The App is simple to use, but powerful. This app has been soooo helpful for my store. I use the 'prediction' quiz which means customers don't need a tape measure to help them find their size. And the customisation is great. It's more important for me that customers go by waist measurement rather than hip and the app allows you to prioritise a specific measurement (in my case the waist) when it recommends their size. Love it!

The setup is intuitive and straightforward — that’s definitely a plus. The tool is easy to configure, and the interface feels user-friendly. I had an issue with the visibility of this solution. On product pages, the size chart doesn’t always appear next to the product variants. In other words, its main functionality doesn’t work consistently, which defeats the purpose of using it. The customer care team contacted me and fixed it immediately. I am impressed by how quickly they were able to help. It's a great app.

I was having issues with the Kiwi size chart, and after being ignored by their customer support for almost 2 months, I'd had enough. That's when I came across Smart Size. My one criterion was that I needed to embed a video guide showing the sizes. I just started using this App. Until now I have been copying size charts from the supplier and loading as images. It is not as professional as I wanted. Smart Size Charts offers so much functionality to standardise, create individual charts for one or more products and to manage the info to sort your brand. I had one issue with edging on a chart. I mentioned it to support. Helen asked me to give her access and added some CSS code and all was perfect. Loving the App so far and really making my site look so much more professional after spending time to upgrade everything. If you are looking for a great size chart App. This is it!

Great app - reasonably priced. Automatic size conversion works well and the customization of text and images along with the chart helps explain sizing better. The new tabs feature is great - we can offer sizing by different fit (tall, trim, regular...) in one master product and customers can easily toggle between the different size charts to see differences in fit. Maybe one day they could come up with a compare button between two tabs to see how it might fit differently? The support team is great, too!

It looks nice, but I have 2 issues for why I'll be going with a different app. Firstly, whenever I have this app's embeds enabled it for some unknown reason turns my variant picker text ("Color", "Size", etc) into a clickable element with an underline. Secondly, I want a chart to include a column of US Sizes (10-12 for example), but also a column that specifies inches. If I want to have it convertible between in/cm, it treats the US Sizes column as inches with no way to remove that column from this conversion treatment.

Definitely the best app for inserting a size chart to your store. Easy simple and clean 5 Star is not enough for the rating. The only thing I would improve is when you edit the button position on the theme, to have a separate option for desktop and separate option for mobile.

I used this app to help create a size chart for my ecommerce website. The difficult part that I found was connecting the site to my specific theme settings, which needed me to go into the product page and code it myself. However, I struggle with this and needed assistance. It would be great if this process was avoided to create a quicker turn around and didn't need coding to be applied.

The app is really easy to set up. Customer service is awesome! They did not have the image that I wanted to use in the stock photos, so I contacted them and they created the image for me, based on my product. They really went above and beyond to do the work and keep me updated.

Intuitive design makes it easy to use. I had a couple of support needs, and they were dealt with efficiently and effectively. (I recommend sending them an email instead of using the messaging option on here which seems to be an unreliable Shopify feature.)

I struggled at first installing this app as the icon/image did not immediately pop up on the product pages when I first installed. However the team at Smart Size were available, and extremely helpful in troubleshooting, supporting and working through my issues. The app is now up and running. Building size guides is so simple and the pop up window is clean, easy to read for customers and esthetically very pleasing. I am excited to see the impact on conversion that size guides have!

This app is just the best among size chart apps. The chart is playing so easy and straightforward. Not like Word or Excel or mixup with codes. No has unnecessary never-learnable functions, stuff. And the looking is just great, bold and simple. Properly flexible enough for customizing within just great basic boundary. If you are not coding person, and prefer efficiency with minimal looking, just choose this one. No better choice frankly saying. Finally, this is a secret but... they made me new awesome garment illustrations following my request. Their Support is apparently impressive. :)
