Terrible customer support, I used the paid plan, their app is full of bugs, some of the images you upload may not show, the export does not really work, it exports only the table section , so if you have a picture included in your size chart, sadly you have to leave that behind, and EVEN after you export your charts, you CAN NOT import them back to the app ! because the app does not support it's own exported file ! contacted them and asked them to help me with that, it's been 3 days, still no reply! they said it's a bug. and i'm still unable to import any charts. the table size and design is terrible and limited and full of issue, they all just ignore and ghost you and waste your time. After sending them 10 emails, ended up uninstalling the app and using another size chart plugin. it's just a waste of money I absolutely don't recommend.

The app seemed useful but when trying to set it up I ran into issues. Customer service was contacted but they never followed up with my request and provided absolutely no assistance. Shortly after leaving this review I was contacted by customer support. The service provided at that time was top notch. They were communicative and went above and beyond what was expected. Based on this I am updating my review to 4 stars from 2. The only reason it is not 5 is the fact that I had to leave the review in the first place.

This app messes up with FB ads and you'll don't get any sales because you can't verify this app's domain on FB ads. Do not install this app unless they solve this problem. I was getting 40 sales a day, but due to this error, FB can't track people and I'm getting 5 sales a day only.

Overall, Size Matters does delivers on their promises. It might be a small looking feature but it has a dynamic effect on your customer's overall experience on your Shopify store. I had a little issue with the placement of the Size Chart but the support team were very helpful in resolving the issue and making sure that it was resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend the app!

Being able to tag and the table places in the same place on the page is really helpful. I would like it if we had the ability to colour the tables independently but it's still fantastic and has saved me a heap of time.

This app is extremely easy to use and has several features that make editing my product pages a breeze. You can easily customize the size and contents of the chart. The chart can be placed on your page by simply placing a keyword for the chart in your keyword list on your product page. You can also place text before and after the size chart. This makes it simple to transfer the information about each specific product to the product page without having to type it into every product page...simply put your keyword for the chart in the keyword section of your page and it will add the information-before and after your size chart- and the size chart to the product page. This is a great way to include measuring instructions for fit, care/washing instructions for the item or even ordering information. By far, this is one of the best apps in my toolbox.

While it may have taken some expert knowledge from the development team to configure optimally, this app truly works like a charm. App is very easy to use. I had a chart in just minutes. I also needed some specific visual modifications and the developer was very fast and easy to work with. (Update) I had to drop down the rating to 3 because the way the chart is place is really inconvenient. The chart will appear at a certain percentage of the page/screen. Example. at 50% the chart will appear half way down your product page. Even if you change 50% to 10% although the chart will now appear higher, if your other product page has a longer description and the page is now longer the 10% of the page is now lower than the other. Placement needs to be driven by pixels so that we can anchor to the top and add padding if needed. This plug in is unusable if your product pages vary in length.

