LISTEN... you need to SPRINT, do not run, do not jog, do not saunter, do not walk! Add stockist to your site. I have an unreasonably high bar for third-party apps (hate wasting money and want exceptional customer service) and this team is incredible. They're small but mighty - just like our company so it's special to support them and wish them well as we grow together. All in all, love the app and the ease to use it - I previously used another locator and it took a Masters degree to upload 1 store... I am so impressed with Stockist and the support I have received. The best way I can think of thanking the team is to leave a review in regards to my appreciation. The customer support that I have received is nothing short of fantastic, Jeff responds very quickly, and actually caught some of my small data entry mistakes that I made on the backend, and he was also incredibly helpful with quick layout adjustments and recommendations. I previously have tried other location apps on Shopify but decided to move forward when I found Stockist. It was recently recommended to me after I discussed some limitations I was facing with a previous locator app I had been using for over a year. I am very appreciative of that recommendation. Stockist offers more upgrades in comparison to what I was used to. It is easier for me to set up locations and add custom filters. My old app was also a bit cumbersome because visitors who came to my website had to manually approve of their location being placed on a map. Stockist automatically senses a visitor's general location the moment the page loads, making it a much faster and easier experience for them to find exactly what they are looking for on both desktop and mobile devices. My previous app also worked by integrating software directly into my website's background code. I have run into issues with custom coding in the past, which led to font and other display glitches from time to time on my website. I was thrilled to find out that Stockist works seamlessly alongside my site without touching my current theme code with Shopify. I didn’t even know this was possible. It keeps everything safe for the site as it should be and everything looking exactly the way it should. I could go on with positive comments, but I would like to conclude this by saying I really appreciate coming across this app and all the support I have received. Thank you! Thank you also for letting me try your 14 day trial, I am not going anywhere else.

Better than ProMap. We used ProMap before and were frustrated with the poor customer service. Stockist is miles ahead. Customer Service: ProMap has a chat function but no one responds, and emails take forever. You also can’t change the email address they use for replies. With Stockist, support is fast, thorough, and easy to reach. When I couldn’t install the app due to a web theme issue, they set up a Google Meet and fixed it in minutes. Their responses save me time and always consider the customer’s perspective. Dashboard Display: Stockist shows 25, 100, 250, or 1000 locations in the admin dashboard. ProMap only shows 10, which makes no sense. Bulk Edit: Stockist allows bulk editing, which saves significant time. File Management: Stockist lets me delete any file import when needed. This makes data cleanup and corrections simple. Search Features: Stockist’s search behavior and filters are far more advanced and helpful for users. Highly recommend Stockist for store locator needs.

This store locator map is shockingly easy to set-up. Once you load the app with Shopify it auto creates the page for you so all you have to do for website navigation is choose where it goes. Entering the store data is extremely easy and anyone can do it. Even on the cheapest plan, you can still customize some elements like the map pin and they have specific instructions on how to do it. Every single step is clear and documented a lot of it with screenshots. We set aside a lot of time to integrate the map and didn't need it because it was all so easy to set-up. Map looks great on our website.

There are many stockist locator apps available and some of them are free, but you get what you pay. This app is a must have for any brand where you have physical stockists. It provides powerful analytics with search results and customer service is the best I have ever had. Stockist is super simple to use. We had no issues setting it up and using it. What I like about it is how it is able to detect map locations pretty easily - sometimes even without postal code. That locational accuracy is hard to find in map-based apps. One feature wish list --> Duplicate location. After filling out a location if there is a small button to duplicate a location that would be great.

When i was about to give up making my previous store locator from Bold working because of problems with the CSV file upload I luckily found this :) To be honest it is an exellent app with an exellent service team behind. The Stockist Store locater looks nice on our site at www.rationworld.com and they have a free service where they upload our new store list whenever we need it. So practically its just about setting it all up once, and then pass on the problems with updating the store list to Stockist service team.
