We are so happy to be working with Stockie! We found out that our previous inventory management provider way going away and after the initial panic we did our research and chose Stockie. We went into it looking for something that might come close to what we had. Thanks to the developers at Stockie who really "listened" to what was important to us and what we wanted/needed, we now have a tool that is vital in helping us manage our inventory. From the ease of creating a purchase order, to the A,B,C product ratings and the functionality to receive and print barcode labels - Stockie is now an inegral part of day to day operations.

Moved to Stockie to replace Stocky. Using the higher level that includes placing orders. Have a good 300 to 400 products to manage. Tried a couple of other Stocky alternatives before Stockie. Amazing service and help. Hope this will be the last time I have to change inventory management providers but really pleased so far and expecting to stay with Stockie long-term.

YES! Exactly what we needed. Far too many over-bloated, expensive inventory apps out there, Stockie is the antidote. Stockie has the simplicity of the original Stocky but with the advantage of hugely upgraded features where needed. Highlights are: 1. Ability to set long ‘lookback periods’ to smooth out the average sales per SKU (useful for stores selling alot of variants but with low sales quantity per variant) 2. Stockie will ignore ‘out of stock days’ when forecasting quantity to order. This is invaluable as it allows for accurate predictions of a) New products, and B) Products which were not available for a period of time 3. Purchase orders have the ability to add columns for ‘Qty Sold’ over the past 30, 60 & 90 days. Extremely useful. You can see your sales history at a glance without clicking out of the PO. 4. Ability to set ‘Restock to’ period per supplier 5. Ability to set manual min/max stock per SKU (so you can set some items to always replenish to a certain level). I’m told that in the future it will have the functionality to have a hybrid between a manual stock level and a forecasted level, so you can say “Keep at least 2 of these in stock”, but if your forecast suggests you need more it will override that quantity. This will be very useful. 6. Works with Bundles app so you can track your inventory on products in Bundles 7. ‘Stocktake’ feature. Yes please. Thanks! Additionally, Jake has been a Yes-person from the get go. Adding useful updates when requested. Stockie will genuinely save me hours of time per week Vs Stocky. Couldn’t ask for much more.

The Stockie Inventory Management app has been a true step up from our old Stocky app for Shopify. It lets you setup your inventory forecasting by location and actual sales history with ABC ranking features and endless sorting and data export options directly to .xlsx files. Exporting barcode labels to Yanet barcode labels and our Avery label sheets works very well. We can easily create draft POs using the forecasting, tweak them if needed and email them to our vendors. The support from Jake has been incredible, not that we needed support on any problems, more about our questions and getting advice on how best to configure our particular situation than anything else. Thank you Jake for creating an amazing inventory management app for Shopify to replace Stocky!

Full 5 star experience right off the bat, from the initial inquiry to full implementation. We were super nervous about losing Stocky, as we used it heavily. We searched for a solid replacment, and finding Stockie was a big sigh of relief. In the years of doing this, we haven't had as good of an experience with integrating a new program into our system. Just the simple thing of getting answers to emails can be difficult. Not with Stockie though....they're super on top of it! That's greatly appreciated. The functionality is great and the level of customization we needed was met thoroughly. We definitely recommend Stockie for sure.

This Stockie app is an excellent replacement for Stocky. We ran some trials for a few different options and Stockie is the easiest switch we've ever had to do. It brought big smiles to our faces after some of the other options we tried. After using Stocky for years, the learning curve is so low it's almost non-existent. We were able to dive right in and start using it. The support has been excellent, both helpful and timely, and I would highly recommend Stockie to anyone who still needs a replacement for Stocky.

Additional comments - 2026 JUL 30 They listen carefully to user feedback and actively work to improve the app, making it better and more polished—highly recommended!! ------ The overall architecture is very similar to the native system, but many features still need improvement. For example, when placing purchase orders, one can only target individual warehouses; it is not possible to view complete stock data on a single page, and the same applies to forecasting purchase quantities. Company’s warehouses are broadly categorised as follows: single dispatch point + single warehouse / Single dispatch point + multiple warehouses / Multiple dispatch points + multiple warehouses. Different configurations and calculation methods should be available for these types. I operate a single dispatch point with multiple warehouses, and there are still many issues within this app that fail to meet our requirements. I hope an update can be released as soon as possible before my patience runs out; otherwise, I’ll be back on the painful path of searching for an alternative to Stocky. There aren’t any major issues with Stocky itself, so I hope Stockie catches up soon.