I highly recommend this app to anyone who's just starting up their biz. I understand we need to reduce ops cost so we resort to free apps. But I'd like to emphasize that though this app is FREE, first off, it's very user-friendly. Even anyone who doesn't have coding background (like me) can easily follow their simple instructions. Je travaille par intuition, c'est à dire que je ne réfléchis pas de manière rationnelle à une stratégie, c'est la stratégie qui vient à moi. En général, je repère une faille et elle me sert de départ pour la stratégie. Je vous un exemple, la faille d'une femme est la jalousie. Il y a fort longtemps et j'étais loin d'être ce que je suis aujourd'hui, (physiquement et mentalement) je n'avais pas donc d'autre choix que d'utiliser la stratégie. J'avais remarqué un groupe de trois femmes, deux belles femmes et une autre banale. Je savais qu'en abordant directement la belle femme, je n'aurai aucune chance donc j'ai opté pour la stratégie suivante : je suis allé voir la femme banale et je lui ai parlé de choses captivantes sur sa personnalité. Ses copines n'ont pas compris pourquoi elle était tant captivée, elles étaient impatientes et frustrées et je le remarquais en arrière plan. Quelques minutes plus tard, la belle femme est venue brutalement virer sa copine pour venir me parler. Le tour était joué. La stratégie vous permet de gagner, ce n'est pas le plus fort qui gagne, mais le plus stratège. Je vous recommande de lire SUN TZU l'art de la guerre. Une des plus puissantes techniques de stratégie décrite dans ce livre est de faire croire à l'adversaire qu'on est plus faible que lui pour mieux l'attaquer ensuite. C'est ce que j'appelle l'art du désarmement. Je suis un expert en la matière, mis à part les personnes très conscientes, peu de gens arrivent à me cerner. Vous avez vu le film USUAL Suspects? Si vous ne l'avez pas vu, ne lisez pas la suite, mais personne n'a vu dans l'infirme Verbal Kint le redoutable Keyzer Söze car il a su désarmer l'ennemi, se montrer faible pour gagner la partie. Beaucoup de guerres ont été gagné par ce principe du désarmement (par exemple la guerre du vietnam). Une autre stratégie redoutable est de détourner l'attention. J'aime bien raconter l'histoire du samurai orgueilleux. Sur un bateau, un samurai orgueilleux voulut défier un maître. Le maître lui : " il n'y a pas de problèmes, allons sur cette île pour nous battre". Les deux combattants prennent une barque et vont sur l'île. Pendant que le samuraï s'échauffe et tellement aveuglé par son orgueil, le maître discrètement reprend la barque et laisse seul le samuraï sur l'île. Le maître a gagné sans se battre. Cette histoire est très connue pour illustrer le principe de gagner sans se battre ( SUN TZU dit : le combat est gagné avant d'être engagé). Un bon stratège est un fin psychologue, il arrive rapidement à cerner une personne et à exploiter sa faille. Il connaît ses ennemis et prévoit à l'avance leurs réactions. Dans le business, une stratégie pour battre ses concurrents, est de se créer ses propres concurrents. Votre concurrent ne sait plus alors qui attaquer. Les grands groupes de mode utilisent cette stratégie. Travaillez votre capacité à établir des stratégies et le monde sera à votre portée.

This would be a really good app for a store that is really basic. I have a marketplace with thousands of products and I couldn't figure out a way to make the sizing charts granular enough. If I used the tag for a brand it would put all the products for the brand. The tagging was "if meets any condition then apply sizing chart". I needed "If meets all conditions then apply sizing chart." It could be I am just missing something but I couldn't find anywhere that explained this portion.

Much cleaner, intuitive way to manage our size charts. The only negative is I wish the HTML for the popup modal would inject before the closing body tag, outside of the parent. As it is now, it conflicted with my theme which forced me to make some CSS changes. No biggie considering I have vast knowledge of such things but I could see how this would be problematic for others.

This is now a really good app & seems to load much more quickly. They've also made some great improvements to the structure. **The one thing still missing is a delete button on the dashboard page - you have to go into each one to delete at the bottom. Time consuming when you're regularly adding / removing products. This addition would be great!!!

Can't give this app any less than 5 stars because it's free and get's the job done. Amazing work as I'm sure a lot of effort has gone into it. That being said, the app is not perfect and you may struggle to get it to look right depending on your theme settings and the level of customization you have. I would love for this app to have a few extra options that separate it from borrowing your themes colour scheme/text etc. For example - with my store it was using white text in the footer section and a white background for the size guide popup box. I don't know css/html and struggled to find a way to make the popup container black (so the white text was readable) until I found another review posted here with a snippet of code to add more lines than the 12 that was allowed & modified it to change the colour instead. .esc-size-guide--popup .modal_container .modal_content { background:#000000; overflow: auto; } However - I noticed there has been a recent update to the app and it looks like some things have been simplified for users. I haven't had a chance to dive into it, but it sounds like the developers are taking feedback on board and improving it. Great work! : )

