Ultimately, I definitely recommend this app if importing reviews is giving you a headache.

I would not want to be with out this app. Inventory syncing between Etsy and Shopify is a dream and saved so much time. New Etsy reviews are automatically exported each month so I can upload to Shopify and products can easily be transferred between the 2. It's easy to use once you learn where everything is and the support is fabulous too. I highly recommend. Out of all the Shopify apps of all types (we use and tried many apps) Shuttle stands out as exceptional on all fronts! I have been with Shuttle since their new branding of Shuttle, I am amazed what Nimo has created for a Shopify and Etsy synchronization solution. Every feature I recommended he as implemented; the GUI is designed beautifully, and the support is awesome! I have never waited for a reply from Nimo, and he has always given details information during any issues which he has always resolved. With Shuttle, you can sync products (all details), reviews, inventory, orders, and all with details configuration and settings such as title appends, sync reports (stock alerts), tag appends, all types of exclude options, a SKU generator that saved me a few bucks and so many more details I can’t even remember them all… The price is great, and subscriptions are scaled to what you need as a growing business. As I mentioned in the beginning of this review; all other app developers need to take note on how to develop, create and support when designing a solution for Shopify businesses and Nimo has done that beyond what I could ever imagine. Really liked the app, until I paid for it and decided to cancel after most of my transfers were complete. It said I would be able to continue using the remaining data elements purchased until the end of the month, but it actually doesn't. It stops all your access right then and there and you cannot transfer anything further from that moment on. I literally had 3 days to use the app, but was charged for a month. Not really impressed and chose not to contact customer service to reimburse for $3. I was lazy and didn't want to manually enter in approximately 40 new entries from Etsy. Make sure you remember to cancel at the end of your monthly service.

This is the best app I’ve tried (and am still using!) for syncing my products from Shopify to any channel. I’ve tried many other apps that sync to other channels (or only to Etsy). Other sync apps are either too simple, waaayyyy too expensive and/or don’t do anything that I can’t do myself with a csv import. Of course, you can’t do a csv import to Etsy (shame on Etsy!), which is why I was looking for a product sync solution. The Shuttle interface is excellent. It’s easy to understand, easy to set up and easy to use for syncing. Don’t let that fool you - Shuttle has a lot of flexibility in how you can set up your product syncs. You can set flexible rules to manage how your Shopify product details are sent to Etsy. Shuttle does more than simply copy your Shopify data, which I greatly appreciate! For example, I was able to append different product description text specific to Etsy, automatically strip HTML tags from my Shopify description, auto strip description text I didn’t want on Etsy, auto-change my HTML bullet lists into plain text, set up Etsy tags instead of using my Shopify tags, set the standard Etsy fields based on my own rules and more. I also like that I was able to change the Etsy price automatically with Shuttle. If the Etsy API has the property available, Shuttle will let you configure it to your needs. Honestly, there are too many features I appreciate to describe in a review! So far, I have used Shuttle to set up and sync 115 products from my Shopify store to Etsy. Since I am setting up my products on my new Etsy Shop (EarthSongJewelryShop), Shuttle has been a huge help. The only things I need to do manually on Etsy for my products are: add the category-specific fields that Etsy does not allow apps to access (this is Etsy’s bad policy) and set my image alt-text fields for SEO. I wish that could be done via an app, but Etsy does not expose those fields via their API - so no one can access them except by manually editing on Etsy. Oh - I also want to mention that support is excellent thus far. I was initially testing Shuttle out (not paid yet) and found that I couldn’t auto-strip some common text from my Shopify descriptions before syncing them to Etsy. I was amazed that Shuttle immediately ADDED this functionality to their app based on my support ticket! That is great! Now I am able to strip out those lines of text I don’t want on Etsy. Personally, I found the information about what was included with each plan very clear. I have signed up for the $9/month “Standard” plan. After testing out other solutions, this is truly a great price for a great app! Thanks much! c-

Bait and switch. Nothing is said about how the stock syncing is a separate plan AND lowest level cost is $29/month. Even spoke with support pre-install and asked specifically about stock syncing and they made no mention of a separate plan. Even if the stock syncing worked (which BTW doesn't look right on their admin panel for multiple Etsy shops) I would not use/buy this app because of their subterfuge. Updated: So now app developer is saying I should have gone to their website and should have known the inventory syncing was a different thing. Why wouldn't I think all the information I needed was presented on the Shopify App Store? As far as the pricing... First page within the app that mentions inventory syncing says $29/month - gee, so I was supposed to research further to know that they really would charge me something else? Developer's choice then is to be argumentative and tell me I'm being unfair? Best practice is always transparency.

