We're just getting started, but so far, the ability to sync our items from square to Shopify is working well. The only negative we've run into thus far is the inability to transfer categories. Additionally only items that are "visible" in square will transfer so we've got a little legwork to make the transition. Nothing major but good to know.

My experience with this app has been wonderful. It is pretty user-friendly if you have a computer, but if you have an iPad I would recommend using Safari to navigate Square because it can be difficult to navigate on the app only!

Amazing work from the team at DPL Square Integration. My business is starting to scale from Online store to brick and mortar store. I was not impress with Shopify POS in Australia and was leaning towards SQUARE. However I love shopify for e-commerce. So Ive been doing research on how I can work with both. DPL Square Intergration has been a game changer, whilst its not perfect at the start, the team like Shreya, Kusum and Dev has been extra helpful. Fixing and answering my issues promptly. I am about to open the next expansion, so I am looking forward how to intergrate multiple stores whilst keeping the synch possible. Would be nice to see if we can somehow intergrate Shopify in-store credit on SQUARE through some magic or accept giftcard :)

I've been using this app for several months now, and I can say it's flawless and really simple to use. The most important thing to do is set up from the start which system is the slave and which is the master, after that it's plain sailing, even images are transferred, updates are in real time, new products are transferred with literally a couple of clicks, this app literally saves me hours of work. This app is simple, reliable, robust and does exactly what it needs to do. Few but useful options that make syncing smooth and efficient, just what you need. The technical team is very responsive and quick to solve any issues. The cost is somewhat high, and $29/month is right at the limit of what I can afford for my small business — anything higher would be unfeasible for me. So far I love this App. I mostly use the Shopify POS app for my craft shows. But lately I have been having connection issues with it. My other half also sometimes helps out at shows with me and we both can't be on the POS at the same time on separate phones. When I have issues or my other half is helping. I will switch over to Square for my POS. Its fantastic that I don't have to do multiple updates of inventory for both apps. I just update my stock in Shopify and after establishing a connection with the product in Square everything updates automatically. If I make a sale using the square app it will remove inventory from shopify and vice versa. Its a great time saver!

Surya was finally able to explain why some items were not able to be moved to Square. Once we knew why, it was a very simple fix. This app seems to be more reliable at adjusting inventory both ways once its set up. Other apps used for the same purpose have unexpectedly quit. So far so good with this one!

Can't get it to work properly. After a ton of work and a few calls with support, I still can't get it to sync most of my inventory. Importing products from Square to Shopify is incomplete and incorrect. Doesn't import all the information (description does not import) and imports some of it incorrectly (changes the name of the vendor from what I have listed in Square to the name of my store, which I then have to fix). Uninstalling and trying a different app.

The customer service team is helpful, but their developers are not available during the day for my store when I normally need them, which is EST. The inventory doesn't update itself when you update skus, the developer team has to do it manually, which is proving to be problematic so far. I'm giving it a chance and will update the review after we see how it goes. Update: it was VERY challenging to get the team to manually sync the inventory. Now the app is overwriting my shopify product images with the product images we have on square. They basically told me their app couldn't do this and that it was my problem, even though this is the only square integration I have on shopify. I had initially given them a 5 star review, which went down to a three, which I'm now putting down to a 1. Honestly this app does not work as advertised, is expensive, and will potentially overwrite product info even when the correct app settings are used to stop that from occurring.

I am so happy this app exists!! I love shopify's website but don't like their POS systems. Square has awesome POS systems for in person selling. I love that this app provides an easy way to use both by syncing inventory! They also have a great customer service team to help make sure the integration goes smoothly. Pratik K helped me solve any issues I was running into and even showed me more ways to use the app that I didn't know about!

We've used Square for years but needed a robust online shop option. This is a great option that allows us to use the existing POS products we've invested in (which are brilliant in Australia) without a new investment in the Shopify technology that doesn't operate well here yet. We've had some technical issues but Surya and the team fixed them quickly and even provided a small discount as we are a charity which we greatly appreciate. It looks like a great integration, very clear and will allow us to optimise across two platforms. Reasonable price to avoid costly equipment upgrades and more training on new POS system.

Outstanding app! When I first started looking for an app to integrate my Shopify and Square products, I tried several but none of them really resonated with me. I tried this app and, at first, I wasn't fully satisfied with the results. After having discussions with the app developer and providing feedback on the issues that I was having, his team completely re-designed the app and all I can say is that it is working flawlessly. I very much wanted to like this app because it looked to do exactly what I needed. My three main issues are: 1. It doesn't list all of my Shopify products, therefore, I can't export them all to Square. 2. There are instances where it says that a product is exported, when in fact, it is not and if you attempt to re-export it, it will create a duplicate which leads me to 3. There needs to be a "Delete" function so that you can delete a duplicate product when an error such as what I described above occurs.
