The best service very easy to handle We run a retail store with Shopify POS, and Easyteam has made running the back end so much easier. Payroll is fast and simple to run even during our busy season, and taxes and direct deposits are fully handled - We also get personal support over phone or chat whenever we have an issue or a question. The time clock was easy to set up and works right through our POS and Scheduling is way less of a headache too. We also use Easyteam to set sales goals and incentives for the team, it's been great for tracking our sales floor. Onboarding a new associate is super quick on day one without any hassle. Great!

Any time I've had an issue with scheduling, taxes, payroll, etc., the Easyteam team has been so incredibly helpful! The chat feature is super quick and makes it incredibly easy to fix any issues I have. Additionally, they're willing to take the time to look into issues that I have so that I don't have to! Easy team has really been helpful for our small bakery. We are using the scheduling features, the time card tracking, and the built in payroll features. Like any software system, Easy team has its quirks, but whenever you need help, there are people from Easyteam online that are super responsive and helpful. Whenever we have an issue, they can look under the hood, diagnose what's happening, and then advise us, usually within minutes. And if they are offline later in the evening, they typically reply in email the next day. Easyteam's best feature may be its customer support.

Also, it is very reasonable, and if you need some customization, they are happy to help you, not for the money, but to make the customer happy. Easyteam is also integrated with other software, which is nice, and has useful features like timesheets, scheduling, payroll, checklists, and different ways to use the system, whether on POS or on eCommerce. This is the best app on Shopify for staff management. It automatically calculates wages based on each employee's hours worked and it's exactly what I was looking for. Employees can also register for remote access to the app directly from their phones without having to install the POS. I think I found the best app to help me all around from calculating sales commission to time clock on employees. The app is very easy to use and hands down by far!!! There is a glitch when you tap the clock in tile on Shopify POS it logs in to the admin/owners Shopify dashboard with full owner permission to edit everything like staff permissions, see all sales activity, etc just by tapping alone it is the most dangerous security breach I contacted them they are aware of this issue.

The customer service is amazing, though there are a few things I would like to see adjusted about the features. 1. would like a mobile app for employees to use to review schedules and submit requests for time off/shift changes etc. VS having to go through a mobile broswer login. 2. The 'schedule' part of the app on my Point of sale iPad is not smooth scrolling and doesn't utilize the full screen so you have to scroll around a lot to see the schedules. I also wish I could adjust the layout of the employees on the schedule, placing all my full time employees at the top of the schedule and the part timers towards the bottom for ease of review. I do enjoy the ease of adjusting the shift times, making changes to hours etc. I have also submitted a request for adding an analytic stat to the reporting side, 'Units Per Transaction' as this is a stat we use to train our sales staff to be more effective on the sales floor. They were very kind and responsive and told me they would add to their updates. I chose this platform as it allows me to actually receive sales reporting for my staff and apply sales to the staff members, which shopify doesn't allow me to do. Once we have this additional stat option, this should be a great fit for my team and myself. I am currently using the 30 day free trial.

For what it does, everything is very straight forward. Staff are able to see their transactions and see their commissions as well independently. This allows them to reconcile their transaction list which helps payroll immensely. This is a very critical addition for any commission based sales employee that you have using Shopify POS.

EasyTeam is the app needed for Shopify POS so you can manage what goes on in-store with employees. I was using Excel for schedule, manual calculating hours worked and even worst paying employees when they would get late to there shift, breaks and early exits. The support was great also and I know EasyTeam is just getting started so future is bright.

We're a brick and mortar store, which manages 8 employees. Due to the Coronavirus situation, we have decided to use an app to schedule and clock in our staff, since it was difficult for us to deal with the unstable situation well enough. We've tried the leading applications out there, and we decided to go with Staffy. It connected to our store and synced all our staff, and it takes them one click from our POS to clock in which is the fastest and easiest solution we have found so far. When we had some questions, the support helped us with everything we need through the chat. I haven't tried the daily checklists yet, so I can not recommend this feature in this moment. Thank you

I really loved the simple yet all-inclusive design of Staffy. I have tried enough apps to know when an app makes your life easier. This one certainly did! You can easily assign tasks to the staff members and tag my orders and products! This way we manage our disputes and deliveries :) The Shopify activity and the screenshots of my customer support team is really helpful since I don't want them to visit certain places in my admin. The team is very responsive, helpful, and makes sure you understand all the features.

We were looking for something like this. Our 9 VA's have been a little difficult to manage entirely through Whatsapp, Facebook, and Trello. When it was 1-2 not so bad but now we need a lot more organisation in the way we manage our employees. Staffy has been helpful with paying our employees and tracking their work.