This app used to work fabulously managing inventory across my Etsy and Shopify store when it was simpler and called Syncr. Since becoming Shuttle, this app has caused so many issues which have not been easily resolved. The new interface is extremely confusing - too many options. I have updated this review from a 1 star to 3 stars because the developer responded to me and it appears to be working currently (after several failed inventory moments which resulted in items being oversold)

One of the most useful apps if you started with an Etsy shop and are moving over to Shopify. Being able to sync hundreds of items with thousands of reviews with just the click of a button is invaluable. Once you get it set up, being able to show all your orders from Etsy and Shopify in a single dashboard is REALLY handy. This is the only app I found for importing reviews from Etsy to Shopify, and It works pretty well! They give the option to export CSV files in different formats, depending on the app that is going to be used for reviews. And there is a great feature of Auto Exporting the Reviews, which means that every review that you get on Etsy is transferred automatically to Shopify (if that's what you want). for us, it's a big one! This app has much more than just importing reviews, but I haven't used everything yet. customer service is also good, and willing to make some changes in the app if needed and possible to do. This app is a lifesaver for anyone who has an Etsy Shop!! I have tested many other apps to transfer orders but none of the apps were able to transfer them with the right VAT (I live in Germany and most other apps are only coded towards the US customer base, so they just transfer it as Etsy puts it out, which is not working for us in the EU). Nimo was so amazing to add this feature for the EU Shopify users, which is simply AWESOME! The review transfer feature is also fantastic, everything is super simple to set up and use. I purchased the paid plan which happened to have a limitation or "runs" (I didn't see mention of this before paying), which apparently I did with 2 or 3 button clicks. This is the absolute worse feature and quite a scam. Usually the paid plans for any apps will allow the user to use the software. They should have this app just free and not take people's money for no extra service.

I cannot rate this app too highly, if I could give it 10 stars I would. When I first opened my Shopify store I used a free app to automatically transfer my Etsy products because I had over 500 to get into Shopify. That turned into a nightmare that took me a month to edit every product one by one and put it right so I gave up on automating the process. However the workload of manually adding new products to shopify from Etsy daily was time consuming and labour intensive and I was getting burned out. I discovered Shuttle, now it takes me seconds. It integrates with your Etsy shop seamlessly and everything is transferred perfectly with no editing required. It is true you get what you pay for and this app is worth every penny. If you have an Etsy shop this is the app for you. Before you do the first transfer take the time to familiarise yourself with Shuttle and what it does, customise the the automations to suit your own individual requirements and you will never look back.

I just installed this app and I am loving it! It easily transferred all my reviews from Etsy. I use to manually do it every few months or so but gave up. It was to time consuming to enter the info to a CVS file and upload it to my shop. Was easy to navigate, and only took about 5-10 mins to get my reviews in. I really liked how when you linked a one review to a product, it did it for all the reviews for that product. Most of them I did have to manually link, only because of how my shop was setup.

