This app wants to be good and I think it could be good, but there are at least three major issues. #1. When you go to add products to your bundle, you can't "select all" you have to select each individual product, and keep scrolling down to reveal more products to add. So when you have many products you want to include in the bundle it takes FOREVER to scroll. And on top of that, you can't simply use the up and down arrows to scroll, you have to click on the scroll bar and it is hit or miss if you land on the next product. It isn't a smooth scroll, it's sort of all over the place, so you miss products and have to go back and check and re-check. And the products have ALL of the variants expanded and there is no way to minimize them, if you are just selecting all anyway, so this makes you have to scroll every product and every variant to manually click on each individual product to add to the bundle. There really needs to be a way to add an entire collection to choose from for bundles, and a select all, and these other scroll fixes to make it more convenient. Taking an hour to create one bundle when you have many products is just not feasible. #2. When doing the BYOB, you can only reduce the price by percentage, instead of a fixed amount. This makes it difficult when you want to have a discount for variants, if a variant is vastly different from another in price. Giving out a huge discount on more expensive variants, but then a little one on the less expensive. It's a simple feature that should be there, but it isn't. #3. You can't isolate variants easily, for products that have the same variants. So if you have 10 products with 10 variants, you can't simply select the variant you want to include, you have to manually go through each product and select each variant individually. This just really is not a good app if you have many products you want to include, or many variants. It's insanely time consuming. I did mention weeks ago that this should be a feature, and it hasn't been implemented, so not sure if feedback is even taken into account.

This app is far more powerful than the "simple" name implies, and the 3-bundle free option is very generous considering it does not limit the kinds of bundles you can make. This, combined with the fast and excellent support response I received when I asked for help creating a particular kind of bundle, earned 5 stars from me. I decided to test this app out for my Black Friday sales and now that I understand what it can do, I will be upgrading and outfitting my shop with more bundle options long-term. It took a minute to wrap my head around how it works, but once it clicked, I see so many opportunities to use this for my business (a skin care brand). The app itself isn't complicated - just the mechanics of variants in the bundle products vs variants in the individual products had my head spinning. Shout out to Hosanna in support, though, because they explained it very well and now I'm a bundle-making machine. :) Thank you! Update June 2026 - Still absolutely loving this app and still think the support is absolutely fantastic. They reply so fast (typically within the hour even on weekends) and always have accurate and helpful answers that solve my problems. I've been running the paid version now for several months and over the past 3 months since implementing bundles across my products, bundle sales have made up 21-25% of my sales each month and my average order value is up 25% year over year. I love this app!

I had a particularly complex issue with multiple product/variant that I wanted to incorporate into the bundle. The Shopify Bundle app could not handle the complexity. Added to that was the issue that we use a 3PL warehousing partner that does our PPS with warehouses in the countries that our markets. Rosamie and other members of the team patiently worked with me to get to a great outcome. I now have 2 bundles up and running and will create a couple more. Terrific support going back and forth with me over the course of the day.

Tried this app out and immediately ran into problems. The UI is clunky and far from intuitive, but that's the least of my concerns. The app wiped our entire inventory and set everything to 0. When I flagged it to their support team, they told me to read some FAQs and manually fix it myself. Manually. For an inventory that will take hours to correct. This is genuinely the worst Shopify app experience I've ever had. The product is broken and the support is even worse. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this one. CANNOT RECOMMEND!

Excellent support. Stella, Maria, Camila, and Rosamie were all extremely helpful and worked with me to identify a Shopify Markets and shipping profile issue that was preventing my 3-Pack and 5-Pack bundle products from working correctly in New Zealand. The key issue was that the individual products used to build the bundles also needed to be available to ship to the same country where the bundles were being sold. In my case, I originally only intended to offer the 3-Pack and 5-Pack bundles in New Zealand, so the individual wristbands were not set up to ship there. As a result, Shopify treated the bundles as unavailable at checkout, even though the bundle products themselves were active. Once we made the individual wristbands available to the New Zealand market, the 3-Pack and 5-Pack bundles began working correctly. The team was patient, thorough, and helped me work through the issue until we found the correct setup. Thanks to their support, customers in both Australia and New Zealand can now purchase my single wristbands, 3-Pack bundles, and 5-Pack bundles without any checkout issues. Highly recommended.

