firts i thought great app, can connect a lot of feeds in different shedules. but now in my shop variants are marked as sold out even if there are some available. maybe its a theme problem, maybe not. but i try to create another feed and support didnt really support at this one. i deleted the app a few times and installed it again. i also dont want to buy a allways a new plan just to find out that the feed doesnt work. pls support just help me to finish the feed, then you get a subscription again an a 5 star rating. kind regards.

Set up help was extremely helpful. Be sure when setting up if there are things you don't want synced, such as images, product descriptions, etc you toggle those off. Since getting the settings correct it has run very smooth for me.

Support is getting a joke. CHAT is managed by AI and when it says "I'll transfer you to support team" it get stuck. Then emails are apparently managed to AI too and they ask for screenshots but they cannot get them. BASICALLY IS A JOKE. FRUSTRATING IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO HOW FRUSTRAAATIIING. Such a pity. Guys... what are you doing??? The app is a life saver. Sometimes there are some issues since the task that the app is doing is a pretty complex one. Anyway the team is always ready to help. Sometimes it needs a couple of extra message (and extra day) to escalate the issue to a person that actually can solve it but at the end they always do! Thank you for the great app.

I dont recommend this app. The filters do not work well and even when they are set up they dont seem to stay in place. Stores want a simple set up want the confidence that once it is set up that it wont change.

This program is used to sync inventory with Turn14. They will not add the field for MFG QTY or DROP SHIP QTY. These fields are present in the API. I have gotten them in contact with the data team at Turn14 but apparently no matter how many times we ask or bring it up they refuse to get this field added so the data can be used properly.

Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this app – especially the support. Even though they advertise Priority Support, you don’t feel it at all. The in-app support function seems to be nothing more than automated bot replies that are useless when you have real issues. Individual concerns are not understood or simply ignored. Support via email is also hardly reachable. Either you get no response at all or replies are very delayed and not helpful. For an app that handles business-critical processes like inventory syncing, reliable support is essential – and that promise is clearly not being met here. Conclusion: Good idea, but the support is extremely poor and makes the app frustrating and unreliable when it actually matters.

We work with multiple suppliers, each with their own inventory and product feed files, and managing those connections manually used to take up a lot of time and attention. Being able to automate those supplier file connections in one place has made our workflow significantly smoother. What really stood out to me was the support team. They’ve been incredibly responsive whenever I had questions or needed help configuring something. There were a few specific features we needed in order to make our supplier updates run seamlessly, and the team was able to guide us through the setup and help us get everything working properly. Now our process for keeping supplier inventory and data up to date is much more streamlined, and it’s freed up a lot of time that we can spend on other parts of the business. Overall, it’s been a really helpful tool for managing multiple supplier integrations.

I’m giving SyncX 4 stars. The app can be a bit tricky and hard to set up initially, but once you manage to get the logic right, it works like a charm. Over the last year our store changed significantly: added multiple new suppliers, mixed CSV, XML, and API feeds, expanded internationally, enabled multi-currency, and rolled out extensive metafield usage. Stock Sync handled all of it reliably. The platform scaled with our complexity, and the support team consistently helped us implement changes, troubleshoot edge cases, and adapt configurations as our setup evolved. Still a core part of our Shopify stack, unlike a number of other “core” apps we have outgrown and replaced. Jan 9 2024: Have been using Stocksync for 3+ years now and it has worked consistently and reliably. As the needs of our store have changed Stocksync has been able to adapt with its deep level of configuration. The support staff have been top notch, knowledgeable, and dedicated, which has been most important for us. The support staff have been able to triage issues coming from the supplier all the way through to diagnosing issues within shopify, they really have gone above and beyond.

Wat een super app. En wat een goede ondersteuning. Ik wilde een paar velden met elkaar laten vermenigvuldigen om een verzendvolume te berekenen maar zelf kan ik niet programeren. Deze functie zit niet standaard in de app maar het is wel mogelijk. Bedankt hiervoor. Dit is een uitstekende app. Iedere nacht synchroniseren wij onze data met verschillende leveranciers en dit werkt zo goed dat we volledig up to date zijn. Ook een maatwerk connectie, wat we nodig hadden bij een leverancier, hebben ze voor ons geinstalleerd zodat we ook daar de juiste data van binnen krijgen. Super, ons bedrijf kan niet zonder deze app of we moeten het handmatig doen wat enorm veel extra tijd kost.

