UPDATE: 4/17/23 - Dennis constantly harassed us to change our review and when we refused due to the issues it caused, he goes to our Google business page and leaves a 1 Star review and makes up horrible comments about our products (when he has never purchased from us before). Pretty Pathetic business practices. This app took items marked as new and changed them to "used" & "Refurbished". Spend hours on the phone with Google & Shopify to get this corrected. The developer claims it's not their fault which I guess both Google & Shopify are wrong, since the developer would not admit to their mistake.

Using Shopifys own Merchant Center API solution, we experienced a lot of issues: items not being updated automatically within 30 days and therefore beginning expiring mode. Also all products are using GTINs, specific product types, colors, sizes and more attributes - many values did not fire correctly into GMC. Adwordsrobot and Dennis helped us a lot by tailoring item ids, color and sizes. Can only recommend this steady solution instead of API!

The app works perfectly well for our site, our sales have increased significantly. Google Merchant and Google Ads are sometimes very difficult to work with. You get warning emails that your products are being suspended for some reason. Before using this app, it was a nuisance and a headache to sort this out. But since I have this app, we have gained not only the app but also a very helpful, and brilliant technical support. Dennis would even help sorting out problems not directly connected to this app, for a small fee. He responds very fast and even during hours you would think he would be sleeping.

We needed to manage our own Google Merchant Center feed. Not only will this app give you a great feed, but it gives you a jump start by intelligently setting your products up in Merchant Center. The support is amazing and the help documentation is full of useful understandable information. If you need GTINs to bring your products to approval status, look no further. We had issues with missing GTINs and duplicate GTINs on some products. Support found us a reseller of valid GTINs at a low price for our products which then got approved in Google Merchant. We have seen a boost in sales of those products since setting up our feed with this app. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed!

Originally the app worked fine - but now i'm having issues and i mailed support 48 hours ago. Google merchant is disapproving lots of products that have a ISBN in place of the GTIN - also all my products a personalised/custom but when I add the feed-customproduct tag or select the custom product option it still disallows products that were selling before. Also new products going live on the site are taking at least 48 hours to appear in google merchant even though the feed updates daily. Waiting to hear back on some help.

I have gone thru user's remarks and decided to go for it ! I was using Google App to manage feeds but found it is not sufficient for long run. After installation and I was setting up app with Google Merchant Center as per their available resources on App. page, I found that insufficient and not updated. Then I asked Dennis to just guide me so that I do not make mess with my data. Surprisingly He asked for USD 50 for this guidance. These are general information available on YouTube where to paste feed links and other small trouble shooting ! It was really irritating and thinking of opting other App. where they do not double charge ( one for guidance to how to use app. and other recurring monthly charges ) for running their apps ! Sharing my true experience ! Today is 10th day and writing my updated reviews; 1. My all feed were disapproved by Google in GMC 2. Dennis, the coconut man ( tough from outside but soft from heart ) came to my help ( without any money , it was a pure help ) and contacted Google but they could not find the real issue in their system as products were good to go but getting disapproved when uploading. 3. Finally , we downloaded and uploaded products many times removing couple of sensitive words from feeds as suggested by Dennis. 4. Wow, it worked. 5. Need to work on my product's feed now to get all of those approved. I recommend this app because of Dennis's co-operation.

Good App for Google and Bing shopping with amazing support. Removing items from the feed involves setting up a (No Shopping) category and tag the items with NoShopping (or any other tag/words). Best app for Google feeds I have used- they quickly sorted the VAT issue we had as we are B2B so show prices ex vat- this had been sorted within Merchant centre using a rule to add 20%, but Google changed things again- the App developers sorted this within an hour and feed now shows inc VAT pricing.

Every app should be this easy! Super simple to set up, with great documentation and step by step videos if you need them. I have used this app for over a year, without issue. I deleted it briefly because I thought I could do it myself, but this app makes it too easy! The best part about this app is the support! Please give this app enough time to correctly do its job... if you have a lot of products that you are working with, from my experience, with 54000 items it took about 2 1/2 hours to create the feed through adwords robot, then about 24 hours for google to start changing the products from pre-emptively disallowed to begin being switched to approved. Additionally, the shopping feed for the stores will take some time to propagate from being in the shopping feed tab to actually being shown on front page results. Take the time to explain yourself to the techs that are there to help you, the better you are at explaining the situation, the better they will understand how to respond. I did get an initial response of 'give it time' and that was not enough of a response for me to understand and I wish that we had been given something more detailed as a response, because, with our backs up against the wall in losing our feed on a migration from a Magento 2 site, every minute was critical, and there was a failing in communication which did lead me to use another feed app. There was a window of about 2 hours between me getting the new feed app installed and begin a new feed and I did see that this robofeed software had actually resulted in some decent sales, actually to the point where I think it was more effective than what I switched to, and I am going to keep my eye on the results of the new feed this week, possilby switching back to this robofeed app based on what I had seen from the hour and a half results given by robofeed. I have a feeling that this is the feed software that we should be using but I've got to give the new app time to give me results and consider the switchback. 4 stars because of the limited response early on in using this app and getting a light response of 'give it time or check with google and a link to google contact info' without better direction on what to expect even though I had stated the number of products we were working with and some upfront detail. In the meantime, and through the switch, the app tech had been much more communicative... so I suggest you give the level of urgency along with the number of items and any other pertinent info to ensure that you get the best results back from any communication. If I do decide to switch back and can guarantee that this app is better, I will definitely update to a higher score. This may be a five star app, but with the initial customer service response, I have to take that into consideration.

I can say nothing bad about AdWords Robot. Their feed is more precise, allowing you to even remove size variants of clothes, so they are not placed into ads. The only problem is with the API Content feed of Google (they love us so much), because they will not fix discrepancies with product feeds, like the variant problem. I'm only 2 days into my trial period, and I'm already sold. This is a great app. I make tweaks, changes and adjustments to my store on a daily bases. I also run live inventory feeds, which means my products availability is constantly changing. It would be impossible for me to keep my inventory current with Google Merchant Center alone, never mind Bing and Facebook. The app works. It’s fast, efficient and 100% accurate. The customer support is great. I asked if it was possible to tweak my feed slightly to pull the Merchant Center descriptions from my Shopify SEO Descriptions field instead of the default. They implemented the change in 5 minutes! On a Saturday afternoon! I wasn’t expecting to hear from them until Monday, but they responded right away, and customized my feed to work for me specifically. The setup instructions are also thorough and easy to follow. Honestly, one of my best app experiences so far. Well worth the money.

After trying some other apps with less than stellar results, this Shopping Feed app had my Merchant Account syncing over 800 items to Google within one hour. I don't know if this app fits all merchants needs, but it certainly fits ours. Their customer service is second to none, with an incredibly fast response time and very professional and helpful answers. We implemented the feed on one of our websites almost a year ago, and since it does exactly what we need, we're implementing it on all our other sites. Oh, and by the way, it's the sole and only paid app we use... so to say that if we decided to use this app and not code it ourselves, it's for a good reason!

Awesome feed app. This is the only one which works perfect for us. Some apps can not handle more than 1000 products. Some do not export all products.
