The app has a lot of potential and the mega menu itself looks good when it’s working, but the experience has been disappointing. I’m dealing with multiple technical issues across desktop and mobile, including Safari compatibility problems, menu flickering on initial page load, disappearing menus while scrolling, and limited mobile menu behavior. I reported all of these in detail, but after more than 12 hours there hasn’t even been a simple acknowledgment or response from support team. No matter how good the features are, customer support is the most important part of any app. Technical issues happen, but leaving customers without any response is frustrating, especially when the app is critical to the storefront navigation. I hope the support team improves their response time because the product has potential, but right now the lack of communication makes it difficult to recommend.

Just started using the app and so far so good. Setup worked right from the start unlike some other apps we tried first. This app is riddled with bugs, and the submenu controls aren’t just half-baked — they’re a complete nightmare to configure and maintain. Support is even worse. Their “live chat” is basically dead. On the rare occasion someone shows up, you’ll get a generic “please wait” message and then they vanish for hours. The chat tool inside the admin is so buggy it’s sometimes unusable — you can’t even type properly. I literally demonstrated the issue to them, they were shocked by how broken the experience was, and months later nothing has changed. Overall: unstable product, painful setup, and support that feels nonexistent. Avoid unless you enjoy wasting time.

I absolutely love this menu, it took a bit to understand how to set it up, but once it's working (there are 3 different ways to add it depending on your theme's settings). Contacted support and Miley was amazing help. Was looking for a free app that could add an extra level of menus to Dawn. Also discovered that migrating from 1.0 to Dawn had some complications, but Arian sorted it out straight away and was extremely helpful and suggested and made other improvements. Would 100% recommend this app.

Not enough hand holding for beginners. When you install the app it's got a ton of preinstalled crap with no explanation of anything, and you have to figure it all out yourself. Otherwise it seems great