I have worked with many Shopify apps over the years. Jake (co-founder) and his team have truly next-level customer service and response times, they are already like part of our own team. With the sunsetting of Stocky (with a y), we were pretty worried about our Purchase Order management as strong and intuitive inventory management is so crucial. We have a lot of local and International suppliers. We just didn't find the inbuilt Shopify PO system enough for our needs. A big plus for me is that Stockie (ie) feels "Shopify Native" so I didn't feel like I was learning a whole new platform. Jake (co-founder) has been brilliant in onboarding us and getting us up and running. They did our PO migration, and we were up and running within a day. Thanks Jake! Honestly - beyond impressive. It has been an excellent solution for inventory management, forecasting, and purchase orders, with even more features than Stocky. Jake has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Pros: The most robust PO ordering system and the closest to Stocky that I've found. The support has been great and all my questions/issues have been swiftly addressed as I transition. Including creating a custom csv download that works with my barcode printing app. Cons: It is very expensive. I really only need the app for doing POs and not inventory management/forecasting and I am disappointed that POs are only offered as a feature on the most expensive level. If POs were offered on a lower cost tier, I'd be giving 5 stars.

As others have said, we found Stockie (we'll call it Awesome Stockie) when looking for a replacement for Stocky (we'll call it Sad Stocky). We were never impressed or excited by Sad Stocky. We mostly settled on it because it did the basics of what we needed, and all the other apps were expensive, and had a lot of extras we wouldn't use. Looking recently, that is what we were finding this time around too, until we found Awesome Stockie! We're big fans of the name- it's the kind of humor we enjoy. Stockie is great. Like if Stocky got a glow-up. (If we're being honest though, we don't think Stocky had it in them). Awesome Stockie does the things that we used in Sad Stocky, but so much better. We have hundreds of vendors, and many tens of thousands of items, so at any given time we have tons of pending purchase orders at different stages of fulfillment. Awesome Stockie handles all of this, and was straightforward and easy to learn. But also, the support! WOW! Jake is the best (we'll call him Awesome Jake). We're not sure if he sleeps since he is always there to help, but it's so appreciated. We were really feeling overwhelmed by trying to find a new way to handle our purchase orders & receiving, but we're so glad we found Awesome Stockie & Awesome Jake!

I was in the depths of despair trying to figure out what to do with the impending Stocky sunset. I looked at 20+ other apps that said they were Stocky replacements, but none of them really delivered. The main lacking feature for us was the min/max stock level. We found some solutions but they were very expensive and overly complicated. Luckily we found Stockie and have been very pleased so far. Jake has been very responsive with questions and feature requests. I can breathe easy again knowing that we’ve got something that will perform just as well, if not better than Stocky.

We tested many apps for managing purchase orders and order forecasting and Stockie Inventory Management is working out great for us. We have a lot of products (over 20,000) and we deal with some complicated situations like having multiple vendors for the same products (same barcode, but different supplier SKUs). Since we receive large POs (sometimes over 100 line items) containing many products that look alike, the ability to receive POs by scanning the products' barcodes is essential and this feature works really great. Support has also been excellent and they seem interested in implementing new improvements.

Would highly recommend Stockie as an alternative to Stocky. After spending a lot of time looking through alternatives, the similarity to the now sunset Stocky made me try Stockie. Just in the first week of use it has already proven to be far superior and is clearly made with care and thought for the retailer and actual processes we use every day. Jake on support has been fantastic with super fast response times and has actually taken on board feedback for tweaks and improvements that would make the app work even better for us. What a pleasure it is to use this Stockie app. It actually does what Ive PAID BIG BUCKS for previously with Neto (maropost). Its simple and for most medium sized online businesses does it all for you in regards to shopify inventory control without cumbersome bells & whistles. If you are a manufacturing business this is not for you as it doesn't extend that far offering only multi currency purchasing orders with conversion back to your native currency. I havent tried the forecasting yet as we havent enough history to give it the data to work trhough. Top marks Stockie, love your app.

