L'équipe de support répond relativement rapidement, mais j'ai été 1 semaine avant d'avoir l'information concernant la traduction. Prendre en considération le fuseau horaire... Nous avons utilisé cette application auparavant et nous étions en mesure d'avoir des traductions en plusieurs langues, mais ce n'est plus le cas. C'est très malheureux et devrait être mentionné dans les informations de l'application de Shopify.

This app does exactly what it is designed to fon its very easy to add new stores and we have a global network of retailers who customers can find by simply entering their address and looking for the closest store on the map. I have had a couple of issues in the past where things have been updated by our theme and by Google and the app has stopped working but support have always been extremely quick to help me and have resolved the problem very quickly every time. Definitely recommend!

I have no idea how this installed itself on our store. that was problem number one. At checkout it would prompt the buyer to use coupons that I could only assume it collects from the internet. it was unauthorized, Very janky looking pop up. All the while disguising itself as a dealer locator? It's most likely malware. Would very much not recommend Installing.

This app is quite clunky. It does have good functionality, but the actual process of entering information is extremely inefficient. The app needs some considerable Quality of Life changes: -ability to set the default number of stores in the admin view. It reverts to 10 stores every time, which is very inconvenient -after editing a store, it returns to the first 10 stores, and it changes the sort order. -the sort order needs to have a default setting such as alphabetical or by store number -the default store hours setting appears to do nothing. I'd assume that it should pre-populate the store locations but it does not -needs to be integrated into the Shopify admin rather than opening on the developer website This could be a fantastic app with a bit of work.

My client needed a map locator for visitors to search for vendors who sold their products. We started with a simple Google Map, but as they grew, it became difficult to manage. I reviewed a few different options, but this was was SOOOO easy to install, easy to customize, and a snap to bulk-import their CSV file. I didn't want the search to span across the top, so I tried another app, but realized why this one was much better. That would be my only critique...if they would allow the 'search' to display in different positions. Other than that, it's a great product.

The app works well for over 8,000 locations. I had no issues uploading the locations file, which I did have with other apps I tried. Setting it up was not simple, but I did have good tech support throughout. The only issue I have is that the design of the input form takes up a lot of room on the page. Overall I am finding this to be a very good app.

I used this app for our Dealer Market. We had our original website and added another one. I was toggling back and forth from one to the other and deleted my information on one of the sites only to find out that it deleted my information on the original site. I lost over 200 contacts. Secomapp would not respond to me for over a weeks time after I emailed them about 5 different times. I was told from Peter that there was nothing they could do for me. He didn't help me figure out why this happened or anything. He didn't care. Apparently they have no backup for there customers and they don't care AT ALL about there customers. I was looking for a store locator app to have all our stores and our dealer store locations in one place and this app was just perfect for that. The customer service was excellent. Peter patiently attended to all the queries I raised and helped me overcome the small glitches I had while setting up the locations. The app could have bulk editing though. Say, you want to add a new tag or a location marker to 50 stores, you have to open all 50 stores and do them individually which is a bit of a hassle. If they could find a way around this, it will be even more perfect.

Easy to implement and customise map layout. We used this map as it had the custom importing features we needed for our store. Only issue has been with the Google Map API reaching it's limit several times, which is unfortunately not updatable without contacting Secomapp support. I don't usually write reviews, but the customer service was beyond excellent! I had a few settings that needed to be finetuned that involved coding and they fixed everything for me. Also they were really friendly and fast! the app itself does wat it says and it looks clean and minimalistic. you can do a handy bulk import, so that will save some users a lot of time.

Very clear to use UX. Store locators can be confusing to use if you haven't done it before (or if you don't have a technical person). This one was easy easy easy. At this stage for our company, we have about 400 stores, so it's well worth the $15/month. Not sure about the value of the higher priced tiers.

I find this app hard to use. The instructions are badly written. They say to add an API and this is missing altogether in the settings. When I view my map on my website it displays an error so I can't search and no map is displaying (I assume this is because the API is missing). I also want to customise the search fields but that's not possible. Without FAQ's and troubleshooting it makes it difficult when there's no one available to help fix this. Really frustrating. I used to use a different store locator and it was awesome, user friendly and functional but they disappeared off shopify so this is my only option that does most things but still needs a lot of work.

We use this app on our electric bike conversion shopify store to showcase the various dealers that carry our products. It displays well, and the price is great. Only criticism is that the text doesn't autoformat well - you can get words chopped up in the descriptions of shops. It can be fixed by paying attention to spaces/line breaks when you put the test in initially.

Easy to set up and go live with. After using it for a year, I am updating my review to share that things have worked great, never have had any issues. It's very easy to export or import store lists. Customer support is also very helpful. I wanted to remove the "no limit" search option and they gave me instructions for doing so and offered to make the HTML changes for me after granting them access, which I did. They were very prompt and followed up several times to be sure I was taken care of.