This is a phenomenal app. I have been using it for several years, and new features are always being added. This was the answer to my solution to sync my Etsy shop with my Shopify store. It has just about every feature you could want, and the customer service is excellent. It is fairly easy to use, and very customizable. You can even export your reviews from Etsy, which is incredible! You can choose what to export or sync. I have tried another Etsy importer app but this is the best one out there! I used this app when it was Etsify to transfer almost 20,000 listings from Etsy to Shopify. I tried a number of different apps and methods to do this but nothing worked because of variations and format errors in the transfer so I was very excited to find something that would actually work! It took a sustained effort over time since Shopify has limitation to how many listings can be uploaded per day, this is because of Shopify policy so no developer's app can overcome this issue. I've been using the new Shuttle app to update some of my listings and will import reveiws soon. So far it is a great upgrade with helpful new features. I have used (what was formerly Etsify and now Shuttle) since the end of 2018 and it is hands down an ESSENTIAL app if you manage an Etsy shop in addition to a Shopify Storefront! In fact if I only could choose one, this would be it. Don’t waste your time trying to find another app to manage transferring your reviews/products from Etsy to Shopify. This is the one you want to invest in. The interface is extremely simple and easy to use and the new features are PERFECT. I’d like to point out that the nearly 100% of any negative reviews Shuttle has gotten thus far have to do with “support” — which I can personally say has not been my experience at all. Nimo has been extremely helpful and responsive any time I’ve needed any assistance and I can tell that he truly cares about his work! As someone that manages all aspects of my own business (as I’m sure a lot of Shopify stores do) I think it’s insane that people are so quick to leave 1 star reviews undeservingly. Not sure if Nimo has help or not, but I think he’s doing a wonderful job to provide us with an absolutely innovative, essential tool at a fair price AND manage his support. I think Shuttle deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you so much for your hard work, Nimo! I truly cannot wait to see how Shuttle continues to evolve! This is a great app. I used it back when it was "Etsify". It did what it said it would, transfer all my Etsy listings to Shopify along with the multiple variations each listing had accurately without those awful csv file methods (yes, I tried them). I worked on shaping up our Shopify store, design-wise for a few months. We have a pretty busy Etsy shop and were under no pressing financial reasons to get the Shopify Store up and running (and no illusions that people would be flocking to it). I took advantage of the freedom I had to do design the way I thought it should be done, not having to use the cookie cutter design style of Etsy. By the time I was 90% done, the original variations of the 2 shops were pretty badly out of sync. I came back to Etsify to see if it could help and was very pleasantly surprised it had been rewritten, transformed into Shuttle with a bunch of very useful transfer strategies to choose from. I did not want to spend a couple hundred dollars a month on automatic syncing. My focus at that time was to find a way sync the two shops with some manual work if it could be done efficiently. There are several clever approaches the author had built-in. I'll let you read up on them instead of just reguritating them. To those reviewers who feel everything has to be handed to them without any reading, studying, thinking, or working of any sort I say you have to put at least some small effort into getting whatever you want out of this app. It has a lot to offer and that gives you choices you need to consider. This is a quality app with a lot of thought put into it, put some of your own thought into it and you'll be rewarded! And it keeps getting better, the author is continually responding to requests for features from users! Thanks, Steve.

I have had this app for a long while now. It recently upgraded and changed name and it is even better than before. It makes transfer of your product from etsy to shopify quick and easy. The settings mean you can customise exactly what you want transferring. There are loads of useful perameters like eliminating a specific body of text from the description or shortening the title. I have never had an issue with the app but sometimes needed help to know how to do something, the support is fast and friendly so you are never left waiting. Can't fault it!

I started out hating this App because I could not get anything to transfer. The first product took nearly 20 minutes and since it was late at night I was super stressed. I deleted it, gave it a bad review and went to bed! I decided after I had gotten some sleep and speaking to the Etsify group by email, I would give it another try and I did get it to work wonderfully! I will say this though, if you are a Mac user like I am, it does not like Safari. The only way I could get it to work was by using Google Crome. I don't use Google Crome for anything else, so thats ok! It was super easy to figure out once I was on Crome and everything transferred super easy. Im excited to use it and make my job much easier than it was before! Thank you Etsify for all you help and words of encouragement!

I originally purchased this app for live updates from my Etsy shop to my Shopify but I did find out that I was mistaken, I will have to use their sister app, Syncr. As far as this app I have no problem importing my listings over from Etsy. The developer actually refunded me my $70 after finding out I needed it to sync. I was able to import a listing from Etsy, but there is no way to connect 2 existing listings between Etsy and Shopify without importing a new one. It uses the Etsy unique ID and Shopify unique IDs to identify which products are linked, so we should be able to specify existing products to link. The other issue is the quantity is only synced the first time. I tried updating the quantity in Etsy and syncing, but it does not reflect on Shopify. Not what I was looking for. If you are just importing listings from Etsy, then this will work.

Used this app to Import our busy Etsy store into our new Shopify store. Tons of options. Was able to import descriptions and pictures. Only took an hour or so!! This is with over 1,000 listings. If you are going to keep your Etsy store then you definitely want to check out SYNCR by this same developer to keep your inventory quantities in sync between Etsy and Shopify. You will need it to avoid seling stuff on Shopify that has already been sold out on Etsy.

