We use this on a farm shop site to give customers a click and collect option with a date and time slot for collection from our shop. The ability to set the time required for us to get orders ready for collection and to be able to block out certain days when collections are not possible has been really useful. If we have encountered any problems with the app or difficulty in migrating it to updated Shopify or theme versions, Constantin's response times have been excellent and glitches have been resolved very quickly. A brilliant service & highly recommended.

We have had this app for many years but to my own fault despite it not having the ability to give us exactly what we needed it to, we just put up with it as we only needed it for Christmas time. With the business developing, we needed it ongoing throughout the year and I was dreading having to get a developer to create a website for us to include everything we needed. A friend suggested I contact the developer to see if we could get what we already have to work for us before taking this step. This was the best advice ever. Completely flawed. You have to add your locations manually inside the app. It does not pull your locations from Shopify, therefore your inventory is not connected to a location and it will allow you to sell out of stock products. I honestly don't know how others think this app is 5 stars. There are other pickup apps for cheaper that tie stock to the location and will not allow checkout if items are out of stock. If they added this function, I'd say the app was perfect but for now, it's practically useless.

Absolutely must have app for merchants who have multiple pickup locations, but operate out of a central warehouse (which is not supported by the native local pickup features). The app looks both great & simple on the site, and being able to sort and manage pickup orders is a breeze through the use of tags and additional details. Throughout the process (which took a while given our migration), Constantine provided excellent support with his expertise and thoroughness, and he was kind enough to go back and forth with me on countless emails. He helped us to find solutions and great workarounds to our unique needs. Can't recommend the app enough for anyone in a similar situation!

Really easy installation. App developer helped me with changing some formatting and customising. I messaged him at around 10am and he was straight on the case - all changes implemented by 10.30am. This app solved one of the biggest shopify problems: default shipping method is set from least to most expensive, and we have 8 stores which we provide free pick up for, so this option is always the default option because the value is $0. There is no way of manually ordering our own shipping on Shopify. This has been a recurring problem since 2013 apparently, but it is not high enough of a priority for Shopify to fix. After a long phone call with Shopify, the guru mentioned this app. It works by separating in store pick to a separate section in the cart, so if customers to not select store pick up, they will only see the standard rates. So far, this is exactly what I needed! Will test it out for the remainder 14 days trial, but I think this app is the solution to my problems. The developer, Constantin has been so nice and helpful too in helping install the app :) update - 2 years later still the best app ever :) Hats off to Constantin -update again, it's now 2023 and Constantin went above and beyond and helped fix a problem in another app! Something shopify support couldn't even figure out.

Really Great App. Prior to using this we would constantly have customers place orders after a clearly communicated cut off time and receive complaints when they couldnt be filled. I had a request which was fulfilled within an hour or 2 of asking. More than i expected or could have asked for.

We've been using this app for over a year now on our site and it has been wonderful. Our customers have no trouble at all using it and it's nice to set some of the settings for how long a customer has to pick up their order. You can also set black out dates too which is nice if you have odd hours or take vacations. Best part is, is the quick response from the developer. We had our first issue today where it stopped working and instead kept telling customer to ship items instead of pick up. Within an hour of emailing the developer, they were able to find the problem and fix it. An employee had accidentally archived the In-Store Product (this is created automatically when you install the app). Very impressed with the quick communication and solution solving.

I have used this app for a long time. It really works great! We needed to be able to let customers know they could pick up their order. We also need more information such as who was picking up, what day and time. Since all our coffee and teas are made to order we needed an ability to allow for time between ordering and picking up. We also need a cut off time and a way for customer to not schedule a pick up on holidays when we were closed. We are very happy. If we have a question or needed help, we received a prompt reply with the help we needed. Thanks for a great app!

This app has allowed me to organize customer pick ups very well. Constantin is always prompt to respond to any questions I have as well. I particularly like that it allows me to batch print orders at once, a feature that Shopify does not have on it's own. My only issue is that there are some glitches with Shopify that doesn't allow orders to print correctly from the mobile app version, it literally cuts the orders off. This means I always need to be in front of the computer for it to print properly. Otherwise, it's been a great tool for me to offer multiple pickup locations and customize which locations require dates/times for pick up or not. I definitely would recommend and also based on the customer service alone!

We did have issues with charging the correct taxes, but we received help the same day we asked for it. A few months later, we changed our theme so the pick up stopped working. This app has made our online shopify site much easier to communicate to our customers that we are a curbside pickup shop only. Prior to this we were having to refund orders that assumed we would provide shipping even though our main page stated we did not provide that service. Constantin worked with us to help clarify that we were a pickup Instore site only and eliminated all confusion for the customers. The pickup information collected at checkout will be a huge bonus for us to make sure we get the customer email and cell as well as a time and date for pickup. We also now have a way to send them notification after we fulfill the order. Prior to the app we could not send this because it confused customer with tracking data that is standard dialog for shopify itself. Constantin worked with us on our needs for the app to work seamlessly and efficiently for our store. We gave him limited access to our site. He even worked this out for us on a Saturday. Above and beyond and would recommend this app to anyone else needing help with pickup instore issues.

Tough review to write, Constantine was quick to respond and try to help however this app was not designed for a high volume store. You are not able to delete appointments, change appointments or export directly from app. The data is exported to Shopify via tags which is not then able to be filtered by time and date separately. Furthermore the time and date is sometimes switched which makes the data completely unfilterable separately by date and time once exported to Excel. Customer service is really great, if you are a small shop with low volume this would probably be a good app to use. If you are a high volume store or would like the ability to edit appointments, keep shopping.

I am using this app currently. It's been working well. But, I am not able to make product not eligible by location. This is a problem, because I want to be able to offer dropship products on my site in addition to items the customers can pickup in store. Right now there is nothing preventing a customer (besides my product descriptions) from selecting pick up in store for items that are not available in my store. I know collections can be excluded, but my dropship items will be spread among many collections. I am searching for another more inexpensive. If the feature to change eligibility by location was added this would be great.