It does what we need it to do after a lot of help from customer service. It's not intuitive and it's complicated. We basically only use it for one feature and haven't explored anything more complex. The ony thing I don't understand is why their product is $140.00 but charges $240 instead. You have to have a lot of bundles and sell a lot of bundles to make it worthwhile. It also wildly messed up our end of the year inventory and we had to manually recount this year. Last year we paid extra sales tax. Watch out. Apparently there is a fix, but whatever it is we haven't figured it out. Response from Simple Bundles explaining that we should not be able to see those prices. *I have been asked to update the review after they refunded one of the second year of $100 overcharge from March 2026, our first renewal. They will investigate the intial charge from March 2025, but have not refunded it. "The features you'd find on higher-tier plans are the AI bundle creation tool, order metafields, and priority support. " They acknowledge we do not use these features that are not listed on their website. "Please note that the 100-order limit applies to the total number of orders processed through your store each month, not just orders containing bundles. So, this includes all orders, whether they include bundles or not. The app counts every order (even those without bundles) because we have to process them to determine whether there are bundles to break down. " When we asked about it here, we were refunded and told to change our plan to the $14 a month or $140 a year plan. The reason is not that we are selling more than 100 bundles per month. It is because we are selling more than 100 of ANYTHING. We are already paying Shopify to process those orders, but their app is checking every single order to determine if it is a package or not, so we are paying twice for every order that is not a bundle. We offer our customers a 5% discount for purchasing bundles. Since we only sell about 10 bundles per month, those bundles are costing us an extra $2.40 per bundle. This makes bundling a loss of profit rather than an increase. Had we had any of this information at the outset we would have found a better way. It might be a product better suited to people selling high price point items rather than the $9 items we sell individually, knocking us into an illogical higher tier. I'm changing my review from two stars to three stars because I have received 4 emails asking me to change my review. I can only assume that they are asking everyone to change their reviews. : Hi again team, Maria here with a follow-up on your case. After sending my first response, I noticed you opened a new conversation with a screenshot and more context regarding the $140 pricing you were previously seeing. Thank you for providing that information! If you were already on the paid plan, your plan should have been grandfathered in, and you should not have seen the new pricing. Could you please confirm if you downgraded your plan and then tried to upgrade again? This is important because if you did, you may have lost your locked-in grandfathered price, which could explain why you are seeing the new pricing instead. Keep away. The free version is a lie. If you have had 50 orders in your past month (before the app was even installed) you will have to pay, you do not get access to the free tier, even for the first 50 orders (as stated in the pricing). Additionally, the app was very flakey and caused all sorts of variant and cart issues that couldn't easily be fixed. I uninstalled after 4 hours, but was forced to pay the fee to trial the app. VERY POOR FORM.

The support team at Simple Bundles is genuinely excellent. I ran into a tricky inventory issue caused by a combination of Shopify's post-April 2024 fulfillable inventory enforcement and a combination of SKU and location settings. The team responded quickly (especially Hosanna), took the time to actually understand the problem, and proactively requested store access to investigate directly rather than sending generic troubleshooting steps. we sell cartons and single unit items, but due to a backend issue we can't sync both, as such we use this app to artificially create our cartons from the single unit stock. The app has been great for this purpose and is fairly easy to setup and get going and no issues with stock syncing between the 2. Support has also been quite helpful in answering questions around the original setup.

This is hands down the best bundle app available for converting existing variants into bundles of active or unlisted products. I am now using this app for two stores and it works beautifully. The best part is that I can use variants within a product to create the bundles for other variants. This allowed me to avoid having to create brand new products and create a mess of my store. Setup was very straightforward and intuitive. We recently ran into a small issue caused by a changes on Shopify’s side. I’ve been in contact with the Simple Bundle team over the past 3 weeks, and I have to say their customer support is truly top notch. Honestly, I’ve rarely seen support this good. They guided me through everything, were very proactive with updates, kept me informed about the progress, and even opened a ticket with Shopify. In the end, they found a solution. Five stars from me. If I could give more, I definitely would.

We had some struggles with initial setup that were not app bugs in any way, just little things we had to tweak and investigate. Support was amazing. They helped us quickly and with detailed information. We're excited to start testing these live. The only real issue is that the PDP does not display a list of all products included unless you sell them all in multipacks. If you sell as multipacks, each one is listed with buttons to pick color/quantity. However, anything you don't offer in a multipack is not displayed. It'd be nice to have the bundle list the products included prominently. The place where it inserts the multipack selectors would be perfect if it could just list any items that are not multipack too so that customers can see everything included. We'll have to offer multipacks for all products to work around this.

I'm only using some simple bundles, and ran into an issue which was ultimately my fault (just incase anyone faces similar issue, a product wasn't included in a shipping profile and so checkout kept issuing out of stock notices as the product was in a bundle too, which made it look like the bundle was out of stock too.) Wonderful App, takes out so much manual labor on applying discounts & inventory. We are a furniture store; so for bedroom sets compromised of individual items, its so much easier to hit one item, and the inventory adjusts for all items . SO much simpler for discounts auto applied and removing the items from our inventory. It is also great to see live stock if for example a certain piece on a modular sectional is not on hand, I can see what configurations I am able to build vs what I am missing, making orders easier or to answer customers stock questions right away. I can easily see what piece I don't have and what to order. This separates stores that stay stuck with the ones that can scale/grow operations. Customer service is very responsible at all hours .