It's early days for us with the Stockie app, but so far the service has been exceptional with requests for report additions being dealt with, in a prompt + friendly manner. We had Cin7/DEAR for years, but eventually stopped the subscription as the cost combined with the fact we didn't need such a heavy duty inventory system for our size business meant it was time for a change. After researching several apps + platforms, Stockie was what we landed on - it offers all that we need + we're looking forward to building on the forecasting element as we progress with the app.

Stockie does exactly what it says it will do. For our store, it has helped us significantly with inventory tracking through their inventory forecasting so we know when to order more product before running out, as well as alerting us for low stock items so we can make sure to count them and not oversell. Also they have amazing customer support, I put in a feature request and a week later they implemented it which greatly improved our teams workflow. Can't recommend this enough!

This app has been great for my workflow. Before, I would manually run inventory queries on my inventory to try and figure out where I'm running low, or running out, of stock. It was very time consuming. Now, I have several "Below X" notification thresholds set up using this app. I have it email me for each one every night before I go to bed, so I know what 3D printing jobs I should have running while I snooze. I also passed along a suggestion for improvement to Plutonian, and they adopted the change within 24 hours. This was greatly appreciated. The Shopify app store is absolutely flooded with duplicative and over priced junk apps. This is one of only a handful of apps that I think is worth having because of its utility. The free tier they offer is enough for very small stores. And the next tier up is so inexpensive that it's a no brainer (for me at least). This is a diamond in the rough.

It works great, but I initially had some issues because I didn't follow instructions. The tech support people were great and even made a change to something at my suggestion, which makes using it even better than initially. We will be using this product on a daily basis as sales are great, up 29% or last year 61% over the last two years, and with better inventory control, probably even more. So glad we gave it a try !

Exactly what I have been after in a stock notification app so far. Very simple yet powerful - there's not a lot of complication to it, but has some great settings. One extra setting I would love would be when setting a standard single threshold notification when it's at or below a stock number, to also be able to set it to not include products that are at or below another number. Ie notified at 5 or below, but exclude if at 1 or below.

Doesn't work at all. I put several e-mail addresses in. It wouldn't send the test message. I had an item go out of stock. I was never alerted and I sold it. Cost me quite a bit to resolve it.

This app is reliable and does what is advertises to do well. We rely on it for various low stock alerts on our store where we have hundreds of different products. It really helps us a lot in managing our inventory levels. It does a good job of factoring in incoming purchase orders so that we don't mistakenly re-order products. This was one of the biggest issues we were running into with other low stock alert apps. Inventory thresholds are managed through a CSV file, which can be a bit of a pain to update as new items get added and old items get archived, but it works if you remember to periodically update it. It would be an improvement if they could somehow allow you to manage thresholds within the app itself and omit archived/discontinued products. The alert types are pretty basic, without too much ability to filter by different parameters, tags, etc. They are supposedly working on some type of inventory forecasting, which could be a huge benefit that is not featured currently. Overall, I would recommend this product. It has a good mix of features for the price.

I'm so glad I found Stockie! I'd been feeling pretty lost when it came to inventory management -- I felt like I was constantly placing orders, but somehow, I always had multiple products out of stock -- and I knew that setting up automated low stock alerts would be a massive help. Stockie does exactly what I need, which is email me whenever a product hits a certain inventory threshold that I've set. Now I don't have to constantly worry about monitoring stock levels, because I know I'll be alerted as soon as something runs low and it's time to reorder. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Stockie's customer service for being THE MOST helpful -- I was experiencing an issue with some of my low stock alerts not showing up on my notifications list, and their team was super responsive and helpful, seeing the issue through until it was solved. They responded very quickly and it was clear that they cared about getting to the root of the problem. It's now working perfectly, and I'm grateful that they were so patient and thoughtful in offering assistance (which is rare!)

We have more than 2000 variants, which is difficult to monitor the stock level simultaneously for an SMB. The app is a perfect tool to track our inventory on a large scale. Now we are more aware when the inventory of a product hits a specific level and can take instant actions.