I was not able to use this app & sought help from support. The first few messages were answered but were then ignored once the issue was identified. I thought someone was working on it because it clearly hadn't been resolved and I was contacting them for updates on fixing the problem! After more than a week of being ignored, I finally got a response from someone who had no clue what was going on so... to make a long story short, I uninstalled Etsify and I'll be seeking a full refund since I wasn't ever able to USE the app! When something costs this much, support needs to follow through and actually RESOLVE issues that come up, not ignore them and hope they'll go away! I strongly suspect this app does not work on OOAK (one-of-a-kind) items. If the SKUs don't match precisely, no reviews will be shown, rendering this app useless and worthless. At the very least, they could have saved me a week's time and told me that up-front (and issued a prompt refund) instead of making me wait around, thinking someone was helping me when they weren't. :( Edited to respond to the reply: No direct contact information was visible for Etsify support so I had no choice BUT to contact Shopify (and they contacted you on my behalf that same day!) Saying SKUs are required is one thing, saying they must completely MATCH to show ANY reviews is another! Shopify's variations each require a unique SKU whereas Etsy collects all variations under ONE SKU and this is the fatal flaw in your app! Additionally, I asked support if an item selling in one place would mean no reviews would post for it if the listing was taken down for a OOAK item and never got a reply. I'm assuming this is the case since Etsify only seems to show reviews for that item on that item's listing. This app is probably fine for those selling the same item over and over if it doesn't have any variations. It just doesn't work for one-of-a-kind items or items requiring variations. That needs to be clearly stated.

I had numerous convo's with the developer even before trying this app. Once I installed it, the 5 product testing was very easy to do -- it was kind of unclear, but you can do many exports with 1 product over and again, testing different updates. The 5 product trial means 5 different product listings. I tested just about everything I could think of before biting the bullet and buying it. There are a few things I would change, but overall, I AM VERY HAPPY. There is some cleanup on the Shopify side once the export is complete, but I have found it to be MINIMAL. I am very happy, and I recommend!

I need help. The integration was easy however it seems this app only goes one way. I subscribed and paid the $69 for the app in order to integrate, however it seems the integration only goes from Etsy TO Shopify - which is where I manage all my products. I'll never create a product in Etsy first. I needed a software that will allow integration to go both ways. Does this product do that? UPDATE! The company reached out to me to address that they do in fact not offer integration from Shopify TO Etsy, rather only FROM Etsy to Shopify. They’ve also issued a refund for my purchase. Saved a lot of manual work. I was able to import all of my listings from etsy. I did not import my active as I will be using another application to manage these listings, plus they were already on eBay so they were already imported in using that eBay importer. I was able to import all of my deactivated listings which were all sold on 3rd party platforms - nice addition to my sold category. In order to import your sold - and your reviews - you have to move all of you sold listings to deactivated - a chore as you can only deactivate them one at a time. Once done, you can then migrate those listings to shopify and then you can import your customer reviews. Overall, well worth the sixty whatever dollars! You can see the results in my website at juststuffisell.com. All of the sold items are imported from etsy as are the reviews. If looking to just migrate data, I strongly recommend this app.

It is absolutely worth the money! I use this app for my https://holycatsvintage.store I used to list 600+ items in my Etsy shop and it was a pure nightmare even to think of manual transferring of each item! Yes, I still have to adjust some things like too long Etsy related SEO titles etc and make it fit the standalone site, but the app definitely saved my mental health saying nothing about the time of my life and business. Etsify says you can only export 5 Etsy reviews during trial. I connected to Etsy just to try it (trial..!) and nothing. I get this message: "Please note: Since you are on a free trial plan, you can not export Reviews." What is the trial for? I had to do a little hand tweaking afterward, but it wasn't the data's (apps) fault (GIGO - garbage in/garbage out). Today I imported reviews from Etsy. It was so easy. It took all of five minutes. I thought I would have to at least spend a few hours on it. I'm glad I have this app and definitely feels it deserves 5 stars! Thank you Etsify!

It sort of works. It seems that the first import is the only really "good" import you get. Even though I got very familiar with the software after having it for a year, I was still unable to get all 150 of my listings imported, it maxed out at 100. It also never refreshed anything, even when I told it to. So my photos and inentory levels always had to be updated manually.

