I initially installed this app casually to test it out on my site. During install something went wrong, whether it was something I clicked or the app not working with my theme I don't know, but it stuck several non-working Spinners at the very bottom of my site. I thought I'd just delete it to solve the problem but after that it didn't go away. I contacted support and they worked very diligently to remove it even though I wasn't keeping the app. I may revisit it when I have a better knowledge of shopify liquid. I didn't know quite what to rate it since I wasn't able to give it a fair shot. The customer service was perfect though, thanks guys.

I like the app but they should be a little more clear on figuring out the auto discount feature. I spent a few weeks promoting the fact that I had a spin to win option but it turns out that it wasn't updating the coupons automatically which means that all the people who hit the spin to win icon and "won" a discount was unable to use it due to the fact that it was already used. Ugh. It would have been nice to know prior that it was a paid feature....

There is no directions on how to do this. When the App is installed it is just a very small Icon in the right hand side corner of my screen. Visitor (customer has to click on this tiny dot to make it work. I don't see many customers even paying attention to this little dot. I thought it would be in full screen size on my home page. But not so. There is Chat for questions and help but it has been 8 hours and no yet no help. Right now I would give this a - 1 out of 10. I'll let you know if this improves.

The app flat out doesn't work. I tried the trial version to have more control over what the popup did, and it still pops on every single page every single time a customer visits. They asked me to give them permission to access my store to see if they can fix it, but after seeing how their coding apparently ruins websites, I don't want them accessing anything. Furthermore, I've been trying to find a way to cancel this trial for two days now and either pages aren't available when you click to them or you just can't find what you're looking for. I'm about to be charged for a product that doesn't work that I have been trying to delete from my website and I am PISSED.

I think this app has good potential. I have only begun setting this up and will do another review once I can see it's performance. Personalizing is OK. There are a couple considerations for those wanting to try it. One is that in the setup of the forms, while you can choose any two colors for the text and form fields, the color of the background (unless an image is used) is the same as the fill-in text, and the contrasting second color is used for fill-in field backgrounds and for the main text of the spinner box. This makes personalizing with background images a bit difficult. The other is that the form accepts any random, impossible email and finally, through clearing the cache, or using private browsing, it is possible to do the spin again and again to get a better discount to use at checkout. At least the code is a unique code. Not sure how many customers would think to do that, so I'll give it a try and see if conversion and email list generation makes up for the loopholes.

This app is continuously charging me for a monthly subscription despite telling me that they app is fully removed and they would not bill me further. I have screenshot of their support team saying they will no longer bill me - but it keeps happening and apparently I have no recourse with Shopify directly. When it comes to app performance, it would no longer hide on the debut Shopify theme. You could spin but the wheel wouldn't go away, just kept popping up - even with all other apps disabled.

I used this app to help me attract customers to my store and give them a motivation to buy. I have only had it for 1 month and I really like it - it's easy to set up and use. Have NOT gotten any sales through it, but it's only been 1 month. Really disappointed to HAVE to upgrade to a paid plan after the first month when I'm still not making any sales.

Horrible, your website becomes buggy after deleting the app. The spin to win page keep popping up halfway even once it's been deleted. This SpinToWin a superior idea, and the support team is trying to help too. The HUGE drawback for this app, that it store all discount codes IN the app web source code, so it can be retrieved easily with Google Chrome inspector if client has a bit knowledge on webstuff. Addition to this, fake emails could be entered, so discounts given out for nothing. It may disturbs you, may not, depend on your need, but I asked them to fix both problems (security and fake emails) with a simple solution: when customer wins, the discount code sent in email. At this way, it wont needed to store in the code, and email address couldn't be fake. The answer I received: it get implemented if others request it as well. So lets hope, many people realize it, that it is NOT SECURE at the moment.

Says it's free but most features you have to pay for. However the basic spin a wheel is free and seems fun for customers to use. Would be 4 stars if they let you use atleast 1 or 2 features for free, like the unique code, which puts a unique code on your discount code and then is impossible for codes to be duplicated. 1 way around this is to limit it to 1 per customer on the discount code section of Shopify.
