Unfortunately, our experience with QuickSync has been extremely disappointing, and ultimately very costly for our business. We originally used QuickSync to synchronise our Shopify store with TikTok Shop, but we experienced ongoing problems with inventory levels being incorrect. This resulted in customers placing orders for products that we didn’t actually have in stock, which was incredibly frustrating for both us and our customers. Despite raising these issues, we didn’t feel that we received the level of support we needed. Eventually, after deciding to move to a different app, we contacted QuickSync support and asked them to delete all of our products from TikTok Shop. What happened next was devastating. Our request was misunderstood, and instead thousands and thousands of products were deleted from our Shopify store itself. This was a catastrophic mistake for a business that had spent years building its online store. We were left with a completely empty website and will have to spend months trying to recover and rebuild our product catalogue. The time, work and financial cost to our business has been enormous. We understand that mistakes can happen, but when dealing with thousands of products belonging to a business, we believe there should be much greater care and safeguards in place before carrying out such a destructive action. We would strongly advise other Shopify store owners to think very carefully before relying on QuickSync for their product and inventory management. Our experience has unfortunately been extremely damaging to our business.

The UX-UI of this application is not the best, and the back-end responsible for syncing your products is spotty at best in frequent cases. It will work some of the time, half work other times, and sometimes just not work. Telling me the product is working then wanting me to provide more data for their product to try to fix it again, and again, etc... Support and developers seem to have little insight into what is going on. Avoid unless you have no other options.

Not suitable for multiple Etsy listings sharing the same SKU I explained my setup clearly during the onboarding call, one product with one SKU appearing across multiple Etsy listings. At no point was I told this was something QuickSync couldn't handle. It was only when I was already in the setup process that their support team informed me they couldn't sync the same SKU across multiple Etsy listings. Their suggestion was to assign different SKUs to the same product, which would break my entire warehouse and fulfilment process. When I challenged this, the support agent responded by questioning why the same SKU would ever appear across multiple listings, which is a basic and completely normal Etsy seller setup. For a company selling an inventory sync tool, not understanding how Etsy shops are commonly structured is a serious concern. This limitation should have been flagged on the induction call. It wasn't, and I wasted time as a result. I am shocked that a company specialising in inventory sync has such a limited understanding of how Etsy sellers actually structure their shops and how SKUs sync.

Shocking app, I have had to contact support four times advising that my inventory between stores is not syncing. Each time, they tell me the same thing, we need to resync! If I have to resync every time I receive orders, what is the point of the app? I have received emails from support, advising all is fixed, a few days later, the same issue! I have had to manually check my inventory four times, due to selling on both stores and them not syncing. I have cancelled, as they clearly cannot fix the issue and they never seem to tell you how the issue is caused, as I don't believe they even know why themselves! It is like they are programmed to read a script to you, as every agent says exactly the same thing, basically no idea! I would not waste money on this app!

This app accomplished, albeit in a very limited capacity, what we needed it to do: sync Square inventory to Shopify. The biggest hurdle is that this app is essentially unusable without support from the QuickSync team. The UI is unintuitive, critical admin features appear to be inaccessible, and there is no logging or sync history. Overall, it is just a really messy experience to use.

We used this app to migrate a very large and complex product catalog from WooCommerce to Shopify for our project and it worked perfectly! What truly made the difference was the support: Omar, our assigned developer, was absolutely amazing. He guided us through the entire process, was super responsive, always available, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. We had several technical challenges due to the amount of variants and specific product structures, and Omar made everything so much easier. He even helped us with more than one migration! I spent the whole day trying to sync my Shopify products to my TikTok shop-it didn't work. A frustrated me watched so many videos on YouTube, trying to figure out the solution. I came by a video that talked about Quicksync and Ownbase. I decided to go with Quicksync because it made more sense, and had better options ( real time syncing). So I downloaded the app on myShopify and proceeded to sync my products. Then I had a problem with the TikTok category settings. The products would not show on TikTok until I review the default categories. I was stuck , I didn't know how to proceed. There and then I received an instant message from Normie asking me if I needed help. Boy! Was I relieved. If you care about your inventory, do not use this app. I contacted support because the inventory sync between one of my 2 locations and Square was not syncing. I was still slowly ramping up on the product, so only had 4 products synced. Well that support person managed to wipe out the entire inventory of 700 products. All my inventory was wiped out to zero. I only had 4 product synced and somehow the app felt entitled to wipe out the inventory of every single product I had on Shopify. This is horrible and could not fix the problem after 4 hours. I could not keep my inventory at zero for longer without any more sale so I deleted the app and now I have to refill inventory manually for 700 products. Stay away, this is extremely unprofessional app. I had good experience with support the first few times I interacted with them, but at the end of the day, if the app deletes my entire inventory, I can't use it anymore, this is about the single worst thing this app could have done.

Products randomly become unsynced and support are not able to tell you why and you aren't notified about it. There is no point in the app if it can't sync products. There is no documentation to follow and support just tell you the products are not synced and to manually add them to the sync list again.

Well, shopify POS needs to have an internet connection in order to work properly. So, I needed a way to handle offline payments with square terminal (we are ren faire vendors) but syncing inventory with square in real time when I could get a connection is essential. I downloaded and setup SQ inventory Sync and was able to start pulling my products over to square automatically. Angelica helped me along the way and was instantly available in the app, which was amazing. I did have little hangup in that "product syncing" and "inventory syncing" are two different features. A quick chat with Angelica and I am now getting my new products to sync over to square as well as just the inventory for previously synced products. The support has been wonderful and really helped me out of a situation of not being able to take card payments offline possibly saving us hundreds of dollars this week alone. -------update after about a year. I had a few issues with the syncing. After several attempts as solving issues, Khaled worked through the process and for the first time all products are syncing. This shows both a knowledge of the systems involved and the commitment to resolution. Now testing to see if issue is resolved for the long term. Thank you.

I use Squarespace to accept payments as a small business because of the unbeatable prices they offer among other service providers of this type. Recently, I decided to get rid of my Shopify website and operate from Squarespace. Arianne from Squarespace helped sync my products, over 300, in just minutes. A task that would have taken me much longer to figure out and successfully complete. 5 Stars, I recommend Squarespace all the way!!