Good for syncing listings from Etsy to Shopify. HOWEVER, it DOES NOT keep syncing inventory!!! This is the main reason I purchased this app, and I'm very disappointed. I liked how I could customize what exactly transferred (only first pic, remove/add paragraphs to the description, keep only first tagline in title, etc). But because I only need the first pic and first paragraph on my Shopify listings, without all the Etsy fillers, I could've easily made 100 listings myself and saved the $$$. In summary, you're going to have to go into each review on Etsy and manually copy the "Ship To:" name and the proper email, as well as modify the review title, date format, diacriticals in French, Spanish, Swedish, etc., and hours of other edits. Why not just copy the review and the product name while you're there and paste them into Shopify's free sample CSV? You don't get useable data to import into the Product Reviews app for your $70 annual license with this app. Full Review: Disappointed. Not good for exporting product reviews from Etsy. Trial version does not let you export sample reviews to find out that they don't export easily or accurately. You're better off manually filling in the sample CSV file included on Shopify's free Product Reviews app because four of the 11 columns need to be manually modified to be of any use. Three of the columns are filled with identical data, so you're really only getting an accurate import of the product name and the text of the review -- unless it's in French or any other language that has diacriticals, because diacriticals don't export properly in UTF-8. (Several of my reviewers have diacriticals in their names and wrote reviews in French, Spanish, and Swedish.) 2. Etsy doesn't have a review title, but Shopify does. The software's solution: Cut the first 60 characters and paste them into the title field. To make the titles readable, you need to manually edit each one for readability, both for visitors and for SEO spiders. 3. Starred reviews without text are not exported from Etsy. Shopify's app requires text. You can change the text to something like "Five Stars!" but that probably doesn't have much SEO value or assure customers reading your reviews that you're a legitimate business. 4. User names or shop names are exported from Etsy instead of the "Ship To:" name, which is necessary if you would like to use the data for direct marketing or advertising on Google, Facebook, and Bing to find look-alike audiences. 5. Etsy doesn't export email addresses, according to the developer. Shopify's Product Reviews require an email, so the developer decided that User_Name@example.com would be an effective work-around. Again, your SEO and marketing will not benefit from bogus emails, so you have to manually transfer them from Etsy to your CSV file. 6. Only about 20% of the reviews will upload because the date format in the exported CSV is wrong. The developer suggested checkin the date format box on the import dialog for Product Reviews. What results is dates like January 11, 0001. That will definitely be flagged as bogus by search engines, so you have to manually modify the date format as well. Once this happens, you must manually find all of the bad date reviews and delete them, or alternatively export your data to a spreadsheet, delete all of your Shopify reviews, and reimport after correcting the dates. Easy peazy, right? Billing is for a 12 month license. Not really worth $5.75/month for a full year. I would rather be billed $10 a month and cancel after finding out that it's more work that it's worth. Hopefully it works for those who just want to export product listings.

Before you install, just know that this app requires all products have assigned sku numbers to work. We installed the paid premium version to export/import Etsy reviews. I can not speak for how it actually works once your products are all set up correctly, as we uninstalled. We have requested a cancellation/refund and are waiting for a reply on that.

It didn't work well for me, I was able to download the reviews as an open file (file for Judge.me wouldn't work) and then fix the csv file (actually Judge.me was AMAZING and helped me with everything - you should get that app FOR SURE!). Also not impressed by their customer service and you actually have to pay yearly? Its very unclear but it says it expires in a year after I paid $69 which is supposed to be a one time fee. Sadly I wasn't able to try it before spending the money. I think there are other better programs out there.

This app is great for linking Shopify and Etsy but BE WARNED that if you have a lot of Etsy products then it will take a long time to complete the export transfer. Literally all day sometimes depending on the number of products in your Etsy Shop. So I have leave it running in a window in the background multiple times a week all day so that my website stays up to date with Etsy inventory. With all this in mind, the Etsify app works great and does exactly what it advertises.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! They went out of their way to ensure that my app and webpage were running smoothly, and were incredibly friendly. The app works very well, and saved me a lot of time, as other Etsy importers can only import with CSV files (mine wasn't working). This app also imported all my reviews, and it was super easy to do! The app is very easy to use and the design itself is very clean! Great app - I've recommended it in several Facebook groups now.