I have to admit, this is one of the best apps out there. It gives a really essential feature literally free. And also there wont be a popup everytime compelling to write a review. I've been using this app for my size charts that are only on specific products and it does just that. With a simple tag in your product the size chart will link hassle free. Easy to use and straight to the point. However I did experience some troubles when installing it as I use the Shoptimized theme so an automatic install where you could choose the placements etc didn't work and I had to manually install it. Lucky with my knowledge of coding which is very basic I managed to install it right in the exact place needed. I would recommend that having a name in the first row eg Size that under that you should be able to to possible split the cell so you can have different measurements such as CM and INCHES with a clear space between them rather than adding separate cells or having to use a "/" to separate the two. Other than that, Great work!

BEWARE WHEN YOU USE THIS APP! it has broken 3 times on me, right at the most important times. Support seem to be 'stupid'. My experience with their support has always been bad. To even had to report them to Shopify at one point and it was only then did they help (they were trying to charge me to fix their app...like why should I be paying you to fix your own app? Theres no way to back up your size charts, so if something happened, you will have to redo it all over again. I will be creating a size chart image soon so I dont have to use this app any more, because I just cannot have such unprofessional and incompetent support when things go wrong.

This size chart is very useful, it adjusts perfectly to my website theme. It would be even better if I could add a custom-made picture on top of the chart to show customers how to measure those sizes. I have actually created that graphic but got nowhere to put it, my shop focuses on visuals so it's very important that we accompany the chart with a nice picture... would love to keep using Size Matters but this is kind of giving me doubts, would definitely give 5 stars if this can be addressed

Works well, would very much like to change the text inside the "Size Guide" button. Also, changes I make to a size chart will get saved, but the website is never "refreshed". I'm clearing cache and it just never changes from the first "save" there ever was. Even deleting the size chart and creating a new one with the same tag doesn't resolve the issue. Need to create a new size chart with a different name everytime... ============= EDIT : I contacted them to let them know about my issues and they responded in less than 24 hours with the solutions. You can use the "data-trigger-text" property to set the text in the button (or link). Also, changes can take up to 15 minutes to apply on your shop.

I had a little trouble installing this app, however I emailed the support email address and they sorted it for me in a day or so. They were also extremely helpful in getting the size charts to view in the correct place on my product pages (in an expandable tab that is part of my theme's design) so I was really happy about that as I wasn't sure if that would be possible and would have had no idea how to do it myself! Overall very professional to deal with, and now that it's up and running, the feature is extremely easy to use and functions exactly as I would hope.

It takes me a few minutes more to do myself but it would be perfect if the app had that feature. (Work on that guys). I love that you can click on the "size chart" link and the size chart that I created for that product pops up. To create an size chart is SUPER EZ! I had a little problem with adding in a one line code to the theme... BUT the support team (Louis E.) was on the case... Lickety split he made the necessary changes for me and I was good to go. (Thanks Louis). The charts are professional looking too. Another plus.... Its FREE!! There are other apps out there but there's a cost and if your just starting out every dime matters. And personally, I don't think that you should have to pay for a size chart... That should really be part of any ecommerce theme. ANYWAYS, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Easy setup and ideal for multiple size charts, only just busy setting up my store but so far so good. On occasions, it does seem to take some time to update the contents or register that there's a new chart there, not quite sure what's going on there.

Thank you for a wonderful App! Needed help for placing my button at first, left a message for support, it was done within few minutes! DO NOT INSTALL! We installed this, and before setting it up decided not to use it and uninstalled it. We then went on to our website and it was completely broken and covered in code all over. We had a duplicate theme from a few days earlier thankfully, but spent a lot of money having it fixed, and lost out on plenty sales. Reached out to support and they confirmed it happens sometimes and theres nothing they can do to stop it. If we didn't have a backup we would be in a terrible situation. I can advise anybody who is considering it to not install this - there is a MASSIVE risk and you are gambling with your full website. If you are going to install it please make sure you duplicate your current theme as a backup.