This company has one of the best customer support departments I've ever dealt with. No matter who answered my emails (and there were several people), I never had to re-explain my case, they all knew exactly what was going on. The replies were lighting fast, always same-day and often within a few hours. If the question was ever slightly complicated, they would come back with a walk-through screen capture video, made specifically for my case. Everything was crystal clear, and very well-explained, and everyone was extremely polite and knowledgable. Every email I recieved back answered my question perfectly... and some of my questions were quite elaborate. I'm not sure who does their hiring, but they can certainly coach other companies on customer-support how-to's. The app itself works extremely well. If you're new to the concept like we were, it takes a bit of time to wrap your head around how to set things up. But once it clicks, it makes perfect sense. Shopify's back end makes it a bit challenging to keep things organized, but that's on them and not Simple Bundles. Big thank-you to their team, and I highly recommend them along with their app, for anyone who needs to track products in all kinds of bundles!

We are a small business with limited time/money to spend but wanted to set up three gift bundles with six or seven different product options (each with up to three variants) for Black Friday Weekend. This is too many variants for the usual Shopify Bundles app but I was tempted by the 3 free bundles and unlimited variants option here. We are using the old Debut Theme on Shopify and I wasn't sure if we would be able to set up Simply Bundles on it, but we did, and after a little guidance it works wonderfully! The dashboard is very easy to use and I already had all of my products set up so creating Gold, Silver and Bronze gift bundles was straightforward. The more tricky bit was getting the options visible on the live site. This required a message to support who got back to me the same day and directed me to their very clear step by step instructions on the little bit of code I had to copy and paste into my theme. I am not a coder but I managed to follow the instructions and it all worked like a dream! It took me maybe ten minutes. When we are in a position financially to create more bundles we will definitely be sticking with Simply Bundles and subscribing. Excellent app! Excellent service!

Great experience and great product! SBK does everything I needed and more. Their customer service is top-rate and for me, that’s every bit as important as the product itself. When an app breaks and support goes silent, the whole site is at risk. SBK is the opposite, they are there when needed. I was building a custom bundle. There were no issues with the core product, only with the custom functionality I was trying to layer on top. George and the SBK dev team stepped in, set everything up on a dev theme copy, let me review it, and made adjustments as needed. We are still in the trial phase of this app but so far we are absolutely loving it and expect to proceed with full utilization of SB. Many thanks to Maria P. for helping me to get through and understanding the Simple Bundle feature interface and how it works. Once you get a handle of how things connect and relate with variants, and selecting the products to create the bundles in the app, it's 'simply' great. No pun intended. With thorough guidance and collaboration we were able to get to the result that I wanted to implement and it integrated seamlessly with my product page and theme as initially designed. It felt great to have that support, knowledge and encouragement until the solution worked. There are ALOT of apps in the Shopify store that change up the look and feel of your page altogether, affects other sections, your fonts amongst other things and its disappointing and discouraging when you think now I've got to spend more time trying to figure out coding, bugs on their end or look for another app and figure something out. If you want a solution that gets the job done, doesn't waste time and can handle the load and fits into your theme without issues, I would definitely recommend Simple Bundles! 5 stars!

I am extremely concerned that the team at Freshly Commerce, cannot fix a native bug in their app, LET ALONE reply to their support tickets in a timeously manner. When they give me the support i deserve and fix the app, i will change my review, however, their support is terrible, they dont reply, they ask the same nonsense questions all the time. Given them access to my store and they cannot even give me any updates nor reply to any of my messages. DAY THREE and their support is absolutely not helpful - they dont reply and they just ignore you - they tell you to upload a CSV, where all their "videos" dont reflect the same CSV file that they ask you to download... they not willing to help you, live on store, even though you have granted them permission to do so... I have sent multiple messages now - which are read and ignored.

5 Star customer service! Even though I'm only on the free plan right now, the support team was fast to respond and help address my issue with a customized code solution. Their communication was clear, and even included screenshots and screen recordings. The app itself is overall easy to navigate for creating bundles, but could offer more visual customization for the user. Right now it just has open CSS and Javascript custom fields, but I'd prefer some of the more common visual customizations to be offered as toggles/sliders/etc. A more robust Block. Here is what I'd like to see in future updates as part of the app's block: - In infinite bundles, the ability to hide/disable the dropdown when there is only one product option for that dropdown. For example, if I have a dropdown with 20 options, and then a dropdown for a single option, the customer doesn't need to see the dropdown for the single option since there is no action for them to take. Showing the dropdown might cause confusion and also adds more clutter to the site. A simple toggle to hide single product options would be helpful. - Color and size options for text and borders (instead of relying on custom CSS). - Also the ability to choose font or weight for the different types of text (again, as a block option and not custom CSS). - Ability to choose between dropdowns and other visual selection types (like swatches)

Works great and has helped us to sell bundles in a more organized way. EDIT: We had migrated our store from PageFly to a Shopify Theme and the team were amazing at helping us with that, even with adding a few tweaks here and there to create the perfect set up for our store.
