  Excellent Support & SEO Assistance I had a great experience with the TinySEO support team, especially Julia. She was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She identified that my store had multiple JSON-LD/schema sources running at the same time, explained the duplication issue clearly, and personally helped disable the unnecessary theme schema safely while keeping a backup. She also helped identify the GPTLab schema conflict and verified everything afterwards. After the changes, Google’s Rich Results Test showed valid Product, Merchant Listing, Breadcrumb and Review structured data with no errors. What impressed me most was that Julia didn’t just give instructions — she took the time to investigate the issue properly, explain what she was doing, and make sure everything was working correctly. Excellent customer service and a very useful SEO app. Highly recommended!

  I used TinySEO in order to compress thousands of photos and to get storage in Shopify again. The job was done, but still no more storage. I reached out to Shopify and TinySEO for help. I was confused and stressed since my goal wasn’t reached. I got quick help. Especially Julia from Customer Service helped me a lot. She always answered quick and is very competent. I felt I was in good hands. This is what you expect or at least hope for in these days from customer service. She helped all along to fix the problem, which was on Shopifys side. I am satisfied and thankful. Anytime again.

  Simon in customer service was incredibly helpful—I’d definitely give him five stars! One suggestion for improvement: when users choose to have TinySEO optimize their images, it would be really helpful if there were a pop-up or warning that says something like: "Your existing image alt text will be overwritten, but don't worry—we can restore it if needed." I was pretty frustrated when I realized my carefully written alt text had been replaced. I even started restoring it manually before mentioning the issue while chatting with Shopify AI about an unrelated Judge.me problem. Thankfully, it suggested that TinySEO might be able to restore my original alt text, and Simon was able to help. If I'd known restoration was possible—or had simply been warned beforehand—it would have saved me a lot of unnecessary stress and work.

  TinyIMG is such a powerful image optimization tool, it compresses product photos perfectly without sacrificing any image clarity. What impresses me most is their incredible customer support. I accidentally messed up all meta descriptions in bulk and reached out for help. Their team quickly stepped in and manually restored all the original meta content for me right away. In meinem Fall musste eine bereits installierte Software entfernt werden, um die Ladegeschwindigkeit zu verbessern. Das Team hat sich um alles gekümmert und konnte dies über einen Gastzugang erledigen. Alles in allem eine tolle App mit hervorragendem Service!

  So I slacked on my website for years on SEO not understanding how important it actually is to stay on top of it.   I was honestly skeptical when choosing an SEO app because there are so many options out there. After doing some research yesterday (and with a little help from my bestie ChatGPT), I decided to go with TinyIMG, mainly because of the price. We ran into a nightmare situation where a bulk CSV import went wrong and accidentally disconnected nearly all our product images (over 1.3 GB worth!).   TinySEO Earned This One I rarely leave app reviews, but TinySEO earned this one. Their customer support is insane - fast, helpful, and they actually know what they’re doing. No copy-paste nonsense. Real humans fixing real SEO issues. Special shoutout to Julia and Chris from the TinySEO team - both are consistently helpful, professional, and on point every time I reach out. I’ve also chatted with another team member from time to time, and the support quality has been solid across the board. Results-wise? My Shopify SEO Performance score (mobile) jumped from 82 to 93 in about a week after implementation. That alone paid for the app in peace of mind. Because of that experience, I now recommend TinySEO to my ecommerce clients and include it as part of my optimization stack moving forward.   I am a technophobe, honestly do not understand technology at all, i struggle, with setting this app on my website due to not having any knowledge of the terminology or any insight on what is needed, I had a message from Eli, offering to help me with all he could which i very kindly accepted as i really need the help, i will say that i was very grateful and thankful to him for all his help, even if he did say i still have to do a lot myself just to give a human touch to the website as opposed as all being done by AI and i totally get that, so i will say, that i was impressed by his offer and his help and do recommend this App to any of you looking for a SEO boost.

  The customer service live chat has been great. The video tutorials for set up and interactive steps to set up are well segmented and forced pauses to ensure backup of themes have been well crafted. So far so good :) We are just waiting to retest page improvements and confident they will be there to assist with further questions.