Wow – what an awesome experience! We first tried this on the free version for our business, and honestly, it was just what we needed to begin with (FREE! ). Super easy to set up and actually useful from day one. We tested it with all kinds of uploads: one supplier sent us emails, another had a Google Sheet with about 2,000 SKUs, and we even hooked up a direct RSS feed. Every method just… worked. Simple, smooth, done! In the tech game, that is hard to get! As our business grew, the platform grew with us. Their pricing is fair, and the customisation is next-level. We needed multiple feeds (lots of them!) but not an insane amount of SKUs (around 10,000) and only a few daily updates. It was so cool figuring out the perfect setup that fit us like a glove. Then came the big test: we hit a super weird API challenge where we had to pull data, match it to an RSS feed, and re-map it back in. I thought, “No way they’ll sort this out for just me.” But guess what? The team actually built a custom location-based filter within a couple of days! Not only did it solve our problem, but they’re now planning to roll it out across the whole platform. That’s insane. Talk about customer-first thinking! I don’t expect they’ll build anything for everyone, but the fact that they listened, understood, and delivered a real solution says everything about how these guys operate. Massive shoutout to the team – brilliant to work with, innovative, and just genuinely awesome. Thanks again!

Stock Sync has worked great for everything I need. I have been using it on the free plan for several months now. Since I’m on the free plan, I manually sync my feed every morning. My feed processing is set up to filter for the products I want to sync and looks for certain fields to then update as-is or apply a formula. I’ve never had the sync do something wrong with the feed products - or the products already on my site. Also, the support is fantastic. I misunderstood how to use a specific feature of the app and reached out to support. They replied immediately and walked me through how to use that feature. I highly recommend this app!

I've been using this app for many years and can recommend it. For a long time it was just a "set and forget" app for me. It worked the way it was supposed to. However I eventually encountered some disruptions to the feed updates, which were really disappointing and caused headaches for my team. I had to complain a lot to bypass the basic support replies and eventually reach more knowleable people who could actually look into my problem and offer a solution. For now I'm keeping this app in my stack but will monitor it closely from now. As long as it does what it's supposed to, it's definitely a keeper.

UPDATE 7/28/25. I needed to update my review to share the amazing service I received. My supplier recently changed their inventory system to an API and I had no idea of how to create an API or if it was even possible using Stock Sync. I reached out to customer support, and they told me that needed a few days, but that they would be able to help me. About 4 days later, they created the API that I needed to sync my supplier's inventory to my Shopify store. TRUELY UNBELIEVABLE service!!! This app is a game changer if you work with drop shippers that provide an inventory database to keep your store inventory up to date. I can't say enough of how well this app works. There was some trial and error to figure out how the app works, but once figured out, it will keep your store's inventory up to date. You can sync inventory automatically or manually sync inventory. Highly recommend! I am subscribed to the Pro account tier.

Update a year later: The customer service is just becoming worse. We had again problems with uploading a new feed. Contacted the support. Takes a week just to get past the 1st line, which don't do anything else than sending meaningless support articles from their website. After a week they solved the issue, BUT, it created a new issue, so it still doesnt work. Now its been almost two weeks and we are still in queue to get in touch with the tech support. They offer to schedule 15min google meet calls. Scheduled one for today. Did anyone from StockX show up to the scheduled meeting? Nope... The app: 5 stars. It works well 99% of the time and has some clever functions that makes it very useful. Definitely saved us lots of manual work. The support: The support is helpful, but it normally requires a few mail exchanges before they actually look into the issue in matter. The 1st line support seems to be there just to send out generic answers and FAQ links. Mainly the response time is a problem. You get a reply max. once per 24h. Which is extremely frustrating when you stuck with something urgent.

What you should know about this app, well it is excellent it really helps someone that has no prior technical knowledge to follow guides and with a 75 - 100% rate setup his supplier's XML file. ( The rate is adjusted per the file your supplier will provide you with). Once you figure out how to use this app, it works great! Fortunately they have very responsive support to help figure it out. The email function is really cool. If you get inventory spreadsheets by email, you can simply forward the email with the attachment to a special email address. They fixed it within 24 hours after I brought up the issue. Original review below: This app has been AMAZING in the past for our store, since we have multiple vendors and manage syncing inventory from multiple locations. We use a different app for order fulfillments, and now they are no longer supporting fulfillment locations from 3rd party apps. This completely bricks our process and makes the app unusable for our use case. I'm not sure why this change was made but if it's not resolved in some way we will have to switch to a different app.

I have been using the app for the last 3 months and i cn honestly say, its working perfectly. i have DROPBOX/EMAIL/XML feeds coming into my store on daily basis we had a issue with one XML and they sorted it out for us by changing things on there program. Such a fantastic app! It took me a while to get it working, but the support has been incredible, particularly from Suriyah who always responds quickly and gives me the answers I need. It’s a huge relief knowing I don’t have to worry about checking stock and pricing as I have a largish catalogue (8,500 products) and Stock Sync checks my supplier inventory every 6 hours and adjusts pricing and availability.

wirklich gute App für Shopify, manche Shops/Stores für Dropshipping sind schon direkt angebunden und man kann sie in der Suche finden. Hier gibt es auch genügend Videos die alle ausführlich und auf den Punkt gebracht erklären. Leider hatte ich einige Probleme mit der API von meinem Dropshipper aber dank Raj vom Customer Support konnten all diese Probleme sehr zügig und effektiv gelöst werden. Danke nochmal für die gute Zusammenarbeit. Alles in allem kann ich die App definitiv weiter empfehlen auch für Neulinge wie mich die einen Dropshipping-Store eröffnen mit knapp 900 Produkten.