I am super pleased with this app. It is going to save me tons of time and cash! I had 7k listings in Etsy across several shops and they are all imported easily! I was able to cancel my pricy Ecomdash subscription, as this replaced all need for it. I emailed the developer to ask if I could connect multiple shops and he gave me a great solution very quickly! I'm really happy with this app. The price was more than worth it and the Etsify site is really easy to use and looks really nice! It is so excellent to finally find some sort of service online that isn't prohibitively expensive or ugly and complicated. This is simple, cheap, fast and works!

UPDATE 4/23/18: Still using Etsify app regularly and they keep improving it! I can now easily update stock numbers for recent sales which is an excellent addition to the features list. Fantastic app! ORIGINAL - 9/30/17: I've been using Etsify for about a month now and have recommended it to two clients as well and we've all had great experiences with the app. When I add a new product to my Etsy shop, it's super easy now to just import it into my Shopify store. It pulls in the images, description, inventory, etc. and especially important, the VARIANTS! Has saved me so many hours of work and I use it regularly. The one-time fee is great vs. monthly subscription. The support has been great as well. Invaluable tool for those with Etsy and Shopify stores! If there were a way to just import the inventory quantities that I could do on my own once a day or whatever, that would be amazing.

I second Snazzycatsboutique. The support and help from Etsify has been absolutely first rate! Actually, second to none, in my experience. I had an unusual case and ran into some trouble importing my store from Etsy to Shopify. I tried about five different apps and NONE fo them would work. It was frustrating and discouraging. After initially despairing that I would have to do everything the slow, awful, painful way -- by hand, manually -- if I could even muster the spirit to do it, I was thrilled to learn that Etsify would mod their software to accommodate my needs. Imagine that. And they did! This is the way customer service is supposed to work -- and I wasn't even a paying customer yet! They modded the software to help me so I could THEN see if Etsify was for me. I don't know if too many other operations would have done that. Etsify is also open to suggestions and ideas for improvement, which is always a good sign when dealing with a developer. Anyway, once my somewhat unique situation was accounted for by Etsify, transfer went smoothly, and I'm well on my way now with Shopify. If Etsify had not gone to the lengths they did to help me, I might not have EVER gotten my Etsy store set up on Shopify. Thank you, thank you, thank you Etsify! :-)

Great app. So much easier than trying to reconfigure the Etsy CSV data file for uploading to Shopify. And imports much more data: price variants, product categories, SKUs, and customer reviews - all impossible to do using the CSV data file. Highly recommended, and great value for money!

I would give this 10 stars if I could, this app has already saved hours and will save many more and will also generate sales from shopify as the website will be so easy to keep up to date and fresh. I know it's a lot to spend for one app, but there really is no catches, it takes everything, it is seamless, no fiddling around after, as long as you have your shopify collections set up to populate on auto, it will just leave you with your etsy shop on Shopify as it is on Etsy, plus reviews too, which is invaluable You will save in hours what you spend on the app

INCREDIBLE! What an awesome app that does exactly what it says it will do. Not only that, it offers the option to import variants. Everything that you have worked hard building on Etsy can now be imported to your Shopify store in literally minutes. If you are on the fence about which Shopify Etsy app to use to import your Etsy store, go with Etsify. Hands down it saved me weeks of work. It imports all your photos, it imports all your pricing, it imports your listings EXACTLY the same as they appear on Etsy. Do you offer various styles, colors, sizes etc. on your Etsy products? Well, do yourself the favor and go with this app. It is much better than the other Etsy Shopify app as Etsify brings in everything from your Etsy store. EVERYTHING. Is the app costly? No. Think of it this way, if your time is worth a minimum of $30 an hour and it would take you two days or more to move all your listings, descriptions, photos one by one, pricing one by one etc. Then this app will have paid for itself within under three hours of your time alone. It really is a no-brainer. I was able to move nearly 400 products into my store in under an hour. Job done. Guess how those products look after the import on my Shopify store? SPECTACULAR. Nimo was quick to address any questions I had while using the app so the support is equally as brilliant as the app itself. I highly, highly recommend the Etsify app.