This application has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I’ve tried it on both BigCommerce and Shopify, and the experience has been nothing short of disastrous. One of their agents claimed he would set up SyncX for me, but instead, he botched the process so badly that it resulted in the deletion of half my products. This has caused immense trouble for my online store, costing me significant time and money to re-upload the products. Not to mention, I’ve lost a considerable amount of business due to the deleted items. The lack of accountability from their team has only added to the frustration. Customer support has been utterly useless in resolving these issues or taking responsibility for the harm their actions have caused. Yas from SyncX reached out at one point, but their involvement didn’t lead to any meaningful resolution. Instead, I’m left dealing with the financial and operational fallout from their incompetence. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend SyncX to anyone. This app has caused more harm than good and has proven to be one of the worst decisions I’ve made for my business.

syncX: Stock Sync is easy to use, intuitive and very effective for updating my store inventory using my vendor's daily spreadsheet updates. This has saved us endless problems with customers ordering out of stock merchandise. The app also offers options for archiving or removing products when they become unavailable from vendors. This feature is somewhat complex to set up, but works very well once it is established. The StockSync support people are wonderful to work with, and they will work with you until your issues are resolved. Five star app and five star support!

At first I chose another company that had a 5 star rating. But it had 30-40 reviews. A complete failure! Then I turned to this service. Everything happens in the Shopify panel, they have videos on how to set it up. We set up some feeds that are currently working great. The initial setup took quite a while, but one connection was extremely complicated and they still managed to do it. Indeed, my store is currently working and synchronising stock from our warehouses and 3 other external suppliers. I update my nomenclature, my photos, my descriptions. We have over 100 emails in our correspondence and many cases that we have overcome!

Because I placed this review magically my app was removed and I had to reinstall the app and of course I lost my gandfathered plan and now they are forcing me to pay way more. Fantastic for setting up automatic stock feeds from multiple suppliers. I've used their online support a good handful of times and they're brilliant. They've solved every issue I've encountered! Edit: I've been using this app for six months now and it's just brilliant. No hiccups whatsoever and I've been able to work out and set-up 10+ connections with very little knowledge or experience working with an app like this before. I recently got in touch with support to help me with a connection where I needed to combine three separate columns of data to make up a SKU. The support team responded the next day and had set everything up for me! Don't hesitate. This is the app to use.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Stock Sync. Despite high expectations based on their marketing promises, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Firstly, the integration process was overly complicated and time-consuming. The lack of clear, comprehensive documentation made it even more frustrating. When issues arose, customer support is unhelpful, often taking days to reply with generic, uninformative answers. Additionally, the performance of the service has been subpar. Frequent synchronization errors have caused disruptions in my inventory management, leading to overselling and stockouts. This has not only caused financial loss but also damaged my reputation with customers. In summary, Stock Sync has failed to deliver the reliability and support I expected. I hope they take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements to their service. I do not recommend making use of Stock Sync!

The app is working well, but if you scale and have multiple feeds their support is super bad, they answer after a long time and in many cases don't solve the problem, the support here is the most important thing because for stores that have many feeds sometimes things can stop working and only they can fix. Moreover, there is an ongoing error that doesn't update the stock on time, we had over 100 out-of-stock orders and they don't know how to fix it, so we are searching for a new app.

This app has taken a complete nose dive and support haven't been a great help with communication this last few weeks. Just the generic we will get back to you with no updates. Suddenly the add feed for my wholesaler "Windsor" has stopped pulling images entirely and is creating listings without product images absolutely destroying the trust and integrity of my business and costing me thousands as a result. No updates as to where things are at or a permanent solution to address the issue that keeps happening (Third time). Not even an offer from the team for some compensation in the way of credits or points since it isn't affecting their income. Be warned, was excellent for a long time but when things do go wrong and bug out you'll be left holding the bag alone.

I have an issue where the App is reading the incorrect sheet on an Excel feed, so all my product pricing and quantities are incorrect on my live site. As you can imagine, this isn't good for business. I have reached out to support via email and on their so-called live chat, but I have had zero response. Have used this app for several years now. It is a great app but some of the feeds randomly stop working. When you contact support they only superficially review the problem, so it takes 3 - 5 contacts and lots of typing to get them to understand what is happening. Because of time zone each contact takes a day to resolve so the entire process uses lots of time. This happens over and over. The power of the app is fantastic but I may be forced to find something with better support.
